We had a very good meal. We both ordered the 8oz steak with shrimp, baked potato, and salad. The staff wes very friendly. Our waiter was very attentive.

We came on Thursday around 5 pm. We had to come to Salina for work. Keenan was a delight! He greeted us at the door and seated us right away. So Friendly and a great server! We had the Berry Sangria, delicious! Ribeye steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly! I had the parmesan chicken, so good and super juicy. The brussel sprouts are killer and asparagus is always a win! Looking forward to going back again! Consistently Great!! Thanks for a wonderful supper!

Stopped in for lunch. Had the Texas Onions and The Outlaw Ribeye. Everything was absolutely delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection for me (didn't even use steak sauce), the onions flavorful and crispy, the baked potato wonderful, and the salad cool and crispy. Our server was Kimberly S. (it says on the receipt) and she was amazing. Friendly and attentive without hovering or being annoying. Wish more servers were like her.

Food delicious except some salt must of came of salt crusted potato and veg got over salted. Salt crusted potato needs its own dish.. steak was done perfect and hot. Lobster was jus right. Waitress was very attentive and food came out promtly. A good dinner jus like i wanted.

We Dined in for lunch and our food was delicious! The server was great.

This is the first time in many years that my husband and I have not tipped a server in a restaurant. We do not like to be rushed, so we requested that our entrees be held until we finished our salads. The entrees were brought about 10 minutes later, while we were still eating our salads. The server started arguing with us when we pointed this out, and said the kitchen was not busy and we had had 15 minutes to eat our salads (not true). We told her that we have been able to delay ordering our entrees in the past and she said she was training someone and had to go "by the book". Then she left and didn't come back. We stopped a host to ask him to bring some ketchup and tell him that our son's order was supposed to have fries instead of the mac & cheese he was given. Next the manager came over and brought the ketchup and the fries and started arguing with us, then walked off in a huff. No one checked on us again until someone walked by and slapped the check down on the table without speaking to us. We needed a to go container but couldn't get anyone to bring it so we wrapped our steaks in paper towels from the bathroom. The food was OK but the service was so unpleasant I don't know if we'll ever go back. We were charged for the "premium" mac & cheese that we didn't order. But we just wanted to leave so we paid the whole $120 bill on the app and never saw another staff person. Manager especially was very unprofessional, appearance was offputting with multiple face piercings, wearing jeans & a plain t-shirt.

An absolutely incredible experience. Timothy J was the best waiter we've ever had at any restaurant. Service was above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Nice atmosphere and good service. The food was so-so. I ordered sirloin steak and shrimp combo. The steak was mediocre. Mashed potatoes were not fluffy and butter was already molten by the time the food arrived. I didn't like the rice pilaf under the shrimp, but the shrimp itself was very good. It's been several years since I've been to LongHorn (in another city). I was somewhat disappointed.

Hubby brought me and friends here for my birthday. The staff didn't write down our four orders and got them all correct! And, then, brought me a dessert big enough for all four of us! Thank you, TJ!! The food was great. We ladies had fish, the men had steaks- perfectly cooked and all left pleased!

Steak didn't have much flavor. The broccoli was seasoned weird. We ordered a side of Mac n cheese and all I could taste was garlic and bacon. The mashed potatoes were the best part.

We had a group who wanted to dine here 9/24/23 about 8 people of our group wanted prime rib. We looked at their site and it showed they had it but could not find it so we called and we're told they did not have it. Wow why show it on your site if you do not offer it in your steak house. We sure would have had a large bill with 15 people eating and drinking.

Timothy J is the best waiter ever!!! He is incredible at his job, he treated my 3 children with respect, went out of his way to make us all happy, and his attitude was so positive!! It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their job. Beyond our waiter, the food was wonderful. But honestly the food could've tasted like vomit and he would've made it better. (P. S. I don't know him personally, he really is just that good.)

Food was good and so were the drinks! The best service i’ve ever had. Our truck battery died while we were inside eating and it was 90 degrees out, the manager I think, came out and asked if we needed anything and got one of her co workers to give us a jump after sitting there in the heat for an hour! Beyond impressed people can be that nice. Thank you so much

Came in on 10/09/22 around 6pm. Waitress and service was good, however, our food was pretty disappointing. I got the porterhouse steak cooked medium with a loaded baked potato. The steak was very rare and didn’t have any flavor. The baked potato was small and wasn’t really ‘loaded’. Usually every time we come here the food is awesome but this time is wasn’t that great.

My husband and I went in for lunch last weekend, and our server Cat was so tending and kind. As someone who’s very picky I was glad to know our server didn’t mind my husbands and I’s pestering! The food was great, and our burgers are always fresh. Refills kept coming at the right times and I was able to take a loaf of bread home, overall a good experience at a steakhouse. Service and food will not disappoint.

