I enjoyed the meal today. The cashier was very pleasant. I had the $5 biggie bag. Everything tasted fresh. The chicken nuggets were a little bland. Over all, worth the $5. Of course we finished the meal with a Frosty!

Cheap food with good service...I bring my large family here and get everyone fed and happy at a minimal expense. The thing is, the people at this Wendy's actually care and assemble the burgers so they look and taste good. The dining area is always clean and the patrons are usually farmers and working-type individuals.

We were traveling through Salina and my husband wanted a coffee. Went through the drive-thru and the ladies at the window were all super efficient and nice. When they gave him the "senior" coffee, we tried to pay and they told us it's free. What a pleasant surprise! Will be sure to stop for a meal the next time we drive through the area.

Went through the drive thru to gwt some lunch. Service was decent. Didn't take too long. What more os there to say about a fast food place?

Had a Wendy's taco salad which was so good topped with Wendys chili. Plus the young men who helped me were helpful and treated everyone with respect. Loved being there

Wendy's by the mall drive thru. Ordered one crispy chicken Biggie and two Jr cheeseburger 4 for 4 meals. Only got one 4 for 4 and an extra cheeseburger. Tried to explain what I ordered but she didn't get it 🙄. Hire people that understands English 😠. Won't be back!

It was absolutely disgusting. No one was wearing gloves and yiu knew it wasn't fresh bc they had it to us in the 2 mins. My burger was red. I just left and never plan on coming back.

The night crew tonight 11/20/23 were absolutely amazing although only 3 of them there they helped us quickly and without any mess ups ! They were friendly and polite always appreciate this

Just tried to order there, 10:30 pm. Closes at 11. Employees inside on their cell phones, won't take orders.

Wendy's has always been consistent with quality food and service. Better than McDonald's for sure.

I love the consistent quality of Wendy’s salads! I had the apple pecan salad with grilled chicken and a pomegranate lemonade.

Nasty employees, would not answer their drive thru , and ignore us and run away when we pulled up. They still had 45 min before the closing hours.

Stopped to have lunch with my parents. The cashier was super nice. Food was decent but not really fabulous.

This wendy's is always subpar. Nevever fresh food, like never ever. A few of the staff like I think her name is rachelle are amazing, then the rest are always rude and act like you are doing them a disservice by being there. Wendy's has gotten very expensive about 30 bucks for two people to have a meal each and a frosty each.

Love there food 😋 except they did mess the order up. But it wasn't the lady's fault,there were 2 or 3 orders. Her helpers got it mixed up but that was OK we ended up with a extra order of fries 🍟. For free because our order was messed up.

Ordered a pub burger and got a chicken pub it was good just not what I Ordered thought I had made mistake but recept I was right never complained I am sure that they would have made it right if I would have said something like I said chicken was good

My wife and I love this place for a great tasting quick meal while on the go. Although we hate their app that advertises coupons but doesn't work. 😡

Went there October 29th 2022 at around 9:00 pm. The young man (long light brown hair). was extremely rude as he would not acknowledge that we standing at the counter. Apparently there was no manager around. We finally left after about 5-10 minutes standing at the counter.

This place is super clean. I have never had any problems there ever. Super nice and kind employees

Not easiest location to get to, and almost incognito as there isn't a visible sign overhead. Crew was very nice. I ordered a burger with extra onions and, when it was delivered, was told that if there weren't enough, they'd add more. When I told them to, "go for it!" they grabbed it off the tray and added even more. That little double stack was delicious!

I love a burger from Wendy's. Though the last few times the fries were over cooked. The burger was still good.

Food was over cooked fries had to much salt. I will not be coming back the bacon is so over cooked it’s burnt taste nasty. I wouldnt even it give it one star. Need to close the place until they get better employees.

Not impressed!! Ordered food didn't get the small strawberry frosty which was why I went there to get. Went back to tell them and he said to proceed to 2nd window. Had to wait behind 3 cars to get there and then he said the person taking the order didn't charge me for the frosty and I would have to pay for it but by that time all the food I had already received was COLD. I'm ashamed but I told him to f@$%^ off and drove away. So my experience at your restaurant today was cold food and without the frosty that was what I really wanted in the first place!. And of course was given no receipt to prove what I ordered and paid for. Probably won't be back soon if ever!

Was not pleased. Went through the drive through and paid which was fine, then the red head working told us we were good and I looked up and she have me a snotty face that I did not appreciate. Then when we got our food they forgot our condiments and when I checked the food my chicken sandwich was completely raw. I almost threw up looking at it. I called 2 different times to let them know how I wad feeling and I got no answer each time. This is why I don’t eat at Wendy’s.

The Fish Sandwich Combo for Lent was very good. The service was excellent. Very clean. The young employees were cleaning between customers. Everybody was taking care of business! We will return to the Wendy’s by Ohio Street.

Came to the location on riffle drive because I had to go to Target to get school supplies. Even though they were short staffed they took my order correctly and made everything to perfection! These girls should be paid extra money with all the volume of business and the lack of help they have. Order was correct and fresh so I would come I would come to this location again always like Wendy's and I get good service if both locations in Salina.
