I particularly just like to get the sushi here. Great special roll options.

Very nice atmosphere. You wouldn't know how nice it is from the outside. Fairly large menu with decent prices. $$ Get the Tempura Shrimp and the Egg Roll appetizers. The Teriyaki menu has good choices. Service was paced well and above average! ★★★★☆

This is an amazing Japanese restaurant. The food is just incredible. Great portions super high quality. Excellent service. Can't say enough good things except that if you're in the area and don't stop by you missed one of the best.

Small and just off the main road. The hours are short but the service and food are both excellent. Great sushi for a more than fair price. I highly recommend the calamari.

Amazing food. A bit pricey but it's worth it for how fresh the sushi and sashimi is. A nice place to take a date for sure. Not much seating and the fact that they're only open for like 3ish hours is strange but if you're getting take out it's whatever.

Staff was super friendly and nice. Food was okay. My husband got a tuna roll and the tuna was the color was bright pink like watermelon. I thought it was supposed to be darker purple but I could be wrong? So it just made me uneasy eating the sushi rolls. They fell apart easily and had an abundance of sauce. They did a great job seasoning the chicken and rice. The womans bathroom was okay but it was mentioned to me that the men's bathroom was not clean (we came only an hour and a half after opening). Front of restaurant has a lot of clutter which makes me wonder about the back of the house but overall we would be willing to go back and try another meal. Again, staff was over the top with service, friendly and educated. Just was hoping for a little bit more with the quality of the food.

Wow! We were delighted on how delicious the sushi was 🍣. The hostess sat us right away when we arrived at the restaurant. Our server was friendly, he was so knowledgeable and explained the menu and specials to us. We will definitely come back and dine here again. We live 40 miles away but this is worth it. Sincerely, Thuy Dong 11/10/2023

Glad to have a sushi place locally but this is like the Applebee’s of sushi. Nothing is exactly bad, but nothing is really good either. The atmosphere was non-existent outside of the well decorated entryway - walls were bland and small tables felt like I was at a diner. We had 6 rolls for the table and they were pretty bland tasting and not exactly aesthetically well done. I’d rather take the trip out to Rehoboth for a candle lit sushi dinner with flavor instead of a close-by location.

My wife and I have been going to Ikebana for the better part of 10 years. The service is superb, the atmosphere is very chill, but very family oriented, and the food is the the Best Sushi this side of the Golden Gate. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Food was great. Had to wait too long. To go orders are prioritized over customers who eat at the restaurant. It was very disappointing on how long it took to get the main meal. Appetizers came out fast. Water was refilled regularly. We were tempted to leave before the main meal came out because how long it took.

Best sushi (fresh and flavorful)in town and great prices on their monthly special rolls which they will make you year-round if you remember what you liked. Staff always the best even when extremely busy. Love the December roll, volcano, sunshine. They have a lot of semi Spicy rolls that we love and staff able to describe them and make recommendations with no problems. Kids meals are great value and my kids love them. Fried rice and calamari appetizer also delicious.

Our favorite restaurant for date night! I know some would disagree, but this is the best sushi on the eastern shore, and the prices are very fair.

Just happened to see the restaurant’s name as I was driving by finishing up errands in Salisbury. I live an hour away and hadn’t heard of ikebana so my daughter and I decided to stop for a quick snack. I had been trying various sushi restaurants in my area hoping to find one with decent food with decent prices and so far had been woefully disappointed! NOT HERE!! I lived in Alaska most of my adult life and was spoiled by the fresh rich flavor of the fish there and Ikebana comes very close to meeting the mark. Fish was fresh with good portions. Roll was presented well and full of flavor. Our “snack” turned into a full dinner. Staff very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Ikebana will be a regular dining out spot even if it it an hour away!

We used to LOVE Ikebana...specifically their shrimp fried rice. But the last 2 occasions, we were served a pile of mush. Either the rice is being overcooked or they are using previous days left overs. And it's like $7-8 for the full size we order. The last time we ordered this rice, there was a piece of metal (Like shred off of brillo pad), thankfully this wasn't in our toddlers bowl. Total waste, had to figure something else out for dinner. Sushi is ok, but honestly Sam's club has just as good simple rolls.

Why did I wait so long before coming here??? It’s now my favorite restaurant in Salisbury to get sushi. Great ambiance and delicious food. Prices are on par with other Japanese restaurants. The Ikebana Special rolls are my favorite. It’s an amazing place for a date.

Their hours are WEIRD but if you can get a table, DO IT. The service was great, very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. We weren’t sure which roll was which, so he had the chef come out and tell us which was really nice. We loved the crispy roll. The hibachi steak was good and so was the miso soup. We definitely would return to Ikebana.