Greatly appreciated the service of TJ and staff. He extended extra condolences after a we came in from a loss of a loved one. Very attentive and friendly. Thank you!

Had a great dinner tonight with my wife. We were out of town looking for a good place to eat and found it. The food was delicious and all the staff we met were amazing. From the greeter, barstaff during our wait, the person whom sat us, and Christopher, our waiter. During our visit he was slammed due to the heavy dinner rush and he also had to deal with a very difficult customer... Christopher kept a great attitude and gave us excellent service. We joked with him that we enjoyed dinner and a show while we watched the grumpy customer complain to the manager. PSA, be nice to your wait staff!

From the start it was a very poor experience. When our server brought our drinks it was tossed onto my girlfriend. The food was brought out and the steak looked horrible, it was somehow burnt on the outside and refrigerated cold on the inside. I didn't eat much of it and am currently writing this in a good deal of pain from what I'm assuming is food poisoning. My girlfriends salmon was horrible and tasted as if it had cleaning supplies on it. I politely mentioned the poor quality of food and how I don't wish for anything else but The check. The check was nearly 70 dollars for a meal I will definitely never forget. Words from the wiser go elsewhere.

Food and service was pretty good! Everything was paced well, not feeling too rushed to eat the appetizers before our entrees came out. The food was delicious, and steak cooked perfectly. It was a tad expensive but worth it for steak, and we had leftovers for lunch too!

Very disappointed tonight in the quality of food we received tonight. No fault of the server but the bread was cold and did not taste fresh. The French fries were cold when served. Steaks ordered were undercooked for the order. I won’t be going back for a while.

We ordered curbside to go & found out when we arrived they didn't have ribs at the time (only entree ordered). They were extremely apologetic & so nice and compensating. They made it right. I worked with Charles and he has amazing customer service in crazy situations. Thanks for turning a mess up into a we will fix it!

From the second we walked in the place our experience was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Our waitress was very attentive, and very nice to talk to. The food was outstanding. They brought out bread that was nice and warm with sweet creamy butter. My steak was cooked perfect. The manager came to our table and checked on how our food was, and was quite friendly. we didn’t realize till then that he also had opened the door for us when we came in. Very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend this place to anybody.

My husband and I went to Longhorns Steakhouse in Salina on a Sunday and our food was amazing. The building was very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the prices weren't that bad. I got a bacon cheeseburger and my husband got a steak and it was spectacular. His steak had so much flavor.. We want to go back soon!

Very good service and food! The waiter was super friendly, and really did an outstanding job keeping our drinks full and table bussed. Food was delicious as always, and the two steaks at our table were cooked exactly as requested. A+

I came to Salina to help my family and my Aunt with a massive garage sale. As a thank you, our aunt treated us to Longhorn Steakhouse. I have never been. Gotta say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We had the best young man as our waiter. It was a party of 6 women and one small boy. Sad to say I don't remember our waiters name. He never let our drinks run dry or our bread baskets. HE asked us if we needed boxes. The food was amazing!!! He even asked me if I would like an extra sweet tea to go home with. I had already had 3. I left him 5 dollars tip just because of it. Plus the tip from the bill. I was so impressed that I will be taking my Fiancee to Omaha to the Longhorn.

My food was outstanding!! The service was perfection!! A wonderful lunch!!

Table and booth seats where dirty, asked to go to another one, went to another dirty one and had to hand wipe my seats off. Steak was medium well not medium rare. Sides and appetizer where decent. For the high prices, my expectations where not met.

We ordered the cheesy mucheooms as appetizer s. Had to ask for saucer so we could eat the. They was cooled by the time we got saucers. The soup was excellent they brought out my chicken strips with does. I was so disappointed the salt was so baby on my chicken and fries. I could not eat them.was so disappointed. Joanna Cordell

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was terrible, overcooked and salty, waited 45 mins for bad food. We eat out a lot and I must say the bad food coupled with the poor unprofessional service this evening means longhorn is a big miss for us next time.

This is the perfect place after traveling all day. The service is quick and timely, salad has zero brown out wilted lettuce, ribeye steak (rare) was cooked and seasoned with 7pepper was nothing less than outstanding. This location should, if not already, the stewardship of all Longhorn location. Wow.

The steak dinners we ordered were perfect. The service was awesome and they helped us celebrate our anniversary with an awesome dessert. Thank you to the entire staff.

Wow, excellent service and staff. Inviting atmosphere, super ambience and setup. Attentive staff, food cooked the way it was ordered, served on time. If you are looking for a great steak this is the place when traveling through in your journey! I will be back again.
