Customer service extremely terrible and man who takes orders changes the price everytime. Food is never ready, ordered over phone, and waited additional 25 min in restaurant. Owner had not even begun to cook order, when I arrived. However, when I came in restaurant no customers and he was playing on his phone. Then, proceeded to go and rush around the kitchen. Prices never reflect the same prices on the menu, so you get overcharged. Ordered drinks as well, but he tried to tell me they were out of everything and offered no solution. However, I had already paid and he knew this before I paid for my order. Food lion is a few doors down, he could have bought drinks there, instead of sitting and playing on his phone. Not returning, better food quality, and customer service other places. This place deserves 0 stars. They were really mean the last time I visited

Worse customer service ever!! I had a delivery for chicken wings shrimp fried rice and 2 shrimp egg rolls and crab wontons. Took delivery guy 80 minutes to bring my food and when it came I only had chicken wings and egg roll. I called back she told me she could not send driver back because he would be mad. So I said I want a refund and she refused to give my money back. Worse place ever!! I will never spend my money here again! Not to mention the restaurant was very dirty. People if you want to waste your money have at it but my family and I will NEVER do it again!

I only gave one star in order to be able to write this review! My entire family had takeout from here last night and my entire family is sick 🤢 everyone of us had almost instant symptoms up all night in the bathroom! Please do not eat here!! This place obviously doesn't take pride in their food they send out we will never eat here again!

I ordered a Lg Shrimp Fried Rice with $3 extra Shrimp and what I got was a box of Rice with the baby Shrimp you use to make Shrimp salad with and a handful of onions for good measure and No vegetables at all!! BEWARE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING🤔🤔🤔

FOOD POISONING. Just ate here two days ago and got food poisoning. I’m 9 months pregnant and my two year old had some egg roll and we both got sick the next day. Don’t eat here

We got delivery and boy was it quick for a Friday night! Ordered a few things: shrimp fried rice, egg rolls, shrimp toast, egg drop soup. All the food was good! My only wish is that there were more veggies in the fried rice, only onions and shrimp. The spring roll was kinda mushy inside. Everything seemed freshly made, especially the egg rolls!!

The food was good but the staff has major attitude. I felt like I was a bother rather than a paying customer.

If I could rate less I probably would. It's a shame but my husband and I were not a fan of the quality. We got the shrimp Lorain, the chicken fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken with white rice. The sweet and sour chicken with white rice was good despite being a bit over cooked. The shrimp Lomein was swimming in liquid with the shrimp tasting off. The fried rice was deep fried in onion so it was nearly inedible... I think we will pass on this restaurant in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. the food was awful.. I didn't get all of my order, I called for help and was told they couldn't help me after I had just spent $60 and didn't receive all of what I payed for.. beware people.. we had to rinse our general chicken. To even eat it!! It tastes like it was covered in dollar store katsup..

The worst Chinese food I ever ate in my life I wouldn’t feed that to a dead roach they should be a shame of your self to call them self to Chinese Cooks !!! I gave them 4 shots make the food right. This is the onion that was in my chicken chow mein one piece of chicken there a disgrace !!!!

Have tried multiple meals there and I dont like the sauce that they use ,,The shrimp egg rolls aren’t very tasty either,,I've had Hunan in Fruitland and to be the sauce and the Veggies are better, but just my opinion, My Husband likes the sweet and sour chicken from both places

Genuinely the worst experience I have had with chinese food in this town. The egg rolls were disgusting, the fried rice was bland, and my garlic sauce was ridiculously salty. Never ordering here again. If you want better food try Lucky Star.

This was quite possibly my worst experience with Chinese food. Ever. There were slimy white things that apparently were supposed to be chicken were in my food. I threw that meal away after one bite.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had!!! I had the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was hard as a brick. Overcooked is an understatement. The fried rice has no vegetables just onion. The customer service was terrible as well. Save your money or go somewhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I gave one star because I had to. Worst food ever. Overcooked rice, overcooked vegetables. The man in the back yelled at the lady. The whole time I waited. I will NOT be going back.
