I have been going there for about 2n half years now and all the ladies there are super nice and professional! They always have someone that talks Spanish which is a good thing because my mom doesn’t really understand English! My teeth are so much better now! Even my primary dentist complimented my teeth and said whoever I went to did a very good job! I feel much prettier now! ❤️ I never had to wait very long even when I would show up over an hour earlier because of transportation! And the lady that did my retainers was super fast and they fit perfectly! I was willing to wait but she said she’ll do them so I wouldn’t have to wait for them! She’s the best! I can’t remember her name but she was short around 5’2 w long brown hair! She was really nice to answer my questions and give me other options! ❤️ even printed out my before/after pics for me!😁

good experience except the girl at the front desk. not sure how she even still works here lol. couldn't even look me in the face while talking to me, even if you don't like ur job you should still represent good customer service. why have someone who wants to make sly comments but can't even look at you.

I have had a fairly good experience with Wiry Smiles. However, Joanna clearly has a problem with people of color. She is definitely on a mission to rid Wiry Smiles of minority customers. She loves giving people obstacles when there should not be any. For example, this morning I watched her as a young white male came in. She asked if his Mom was in the car he replied no. She said oh well just go ahead. I asked her if she could provide my son with a school excuse since this was his 2nd day in a row coming in for his retainer. She replied “no I can’t give him one because I would have to check the records etc.”so her co worker said yes we can. So her co worker said she has to go to Mooresville. As soon as the next kid of African American descent arrives he asked if he could get both retainers done. She tells him no. He can only do one a day. My son had both done yesterday and before because she was not there clearly on both occasions. So as I am leaving I ask for the excuse for the school again. She prints one for today and a history of his visits and tells me she again can not give him the written letter for yesterday. I started to call the office manager because they are usually pretty helpful but I have a campaign to attend maybe people just need to know who they are dealing with. She creates problems when there are none. She simply has the wrong heart and I pray Wiry Smiles recognizes her poor behavior and poor customer service skills before they lose more clients. This is a nice dentistry with the exception of Joanna the rude receptionist who doesn’t follow guidelines equally. The previous visit she asked my son if his parents were in the car and she told my son he could not be seen without his parents but she had no problem letting this kid in without his parent even present today. If you are going to create rules you should adhere to them fairly.

Very unprofessional & rude I told the Orthodontist she was hurting me & she slapped me & my mother in the face then proceeded to tell us to shut up. Then when I went to the front desk to report the incident the lady at the front desk didn’t care & played candy crush on her phone the whole time I was talking & only cared when I told her I would leave a bad review. She even tried to bribe me with $5. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

My son received excellent care here for his braces and retainer. The staff was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. They were patient with me when I needed to reschedule. I highly recommend!

Wiry employees were very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm grateful for that because my child was nervous going in but calm coming out.

The staff in this location are really nice and they are very considerate and friendly. The office decorations and furniture are good and they look like a put together team.

One of the brackets came loose the first day. She also has wire at the back on both Sides that are jabbing her in the check. Other than that they look great.
