I have come to this location on multiple occasions when they weren't open when it clearly stated they were supposed to be. Some employees have less than acceptable customer service. No greeting or farewells. They should be glad to see customers, even if early on the morning. They should be grateful for customers...not treat us like a burden. I am generally a patient customer because I understand that sometimes younger adults work these jobs and are still learning. When you are treated negatively by a team lead...for just driving up to the window...yeah, you will 4 stars from my review in a heart beat. This is not the only McDonald's with poor service. It seems to be a consistent issue with your restaurants. Possibly a corporate issue? Management & training?

Bad costumer service! At the North Main McDonalds! Miriam was rude in the when asked for condiments she ignored me she told me to go park on the red zone to wait for my food. I asked her to add condiments in my bag. When I got my food there was no condiments. When I went to ask for condiments she walked away from me before I can even ask she left me there waiting until another employee helped me! Miriam is unprofessional and inexperienced. Her manager “Maria” refused to give me her name. So another employer had to give me Miriam’s name! Over all experience horrible!

The staff were kind and polite. Everything felt very clean. The play area was great for our kids. Especially on a hotter day.

Bad experience here, the manager was working in drive through and I asked her for ketchup and she didn’t even attempt to go get some she just gave us the bag and closed the window. How lazy, I went inside and she was rude, made me wait and only gave us 3 how stingy and by the way I was willing to pay for some too.

Really bad customer service by the manager on duty 5/24/22 10pm... I called to ask for the frapp.... and machine was ready washed.... Manager literally hang the phone on me when I ask her name.... I was really upset I mean Mc Donald's should let the customers know that they don't sell frapps late night....

This is my second review for this McDonald's. It's about 2 blocks from my home and I'm not a huge fan but sometimes you just get a hankering for some grease.Well McDonald's is all greasey food I really like their breakfasts. I use the mobile AP and love it order while my car is warming up and just drive thru give them my code and walk! Food on the run has never been easier. I get the English muffins egg & Sausage, today I got the biscuit egg and sausage. I haven had the biscuit meal for some time. I the past it always fell apart and wasn't easy to eat. As you can see in the photo this is a pretty biscuit and it was tasty! Using the AP you get bonus points and deals I got a two 4 One breakfast sandwich deal so I got and english Muffin and a biscuit sandwich and only paid $4 and change. Anyway good deal good experience...I'm loving it!

Our order was short one sandwich and the manager in the drive through had an attitude when my wife reported it. We go to this store as it has a great play area for the kids, unfortunately they rarely get the order correct. The kids meal always seems to come with the same toddler toy despite requesting the toys for older children. We ordered extra fries with the kids meal and we just got a standard order of fries. The fountain drinks machine was out of most flavors and one had no ice, no carbonation, and the drinks were warm. Seems very poorly run.
