I took my grand kids for dinner to Chuck E cheese's. This place is made for children to have fun, and the kids did have fun. While it was my 1st experience here, the children had been here many times before with their parents. The pizza is only so, so, but the salad bar is fairly decent. Besides pizza, we also ordered a side of celery, wings, bread sticks, and cheesy bread, with all the dips-- The girls demolished the breadsticks, and I loved the cheesy bread and wings. We all had salad which was very good. The girls played for something called tickets which we turned in for prizes. The place is chaotic, wild, and entirely fun for little ones. I can't imagine a more fun place for little ones. As a grandparent, though, I had to keep my eyes alert at all times to watch out for my 2 little grand girls.

We didn't eat there, but got there right at open. Staff was chill, and got good value out of their time to play. Everything worked and was clean, kid loved it. Would go again

On a Monday afternoon, all was quiet at Chuck E Cheese. There were three other families there, rugrats ratting the rugs of this rat palace. We didn’t stay long as our two year old wasn’t quite sure what to make of the ten foot rat and his playroom full of lights, bells, and whistles. But I can attest that the employees were beyond helpful and excited to do so. The place was fairly clean, with the few tables that had trash seemingly still being occupied by those in attendance. Didn’t get a chance to try the pizza, but it did look good. The extra safety measures for families upon entering and exiting are superb. Knowing no one can leave with your child u less your hand stamp matches theirs is a genius idea!

Still the best place for my grandkids like was for my son's

1st thing to know is it’s all electronic now so the joy of earning tickets is gone. The only way to know if by asking a staff member to scan your card. Several of the games were either broken or out of service but you had to read the small screen where you place the card to know. Some games were working but the ticket counter was not We didn’t eat and just came to play for 1hr. Go online a few days before first and sign up so you can get any discounts or special offers. They will not honor them there. Staff was kind, mostly new employees and the place was clean. They let the kids pick higher ticketed items for less since they combined them all at the end.

Best Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to with my kids. They were very helpful and amazing with COVID-19. I highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese.

Well here's to more cheese off the pizza! Great location to let your little one - or yourself - spend some time away from the ordinary. The games ate cool, nice upgrades to the ticketing systems. The sitting arrangements are ideal to keep a close eye on your children as they "tear-up" the controls to knab some wanted prize-mulah (tickets). Though it can get pricey, if you pay attention to coupons, you can spend a few hours there on a $50 budget.

I ordered a pizza for to go ,the door was locked can't open it ringing the doorbelt for like 10 minutes until they noticed i was there ,then instead of helped me they all went to see what happens with the door laughing,the worse service experince i had in this place after many years of coming

The food is amazing. We got an app sampler, large pizza, and a salad. Could never go wrong with the salad bar! However, as I went over to the pick up window I seemed to overhear a woman speaking loudly about being hungover. You guys might want to keep it down back there where we could hear you. I did not ask to speak to a manager but I honestly thought this was very unprofessional.

The food was first class dining the games were better than Dave & Buster's and round 1 and the prizes were the best in my opinion and I think it's the best place for children and adults.

The Salinas C.E.C. had the worst Salad Bar, ever! Spoiled Beets & Olives, out of both lettuces! Took 25min to get the Beets replaced & Eggs refilled. For nearly $9, the should do a much better job!

The cheese pizza was horribly, tasteless, my girls refused to eat anymore after the first bite.

My daughter likes to go Chuck E Cheese so we spend an hour there when they just open and its very quiet. We have pizza then leave before it gets crowded and loud. We like to.play the games and get a sketch done as a souvenir of our visit.

They now offer (timed) unlimited game machine use with parties packages and/or single users. Just purchase a card and as soon as you start using it, the timer begins. Much better than running out of tokens!

Half of the games/machine were broken took the points each for my son and daughter had like 25 points each but each machine we went took at least 1 or 2 points away because I thought the machine didn't respond to my card correctly but trying it the second time to scan.... figured not going to try the third time....wast of points, please fix All of your machines/games.

Bad service my pizza was sitting on the counter for 20min when it arrived at table it was cold and they didnt even want to re do it. Chuck e cheese dosent come out to dance or sing with the kids anymore they come out for parties and run back to the kitchen even if kids are waiting for pictures

I took my toddler on a rainy day. There wasn't many people there so it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was really friendly and informative. I also noticed that it was very clean. The pizza was good too. It was a little pricey but I expected that. I appreciated that they had a specifict section for toddlers so the games and rides were the perfect size and height for him.

Took my daughter when she was just a toddler, and now she is 21 years old. Now, taking a grandchild and delighted to say that place is still clean and kids are still having their fun there!

I asked one of the customers yesterday how the pizza was. They order 2 large stuff crust pizza i came out about 15 minutes later. The 2 whole pizza where gone. Down to 1 slice. Absolute fun for the kids! Took 6 & 8 there for a special treat and both declared it was the "best day ever". Both the pizza and spouse even declared it was good. I remain skeptical but I didn't sample it so can't weigh in. All of the staff here were friendly, courteous and helpful. The games all functioned properly but a couple did not reward with the correct number of tickets but oh well. To play the games you must purchase a card. You have a choice of a card that allows you unlimited games for a set time period OR a card that allows you a certain number of games but no time limit. It's a good choice. Also if you choose the time limit card, you can "pause" your time period one time (via a machine on the game floor). This would allow for time to eat, bathroom breaks, etc. It's not cheap, but what is these days? For our family of four it cost $65 which included a large one topping pizza, 3 drinks, a salad bar and 2 cards with 45 play points. My tips: get there when they open, it's less crowded and download the online coupons to save a couple bucks on food and games.

I took my kids after school to have some fun,I bought a plate for salad but during the time that i was there the salad bar was a mess and nobody clean it or refill it!!!

I’m so happy Chuck E. Cheese is back open now my 2 kids can go have fun! I feel like Chuck E. Cheese has definitely started to clean up their place. Before Corona does anybody remember how dirty the floors and tables were. Well if you don’t remember or never noticed I’m saying that their floors are as clean as they can get and their tables are as clean as they can get!

My two beautiful kids love this place. They are a bit understaffed for this type of business but still its a good place for kids
