I'd recommend going early and reserving a table. We always get the udon tempura. They have great sushi as well. In the picture we have 6 nigiri samplers merged into one plate. Probably the way to go if you're into nigiri.

Best sushi in Salisbury - no question. Make sure to make a reservation!

Total rip off! A Spanish restaurant pretending to know sushi. Total failure! Tuna Sashimi was so thinly cut that it fell apart when you try to pick it up. Tiny scallop cut into 3 slivers. But yet they charge a lot of money. Total joke. Waiter was friendly and great, not his fault that he had to serve this ridiculous stuff. Just because you might have done the dishes at a real sushi place doesn't make you a sushi chef!

First time eating here, myself working in a Japanese restaurant I know a thing or two. As for my experience here prices are about the same as for sushi and “hibachi” anywhere. My biggest disappointment was the portion size for the hibachi, I got the NY steak which it was cooked to perfection but literally 28 dollars for two bites of rice, a bite of vegetables and a bite of batter veggies with your steak, an the steak was at least 5oz, to add on the wait time for the food took a while maybe because it’s one person in the back, other than that sushi was great. And they have specials on Tuesdays for half off on some sushi rolls. Will be coming back for sushi only. Oh an the gyozas were great too. Just to pricey for the hibachi, to end this off the front of the house we’re very welcoming.

We ordered three different rolls, all of the rolls Looked alike. They were unappealing to the eyes and had no taste. Overpriced for no reason!

My first time here. The place is well kept and food was excellent. Our waitress Karley was so great and upbeat even though she was super busy with a lot of tables. She gave everyone great service. Will be back.

Fantastic sushi. The plum saki was delicious. Nice, quiet, and relaxing space.

Waited 2 hours for our meals. A table beside us was sat, served, and left before we even got our food. This is the 2nd time this has happened. This is an issue with the kitchen. Our server was very nice and did her best with what the kitchen was giving her. Food was very expensive and mediocre for how long we waited.

The atmosphere was quite nice, and the staff were very kind. Even though wait times were a tad bit long, the food made up for it, with the shrimp nigiri being my favorite on my first visit. I hope to come back sometime in the near future.

Overall: Terrible service, mediocre food, ridiculously expensive for what you get, and a general waste of time and energy to eat here. Went in for a celebratory dinner - showed up just at opening time. The hostess asked if we had a reservation (we didn't) and then proceeded to seat us in the back near the hallway to the restroom. There were multiple open tables, including one at the front window, that remained empty for the entire meal. In other words, reservations don't matter there, so I'm not sure why they act as if they do matter. The place was 1/2 empty on a Friday night with a freaking street festival going on outside. We ordered gyoza, chicken teriyaki, and two different sushi rolls. The gyoza was tasty - light dumpling wrapping and flavorful inside - the ponzu sauce wasn't really (no citrus) - it was soy sauce with chili oil. The sushi came out first. The "dragon" sushi roll was tasty and well made, but clearly skimped on the fish. The other roll was supposed to have "seared" salmon, but it was cut so thin that it was completely cooked through and rubbery. 20 minutes into the service the chicken teriyaki was still not on the table. The server came by to ask if everything was okay, but didn't listen for an answer- she just asked in passing while walking by. I could have said the kitchen was on fire and she wouldn't have paid attention. We waited another 9 minutes and she came with the check and asked if everything was all right. I told her I hadn't been served yet so she went to the kitchen and said that they were cooking it. We asked to cancel the dish and were told "they've already started cooking it." We took the food to go instead because at that point we were done with the place. When the to-go order came I did taste the chicken so I could see how it was. Dry and in need of seasoning is the answer. The server offered no explanation for failing to recognize that one person hadn't been served their entree, and certainly didn't offer to remove the dish, offer a discount, or even apologize. Overall, very disappointing dinner. Photo shows the "to go" order. $21 my friends. Save your money or go somewhere else, this place isn't worth it at all.

We have walked past this place many times wondering how it was. Well, we stopped and went in. On a Saturday night it is recommended to get reservations. We didn't have reservations but they gave us a seat at the Sushi bar. It was really fun watching the Sushi Chefs TJ, Raul, and Kiichi creating some amazing creations. The Owner was working in the kitchen producing some amazing items. We started off with a Tempura dish with Shrimp and fresh vegetables. The vegetables actually come from the husband of the owner's farm. It was very well prepared and extremely delicious. That was followed by the Seafood Chowder. There were ample quantities of seafood and a fantastic flavor. We also had the potato filled rolls. Following the apps, we had three Sushi rolls, the Top Hat, the Lotus Blossom, and the Ocean City. All were well prepared and very enjoyable. Tony and Mel were our servers and made the visit very enjoyable. This is definitely a place to visit if you like good sushi and a pleasant atmosphere. For sure a place I'll visit again.

Tuna tostada was amazing, and there wasn't a single roll we didn't like! Service was great and we will definitely be back soon.

Exceeded our expectations. Everything was good but highlights for me were the yellowtail and salmon sashimi and yellowtail soup.

we absolutely love this spot. Service is fast and friendly, everything on the menu is amazing. Sushi takes a while to be made on a busy night but is well worth the wait! We love Jamie, the waitress. she recognizes us every time we come in and is so sweet, you can tell she loves her job! could not recommend this place enough!

Excellent food! You may have to wait a little bit, but that's part of the experience, and we don't mind waiting for the best sushi in town! If you are gluten-free, you can safely eat here as well, which is a huge plus!

Food was excellent and service was very good. The kitchen was backed up, so there was a somewhat long wait for our meals, but servers were still attentive and gave us complementary items like a free appetizer and dessert, which was very kind. The wait was worth it though and I’d easily do it again. Lovely place.

We were in the area for an event and wanted sushi for dinner. After some searching on Google Maps, we chose this spot. It’s small-ish. maybe 15 tables plus sushi bar and regular bar seating. Our server, Tony, was very professional and gave great service overall. DEFINITELY get the tuna tostada for an app! It was fresh and spicy and delicious. We ordered sushi, the star of which was the Hawaiian roll. I love sushi, and that might be my favorite roll EVER. This will absolutely be in our rotation from here on out.

Honestly super rude. Waiter was rude and kept being passive aggressive. Food good but the service here is disrespectful.

Staff and team are very friendly here. I thought the food prices were a little high, but it could very well be supply chain issues for the area. There was also a little confusion on what Vegetable Tempura was as someone at my table ordered that and was brought a sweet potato sushi roll. All in all, it's a quaint restaurant with friendly team. Unfortunately, I didnt get any pics tho 😕. Bathroom:. There's a Women's single bathroom in the restaurant. Then for the Men, you have to exit the back door into the building the restaurant is housed in and there are two unisex single bathrooms there that are available.

I have never dined in so cant say how well the service is. I have ordered several times takeout and found the food to be exceptional and probably one of the better sushi and sashimi places in a 50 mile radius. Their sushi is very well made, unique, and tastey. I like the fact they come with their own dipping sauces for some specialty rolls. The only downside is that it is a popular place and they open up at 5pm. Last order of sushi took 2 hours for them to get to my order. While it isn't a big deal for me, it could be for others so plan ahead.

Fresh seafood, a bit pricey, edamame was over steamed, but we enjoyed immensely, and we will be back when budget allows, lol!

Jewel of a sushi restaurant in a budding area of Salisbury with interesting shops nearby. Not huge and staff does not rush their sushi prep or their patrons so reservations are a great idea. Sushi was phenomenal as was the wait staff - very personable. We had a party of 5 and all had rave reviews. Our twins just committed to SU so we will be back often!
