I was served the best fries Wendy’s have ever produced. My first thought was, this has to have happened by accident. Wendy’s fries are always that light colored mushy stuff, which is fine, that’s just how they always are. These though, they weren’t even the color of Wendy’s fries. They were dark golden crispy perfection. In all my years, never has a Wendy’s rendered such an outstanding product. The rest of the food was as good as should be expected. The fries were ridiculous.

Personally the wait time was crazy but then I found out there were only 3 employees keeping the entire store running with a huge line in the drive through! They were not rude to me and still made sure our food was fresh and apologized several times for the wait I think it shows a lot of character that the employees there tonight are working hard wish I had their names but thank you

Doesn't matter how many cars are in the drive thru, they're always super fast. Breakfast quality is top notch. They beat breakfast at McDonald's & Burger King, out of the water.

Great food and service. But this is far from a 5 star restaurant, yet they price their salads as if they are. The cheapest thing to make ends up being the most expensive item on the menu. Something is wrong with this picture. If I want to spend $10 for a salad, I'll goto Olive Garden. I went ahead and ordered the taco salad anyway just to review it. It tasted okay, the chili was quite sweet though. I'm not sure I want that much sugar. Other than that, the place is clean, friendly, and relaxing. If you're looking for a burger, they have a great selection from small to looking to commit suicide from a heart attack!

We just went through drive thru. They messed up our other two times and forgot our medium shake we ordered gave us a small one and when I asked the lady at drive through about the size of the shake she slammed the drive thru window and ignored the question, and said she didn’t care to the other worker in the building.

It's fast food. It's always a 50/50 chance of getting what you order hot ,fresh and accurate!

1-30-2023 Ipulled up to drive thru at 11:36 pm. on my way home from work. Yes, the Wendy's sign was lit up. Automated voice said sorry we are closed. Just as that message was ending, a female voice said, "Be with you in a minute." To which they never did come, so I drove off . They must not have wanted to serve until midnight .more cleaning would have been required if they served me, I'm guessing! So they didn't respond . Wow, scroll through the reviews more negative than positive ones.

This Wendy’s location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru on Thursday, February 2nd at 10:10pm. The drive thru worker appeared to high on drugs and was wearing an Exide hoodie instead of Wendy’s apparel. He had to ask me twice in a row if I had already paid and messed up my order. Didn’t greet me, or use any kind of manners whatsoever. Very disappointed considering I visit Wendy’s at least once a week. If these issues aren’t resolved I’ll simply stop going to Wendy’s and choose somewhere else to eat from now on.

Had to use drive thru as doors were locked. I'm sure it had to with start shortage. Bought 8 different salads, took back to arena. Everyone said theirs was good. I had the Caesar salad. It had lots of chicken! Judge went for the Cobb salad.

The restaurant was an oasis in the desert. It was hot that day! The food was yummy and the staff were nice.

Need to train employees how to load napkins in dispensers. Put the side up with the edge that can be lifted to take napkin out. They always put them in backwards with no seam to grab! The dispensers for drink lids are very hard to use. Not enough edge to grip to get them pulled out! Very frustrating!

Food and prices are good. Service needs improvement since they may forget the items you order

Pros: Food is your usual Wendy's. Cons: No awnings for when it's raining at the drive through, or either window. Although regulations seem to be easing up, staff is not wearing any protective masks or gloves, nor are any of them following the 6' rule. We won't return until this is corrected.

Wendy's has the best chili. I went thru the drive-thru for lunch. The line was long, but moved very fast. The staff was very courteous!

4 for $4. How can you beat it
