Great location. Close to shopping. Lots of restaurants near by including an Arby's across the street. Walking in everything was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and attentive. My room was clean and smelled fresh walking in. Very comfortable bed. There is a nice selection of snacks and food downstairs available. There is a nice outdoor sitting area and a pool.

Relatively new property that's very well maintained and has an excellent staff. All rooms have a kitchenette, comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Daily full breakfast buffet is very adequate and quite good. All the usual convenient Home2Suites amenities provided. Located right off the Interstate. Parking can be tight late at night during busy weekends. Highly recommended!

We were in town for the Polar Express Ride in Spencer. Needed somewhere to spend the night before we headed home. The staff was very kind and welcoming - the hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. Room was nice and clean, complimentary breakfast had lots of options, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and warm.

It was our 2 year old’s first time staying at a hotel and we had really talked it up. Not only did he absolutely love it, so did we! Customer service is top notch—everyone greeted us with smiles and were so nice and happy to help! Rooms are super clean, bed was comfy, complimentary breakfast is delicious! It was a breath of fresh air to stay at such a nice place. Truly no complaints!

We stay here for several days every couple of months to visit family. We always have a great experience between M-F, then we notice a drastic difference on the weekend as far as food at breakfast not being available and the service we receive. However, today (02 Dec) we were welcomed by one of your shining employees at breakfast. The young woman that maintained the breakfast area was extremely accommodating, welcoming, gracious, and so friendly! She was on top of making sure everything was stocked, refilling beverages, assisting guests, and all with big smile on her face. Please give her major props for an amazing job, and do whatever you can to keep her at your hotel. Thank you for having such a nice employee to wake up to in the morning!

Clean rooms and superior customer service. Staff was genuine, friendly and overall happy. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and always had the same quality experience.

Pro's: -very convenient location 1 second from 85 and close to food; -Beautiful property that appears brand new and my room was spotlessly clean; -Very helpful staff. Special shout out to the "house" guy who I ran into in the elevators and asked for additional pillows and he did so right away. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but it was Friday evening October 6. Cons: poor sound insulation. I was drifting off to sleep when the person upstairs came into their room and started dropping things aimlessly. I could even hear them dropping pocket change on the bedside table. It went on so long I ended up not sleeping a wink so I spent a lot of money on zero sleep. -The bed was not comfortable (imo) and the pillows were about the lowest quality they could possibly be. One thing I always liked about Hilton brands in the past were the beds. The Hampton bed in particular was always super comfortable and they gave you both feather and foam. I assumed this brand would have equally comfortable beds but that was not the case. Other reviewers describe the beds as comfortable so I guess it depends on perception. If I ever come back to this area I would try the Marriott down the street mostly because of the poor sound insulation at this property. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is a beautiful property. I didn't have any problems with my car but reading the other reviews was concerning.

I have stayed in many so-called luxury hotels in my long life, but this hotel, with its incredibly friendly, very professional staff, exceeded my expectation! Whether the cleanliness in the room, in or around the hotel, small problem with the shower when leaving the hotel at the reception reported after 3 hours back everything done! Such service and the prompt handling of concerns I have so far only experienced during my stays in hotels in Asia! If you have such staff should be grateful for it! Should my way led me again to Salisbury, NC, I will certainly book here again and hope that the standard is maintained! Staff, customer friendliness and cleanliness 5 stars! I can even accept that the location of this Hotel is very "central"!

Walked in and was greeted right away by a warm and friendly personality. The lobby, hallways, our room 612 was exceptionally clean. Rooms are comfortable and inviting. Bed was comfortable. We would most definitely stay here at this location next time we come back to town.

We made a quick trip to Salisbury & Spencer that required a 1-night hotel stay. We selected this property because of it's location and published reviews. We were not disappointed! The entire staff (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast bar) were absolutely delightful from the moment we arrived through our departure. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and our room were exceptionally clean. Everything worked and appeared to be in good condition with the exception of the outer entrance door (there are 2 so it was still secure) that is undergoing repairs. We are decades long Hilton customers and look forward to another opportunity to stay at this property!

I live local, but needed a place to stay a few days while we had work done on the house. I chose this hotel as it is only a few years old and well maintained. I had a family friend who stayed here one or two weekends a month for about a year. Every visit here has been great. The beds were comfy and each room was set up with a comfy couch, kitchenette, and a sizable bathroom. There is a gym and laundry room near the front desk, so both are able to be monitored by staff. The outdoor seasonal pool is pleasant but not large. The complementary breakfast in the morning is actually quite pleasant. They also keep fresh coffee and hot water for tea or hot cocoa always available in the lobby. The staff here are always pleasant. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is immediately off interstate 85 and there are several dining options in close proximity. The hotel is pet friendly and does have a small area to walk your dogs. I would recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Salisbury.

We stayed here for a three day weekend and had a great experience. The staff was super sweet, breakfast was pretty good and rooms were clean and neat. It has a kitchenette area with a full size fridge which was awesome. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

These rooms are really big and nice. Beds are comfortable. Blackout curtain was perfect! Bathroom is big and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of items and was pretty good. Fitness room was a little small. No indoor pool. The only real negative was road noise.

I love this hotel. The location is very convenient. The staff is excellent. Very courteous and professional 👏🏽. Mention must be made of Diquana, Bobbi, and Shemiah at the front desk. They made our stay extremely warm and pleasant. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an emergency remodel at our home, so looking for something close by. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Ms Bobbie at the front desk). Clean rooms. Provided full size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Nice workout room, pool, laundry. ❤️ hot breakfast.

Convenient to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. However, it's next to the on-ramp which is very noisy. Parking is very limited and tight and it is not in a great area as far as safety. It is also next to a run down motel, so a security guarded parking lot would be a suggestion. I did not feel safe to go to my car after dark to retrieve an item.

This was my first stay at a Home2 Suites and I was quite impressed. First of all the front staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The room, a King Studio, was very clean and comfortable. It had a walk in shower and full size refrigerator. The bed was quite comfortable. The cost of the room was reasonable. I plan to stay here again on my next trip.
