Employees not quite sure how the online app works. Estimated wait time is nowhere near what their doing. If the app says your wait time is 0 minutes then you should be next why do they take people past you

Made appt online just to wait for longer than requested appointment. No one physically ahead of me. 2 people in building only 1 working at a time.

$42 for both my boys and the cut was a home type tier. Didn’t like it at all but they were kind enough to take us in without appt. Will not come back. do hope they improve skill.

Half of the time, I have to go home and fix my hair (cut off the long pieces), and I don't even know what I am doing!

Has been my "go to" place to get my hair cut since I moved from Soledad to Salinas back in 2018. Perfect EVERY TIME! Extremely nice staff. Great haircuts. Clean tools and environment. And just a great atmosphere all around. Easy 5 stars!

The haircuts are really bad for the price. I've been there several times but the last was the worst. First they deleted my checking instead of confirming I was there. Then they were distracted by the other person getting a haircut. The online check in seems like a good idea but it is really meaningless. The estimate is random. Just generally an annoying experience and poor service.

Great staff never had issues with my cuts been going for 4.5 years and every staff member does a great job and very quick

Fatima Gonzales. You are so wrong the lady has cut my son's hair. I actually go to her. My son is 3 years old and autistic he won't let any one cut his hair but her. I went one morning she cut my son's hair. was so friendly. She's my go too now. Not only is she friendly she understands my son and makes him feel welcome. He enjoys Sonic/ Pokémon conversations with her.

Bad experience with Tish, I asked her to only do my sides with a zero just a clean-up because I'm growing out my hair since a year and a half a go and she totally messed up my line on my left side. She didn't even tell me she took off more than she should and I didn't notice until I got home and took off my hair band and a nice chunk of hair came off. I just started going to Great Clips again for the first time since over a decade a go because of a bad experience and now I just regret giving them a second chance. Thanks a lot Tish!!

I do not recommend this place because I took my son to cut his hair, a lady with long black straight hair was going to cut it, but she did not cut it,well she only cut the front and middle part she left all the hair around her ears and in the bottom she didn’t cut nothing from the bottom and around the ears the lady was also with a bad attitude said that if she cuts around the ears she would cut my son but my son wasn’t even moving I was already frustrated of this women attitude I told her that I wanted the lady with blonde short hair to cut it and fix it instead because this women kept on, cutting my son hair and making it worst terrible haircut, then the women charge me for a not complete haircut I didn’t want to leave my son looking like that with all the hair around his ears and in the bottom part really long, so I called creat Clíps in south main Salinas, I spoke with adina and she couldn’t believe the behavior of the women at north main creat Clíps so she said come here I’ll fix the haircut and she said it’s not only around the ears it’s a complete haircuts the women didn’t know how to cut hair it was a bad haircut but adina did a great job fixing my son hair from the mess the women did at north main salon I recommended going to creat clip in south main also it’s the 2nd time the women with black long straight hair does this but I wanted to give her another chance the first time she said the machine wasn’t working that it’s not hers making excuses because she’s unprofessional
