    I usually love Wendy's but lately I've been disappointed every visit. Idk if it's new management or what but it's declining. This last visit will be my last visit.

    It was after 6pm, so the dinner rush was over, however they were short staffed that night so they moved slow. When I went there wasnt a line and it wasnt busy, by the time i left, the drive thru line was almost out to the road. They just renovated the dining area, but they havent cleaned in some time. Food on the floor in the kitchen area, the cup lids all across the counter. The dining area was decent, new tv. The bathroom did not have paper towels and water all over sink and floor. To be just reopened that place should be spic and span everywhere. The food was okay, and the staff was friendly. Ill prob go back and I hope they have it cleaned, this is the last Wendy's left in town.

    Wendy's is one of my top 3 fast food restaurants I go to. Just something about the food that keep me satisfied. This one you can be waiting in line pretty long. Hopefully you can caught it with just a few cars but if it long. It will take some time. Well depending on the day. But other than that, great restaurant.

    Went thru drive thru 2nd time in a month. Both times request for no mayo. Both times loaded with mayo. Done with drive thru. On both receipts no mayo printed. Repeated by employee. My fault for not checking before leaving.

    I was in town for business and stopped here for a quick lunch a couple times, the young man (kid even maybe) was awesome and I could see he was working way harder than he was paid to but he was nice and put up with a lot of bs… Managers need to learn how to treat employees like this right. My food was decent too, can’t complain

    Ordered French toast sticks for my daughter and didn’t realize they weren’t given to us until we got home. Called to ask for them to refund the price of the French toast and they didn’t answer the phone. Update. Turns out my sandwich was also wrong. Went to the store to have them remade and the manager refused because it was slightly after 10:30. Rudely handed my cash back. Hopefully corporate fires her. Thanks Michelle.

    Nobody seemed to be happy to be there working. No smiles no hi how are you? And then you order a baconator and when you get home you get 1 piece of bacon on it!! An $11.00 burger and you give me 1 piece of bacon. That's a shame

    The chicken sandwiches at this Wendy's is wonderful, fries also are very freshly cooked too. The frostychinos here however are downright garbage, worse than watered down McDonalds coffee. Which is ashame, cause their regular frosties are just fine. Come here for everything else, avoid the frostychino

    The staff just looked through me like i wasnt even there. Very poor attitudes. I actually walked out once. I live close so i decided to give it another try. But had same results. Wendys food is good not the emplyees.

    Great deals on food. My only complaint is that both of their coke freestyle machines were out of about half of the flavors, and the Coke and Dr. Pepper were either watery or mixed up. Fortunately they had those flavors behind the counter so I just had to ask someone for a refill.

    This Wendy's on North Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury MD is the dirty and there's no reason for it and everyone is the blame from the employees to the managers and the franchise owners and it's Everytime my wife and I come to this restaurant everything sucks about this place and we will never come back because I'm going to spend my hard earned money on a place like that

    When we ordered it wasn't busy but still waited 10 minutes for our food and when we got them all three sandwiches were wrong. Then had to wait for them to remake them. If anyone there was working with any kind of speed it wouldn't have been so bad, but they definitely weren't in any hurry to get orders out. As slow as they were moving, you would think the orders would have been correct at least. We stopped as we were traveling through thinking it would be a quick stop, we could have gone to a actual restaurant, not a fast food place, and been done eating faster.

    Being busy doesn’t make up for the fact the employee was lazy and didn’t value her customer. She complained about her co-worker which was awkward. I stood there for 5 Minutes patiently. )no exaggeration) before any acknowledgment. I understand it was busy, the lobby was packed and the line was wrapped around the building. Never handled me a receipt. No big deal. Then waited 20 mins for food. Still patient because I understand you can’t control a rush like that and I hadn’t eaten all day. Then she announced my double cheeseburger was ready. I told her I ordered a double stack she looked me in the face and told me that’s what it is. I get home and it’s neither. It’s a loaded nacho burger which is trash and exactly where it ended up. I’ll just say what a waste…

    By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendys. And it wasn't just me who was having issues. The guy before me and after me was waiting at the return food counter as well. They just didn't give me one of the two burgers I ordered. I had to stand there and explain it four times. The floor back there is filthy and none of them wear gloves. The same girl ringing up your order is the same girl making your order of fries and junior bacon cheeseburger. Then the fries were cold. Terrible experience, will never go back.

    The worst experience in a fast food restaurant, I ask for have a sandwich redone because it was too much mayonnaise on it, the lady working on the kitchen come to the front counter and get my sandwich and told me next time ask for light mayo. And it was ok I take it but she get back to the kitchen to redo my sandwich when she start to put the mayo start to make jokes about it, very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I refused to eat that sandwich and ask for my money back.

