I had an appointment with Christie, would not recommend at all. She left me sitting in her chair for 10 minutes before she greeted me. Barely spoke to me at all during the appt., was super rough around my cartilage piercing, and left my hair noticeably uneven (which means it’s super uneven because I have curly hair). I asked for more layers and she barely put any in at all. Additionally, she didn’t check in to ask if I was happy with the cut. I’m not an extremely picky person when it comes to hair but I’m very upset with this experience. I called the salon the following day in hopes Jen would be able to fix my hair, was told she was gone for the weekend but they would make sure she contacted me personally. It’s been a week and I have yet to hear anything. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on, extremely disappointed.

Great salon! Plenty of parking and easy to get to entrance. (especially if your handicapped or elderly) Lauren was knowledgeable and helpful and very kind. Very easy to get another appointment at such short notice. Its also a ‘one stop shop’ offering microblading if you’re in need of that. All in all I don’t think you can go wrong there.

I was taken care by Haylie Seidel . She took the time to explain things to me. She was very informative and kind. My hair feels amazing. I cant wait to go back and have another amazing experience. Thank you for a great experience

This place was nicely designed. Well cleaned and maintained. The hairstylist was exceptional. She heard everything I said and carefully worked with me to give a great haircut. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to have a haircut. I highly recommend Jen Hovans Hair design and commend The owner. Very happy customer. Even rescheduling was easy. The receptionist did her job well. This place is very well run. Thank you. Look forward to returning.

I have had the pleasure of Jen doing my hair for over 10 years. She is the best and very caring about my hair. I also have her style my wigs, she knows exactly how to style them Never disappointed. I look forward to the visit, she treats me with compassion and love.

They’re the best in the Valley! Koriann is my go to hairdresser and I drive over 2 hours from NY to see her every few months, she does an amazing balayage!! Jen also did my hair for my wedding day, absolute perfection! I wouldn’t trust anyone else more than this group of amazing women!
