Today was my first time coming to this salon and the customer service was not so great. When arriving I was told the wait was 30 mins, instead I waited an hour. Many of the workers would stop what they were doing to check their personal cell phones. During my pedicure, I was never asked which one I wanted and was automatically given the cheapest option (which is not what I had originally asked for). The salon is not very neat or organized. They hadn't even bothered to clean off the nail dust from my area before I sat down. The pedicure itself was good. The guy gave a pretty good massage and was polite. I was satisfied with my toes. But after being here for 2 hours and not being well attended, I decided to leave without getting my nails done as well. No worries, no one even noticed I had changed my mind. Don't think I'll be coming here again.

I been coming here for some time now and it seemed to be ok but at that time I would only ask for some mani pedi with just color no design nothing. So little by little I would notice their quality started going down they use the same utensils never new they kept cutting meandering rough. This last time just today I went again (I go every 2 weeks no more then 3 weeks go by) I asked for a half and half one half my finger being one color and the other a different color and they couldn't even do that it took almost the whole damn salon to try and do a simple design and then the owner wants to kind of be rude about it because she tried to put to colors on top of one another. I'd think after so long and being a continuous client she'd be more friendly nope and then they have the nerve to speak amongst themselves about it so one of the ladies finally got it and it was not the greatest job but I just let it be and not complaint because I just wanted to get out already. They left nail polish all over my fingers look it was just so sloppy. Also they don't have none of their license posted to where you should be able to see them when working not one! I was just very unhappy I'll be taking my services elsewhere!

Just got the best manicure and pedicure that I've had in a long time. Very clean and super affordable. Packages opened in front of me. Very friendly staff. Felt very comfortable and not rushed in and out. Highly tecomend!

I've been coming to this place off and on over the last 2 years and you know, for some people leaving negative reviews they were probably just have a rough day. I've only gotten my nails done here, not my hair so I can't comment on the lady who does the hair stuff. If you're looking for a good nail tech, MAI is great. Very friendly, very understanding and does nail art too and metallic/chrome finishes if you ask for it. She did my last set and they lasted a full month. I finally was able to pop them off but they lasted a long time without getting my hair caught in them. Give them a try. For a pedi and full set you'll probably be paying about 45-50. Which is a great price considering other are charging a lot for pedis nowadays

I have been coming here for awhile now. I am quiet, do not complain, am a very easy going customer, and I tip very well. Originally, I remember the reviews on here not being good but I took them at face value and decided to not judge a book by its cover. In the beginning, I think I was just happy to find a place that was low-key and that was good about accepting walk-ins, so I feel that I have ignored a lot of the bad service and poor quality of work. Over time the customer service has become so disappointing. Many of the workers treat you with bare minimum customer service and do not value their customers business. In addition to this, the quality of their work varies. I have had pedicures from every person that works there, which means skills will vary (understandable) however, what's not understandable or acceptable is when you make an appointment with the ladies that you know to typically produce quality work and then they rush you through your appointment, hurting you and cutting you with the file, just to get the next person waiting. Horrible to treat good, returning customers like their business means nothing. At my most recent "appointment" I had to wait 30 minutes and then received the most disappointing service. From my pedicure to my nails, it was all rushed and the end results was dissatisfying. I will no longer be a customer here.

Terrible Service! Lady was so rude . If she didn’t want to do my nails she could’ve let me know and I could’ve taken my business somewhere else. She rushed through the whole process of doing my nails resulting in them looking horrible and they weren’t busy at all . I did ask her to redo my gel and to be honest it didn’t make a difference. So if you’re thinking of going here I’d suggest maybe trying a different nail salon. also just a day after getting my nails done the clear top coat gel turned yellow.

i come here every two weeks and always very happy with the results. the prices are good and they are very quick.

Got my nails done here and would never go back. Some Chinese guy did them and messed up on them. I went back the day after because I noticed one side of my nails were thicker then the other. The nail tech was rude and was like you can’t expect them to be perfect. He was mad at me basically because he can’t do his job right. Then he had the nerve to tell me not to come back to him. There was a lady there and she was like I can’t believe he talked to you like that.

I went to get my pedicure ,a refill on my nails and they told my they couldn’t do anything with them other than take them off and do something different. So I allowed it a day later they turned yellow and began to chip!! I use gloves to do all my cleaning so I know that’s not the problem!! I’m so upset since this was a trusted place of business my family and I trusted we’ve been going for years!!! I guess their under new management it’s definitely not a great one or a good one at that! Which I should have know better since the girl next to me was complaining about her outcome!

they had great service and got to me right away. Their prices are also amazing! They fixed two of my broken nails and I got a different color for each nail and she only charged me $32 for all of it! I highly recommend this place for great nails and prices :)
