Lady who works here is super rude. She held us waited for 1 hour to make us one sandwich. World most worst customer service. Lady name was Mary.

The location isn't the best due to all the homless that can be hanging out around the trucks top. But that being said the restaurant was clean and there wasn't a long line. The person making the sandwich was friendly and made our sandwiches just as we asked. This Subway gives you more toppings without asking for them. Compared to the subway on South Main St accross from Rotten Robbies gas station. I live less than 4min from the one on Spurh main St. And I will always drive the extra few miles to go to this Subway.

I was behind 1 other customers in line and the subway employee told me he couldn't serve me because he was going on break. 06/09/2022 10-35 pm. He put break come back in 10 min. And I back in20 min. Then he put sign back in 30 min now 11-30 pm still sign back in 30 min. Very rude and unprofessional night guy

My husband and I love subway, this is the only place that they take care of us. I’m a very picky person and like my sub a specific way. So far Virginia has been the best sandwich artist that’s is very patient with me while ordering, and always make us laugh. She treat every customer with the best service ever. Hey I used to eat twice subway from this location, the one old lady work there , I always get the steak wrap in $8.50 and she charge me $13. Something I wanna ask like why it’s price was $13. There was customers that’s waiting in long line that’s why I quite and pay for wrap , I wanna do request to the subway staff please get some knowledge to your customer representative

The guy work here in night time he don’t work good because I make one veggie sandwich includ veggie petties but he did not put veggie petties in my sandwich everybody when make any sandwiches please make sure and watch what you want to make he put everything

Had such a great experience with Naomi. Was on the road for a long time (road trip), kids were being cranky, and she was so unbelievably helpful. Very patiently helped us with the order and cheered the kids (and the wife) up. God bless her.

Wow...i mean really...if you are going to make peoples food. Why would you hold a full conversation with your co-worker while making someones food? Basically just talking all over the food as if nothing comes out of a persons mouth when they talk. It's called micro spit particles! On top of that we all are dealing with Covid19. And heres the crazy part...the one that actually had a mask on wasn't making the sandwich! I didn't even order i walked out cause if she was inconsiderate about not talking, not having a mask on than im pretty sure she probably doesn't even change her gloves regularly. Hopefully HR will fire her and hire someone out here that needs a job and will take it more seriously.

Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They make your order correct and are happy to do so. I know there is a Subway it seems on every block but not all are them same. The ingredients are fresh and not soggy and they always seem to go the extra mile to make you happy. It's in the pilot truck stop which is always busy and truck drivers aren't always nice but they don't let that phase them. Great place to stop for a bite on the road.

Got there about one, it wasn't busy. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. The place has a great feel to it. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.