    I usually don't leave reviews on fast food restaraunts because it's fast food. I don't really expect much in terms of quality, taste, and customer service. However, this is the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. That speaks volumes because I get better service at Cook Out and Popeyes which are known for rude employees. I placed my very simple order at 8:46pm . I ordered a $5 dollar biggie which contained a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger , honey mustard , and Sprite . No one was working the 1st window and I know this because I sat at it for approximately 8 minutes and no one even looked in my direction. I then moved to the second window once the car in front of me was served. The woman (manager/supervisor)working the window and apparently taking orders said ," Sorry all we have are sugar cookies." I told her that's fine because I didn't order cookies . She then looked confused and asked me what I ordered . I told her and she started looking through her overhead expedite screen. She then said that she doesn't have my order . I just said ,"Okay" because what am I really suppose to say to that? So I then tell her what I ordered again and she starts to look out the window towards the back of my car. I told her that no one was at the first window because I thought she was going to tell me that I should have paid there. But no, she had the audacity to tell me that I skipped the line. I said ,"What do you mean?" I waited in line and talked to someone through the intercom and told them my order . Additionally, this particular Wendy's drive through is too narrow to squeeze in front of another car. She then gets argumentative and tells me that she was taking orders the whole time. I tell her once again that I've been in line the whole time. She then asked for my order again. At this point another employee comes over to listen to the commotion. The supervisor/manager had an attitude then turned around and started speaking in Spanish to the other employee. The manager walks away without giving me my Sprite . Eventually I recieved my food from the other employee and then I had to ask for my sprite . Overall, this was a horrible experience. Upper management should be wiser about the leaders they select. They can make or break your business. Leaders should hold themselves accountable for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer. That's a horrible quality to have in a leader. A simple apology would have sufficed. Do better lady(manager) and do better Wendy's. P.S - I threw out the food ultimately because I'm not feeding my child food that your disgruntled manager probably spit in. I kept the sprite because the other young lady made it in front of me. If you want to check your cameras, I was in a white hyundai with a Puerto Rican flag.

    Stop here around 12:30 a.m. on a Wednesday evening. I come to the drive-through and the girl working says we are closed. Google said they close at 1 am, I asked what time they close. Then she asked what I wanted to order. I ordered in Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich. After receiving my food they turned off the lights as if they were closing. This was around 12:40 a.m. I open my sandwich, and it's wrong. There's no bacon or cheese, and it's mayonnaise instead of ranch. I turned back around to go to the drive-through and they've turned off the intercom and acted like they were closed. The chicken was hot and fresh, although half the sandwich was missing. There's also like a $2 price difference between a plain chicken sandwich in the Asiago Ranch. Very disappointed

    I started eating my sandwich and realized the was no chicken on I call the store two time the first someone answered and hung up the second I asked to speak to the manager and I informed her about there not being any chicken on my sandwich and she said ok but also she said in the background to her employee that I was lying about it here is a picture and it seem to be that this store is not professional when they speak to customers I am going to reach out to corporate office about this issue

    I rarely eat burgers however when I do I go to Wendy's. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and cold, not mushy and warm. S They are delicious and juicey.

    Pretty good food and good service, even though they forgot my bacon they did bring it out before I had to go looking for it. Long and short if you are looking for a good sloppy burger then Wendy's is the place to go. Will absolutely go back and recommend.

    Not good ordered the chicken BLT There was no lettice or tomato on it the bacon was burnt. Its wasnt busy so I dont understand why my order was not correct. Then this Wendy's didnt have the strawberry frosty. Very disappointed

    Conveniently weeks in a row now where they were "out of Frosties" around 7:30 not even close to closing time. Always some lazy people working in there, very rude and dismissive, very poor customer service. You'd think if they were so consistently "out" of a popular item, they would order more of it so that wouldn't be a problem. Hence, it's all lies just so they don't have to do anything about it. Last Sunday night was told the same exact thing, yet the following day just before noon I just happened to ask if they had Frontier, and the lady at the drive-thru thought I was crazy and said "We always have Frosties" and I asked at the window if they just got more in since the night before but they hadn't, because they weren't even out of it. Don't trust the night crew here, they suck.

    Long wait in drive thru. Will only allow you to order 4 biggie bags in the drive thru. There is 6 of us. So not only waited 15 mins had to park and go in anyway 🙄 Very inconvenient. Workers need more enthusiasm, not friendly at all.

    My bourbon bacon cheeseburger was tasty but cold. My husband's bacon nator burger was also cold. Our cheese was not melted at all. Also not sure why we paid so much for his meal. They didn't provide us with a receipt so we might of been over charged.

    Usually Wendy's is very good but today I told them to make sure my fries were hot when I got in the car and drove away I found out they were cold and they do this too much I'll have to find another place to go

    I don't usually give fast food restaurant 5 stars... But the cashier who took my order was fantastic... Her name is Amanda... She made me laugh.... She was nice and knows how to make a customer feels welcome... The service was great... The food is still delicious as it were in 2008 when I worked for Wendy's back in Florida... Because of Amanda... This Wendy's will be my favorite from now on...

    Came through the drive thru at around 12:35 am and they close at 1 am. Waiting to be told that something was wrong with the system and they can’t take any orders which I’m pretty sure is a lie. According to other reviews they do this kind of thing often and tell people they are closed etc.. I will call in the morning to complain and see if the system was actually “down” which I’m sure it wasn’t. Maybe something should be done if there are multiple reviews about the same kind of situations

    Went into drive thru about 1230am. Sat in line for about 20mins, and the store closed at 1am. I ordered a $5 biggie bag and when I got my order, the burger was old! I was so mad and hungry! I won't be going there any more when the store is about to close!
