And instead of the location making it right they skimp me out again on the shrimp entree🤦🤦 Didn't seem like the short chubby Phillipino manager liked the coupon

Panda Express cooks their foods fresh. It's not the best Chinese food you have ever had, but it can get a good fast food alternative if you choose your items wisely.

Pleasantly surprised, menu has expanded to include a larger variety. The food was actually tasteful and not too greasy. The location is tucked away however very busy and not a very large dining room. This is a good location for carryout. Location was clean and kept up, food was constantly coming so the wait was not tremondous despite being busy.

Food is good, but that's expected from a large chain like Panda Express. The reason I rated it so low is because they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I had placed an order for pickup and when I got home I noticed one item was missing. It's about $9-$10, so I called the restaurant to find out if I could get that item refunded. They never answered the phone. I called several times over 3 days and nothing. I even filled out their survey stating what I had experienced and received an email that I would receive a follow up call/message regarding my complaint. I'm still waiting.

Love panda Express, but this location is not very consistent, you will almost never get fresh food unless you go during lunch or dinner rush. And when its packed and there's a line out the door, some of the cooks have no sense of urgency and seem to look up at the line and take their sweet time. That's a real bummer, i waited 15 minutes for a order of super greens and got home and they were still half raw. Plus the staff Act's like robots and I've never seen any of them ever smile or really be friendly at all.
