I'm never going back! I was short-changed because the cashier did not have enough pennies and handed me my change without them. I asked to get pennies because I saved my change. I'm on Soc. Sec., and take care of all my money. The cucumbers were yellow and dried out. The lettuce was rusty. I called the store and spoke to Joy, the manager. She tried to say the cucumbers were just fine, but I disagreed. Maybe new ones had been put out. Anyway, she could have thanked me for calling, but instead she bickered with me. I don't care for that. I did her a service by calling, and she was highly ungrateful with me.

The food was fine tonight but the service was terrible. The lady taking my order gave me such a disgusted look after I greeted her “Hi, how are you” that I asked her if I had offended her. It was very clear that stopping in to order food was greatly inconveniencing her. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was ordering food for someone else and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else…I would have left. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of attitude at this location but it will certainly be the last.

If I could give a lower score I would, my experience today was nothing but a disappointment! I got a rude unfriendly staff member named Shannon. She rolled her eyes with me when I asked for my chicken to be heated, she just assumed that I wanted it toasted. After having to put up with her attitude and her poor work of putting together a sub in an unfriendly unprofessional manner, I take a bite into a cold sub! I refuse to ever go back I would rather drive to the opposite end of Salisbury and get amazing service and subs elsewhere. I don’t think this girl should be working in any business that involves human interaction!

Great my sandwich and my mamas protein bowl were absolutely delicious. Poor girl was doing orders by herself and kept apologizing since something took a bit longer then usual but we kept telling her it was fine and not to worry since we were in no rush. She was very nice even though at times she didn’t seem the most happy about being alone. We went 6/25 so if the store reads it they can tell her she was the best and everything was amazing.

This is not a bathroom. Subway inside the Exxon (currently growing trend) is not a bad idea. Think of it as a mini food court. The workers need to change gloves and wipe area down after every customer. The establishment need to come up with a better idea to keep the food covered and fly proofed. The subs/sandwiches are good. The workers are stingy with the spinach :) but they are courteous and friendly. I would recommend a visit. Ask your server to change gloves, and rinse & wipe utensils before serving you to minimize fly contact.

The Subway at Autumn Grove in Salisbury Maryland has two awesome ladies that make subs. Regina and Tish are the best. I go there about once a week. Tish knows what I want before I even order. Regina is so friendly and sweet. Thank you Tish and Regina!
