I ordered a chocolate shake no topping. It came out with topping on the lid. They said they remade it in a matter of less than one minute. It was the same one and I don't think it was chocolate. It was very dark like maybe fudge and tasted horrible. Now remember it took fifteen minutes to get it and seconds to remake. I will never go back. You lied and just too lazy for customer service. Lazy lying mgr. Also the burger had so much ketchup it was all over the outside. I threw away the shake and gave the burger to the dogs 😞

Ok so I’m blown away at the consideration of the workers tonight 1/1/23 9:00 pm , I have ordered bunless burgers from MANY fast food and non fast food restaurants and tonight’s BLEW them all out of the water! The lady taking our order ask if I wanted my Patties chopped up having never been asked this before I was hesitant but said yes, apparently the cook (I wish I knew her name she amazed me) came out to my vehicle before the carhop and personally gave me mayo&a fork (most places always FORGET THE FORK🙄) the burger with extra lettuce was in a foot long coney container and it was the BEST experience I have ever had I told my husband I wish I could give that lady a Hug she totally made my night ❤️

Ordered unsweetened tea looks n tastes like water (twice) French fries cold(twice) finger threw burrito. Yes it went threw paper wrapper also.

We called ahead to verify the Sallisaw, OK Sonic location was open. The lady on the phone verified they were. When we arrived 30 min prior to close they told us they were not willing to serve ice cream of any kind the rest of the night because they were already starting to clean the machine. My son and I were so disappointed.

Took 5 mins to take my order and over 7 mins for someone to bring me one route 44 drink. Sonic in Sallisaw was one of my Favorite Sonic's around here but from the beginning of the summer to now it hasn't been very good. Would like to edit that on Aug.30th at 3:40-3:44 I ordered 2 small drinks and a route 44 . The service was quicker and service was nice.

Couple weeks ago, got a burger - bottom bun super soggy but flavor of burger was good. Placed online order today - checked in when arrived and called in to request marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. Order came with ranch and no cheese sticks. Called back in - got my cheese sticks and they still didn’t bring marinara. Left without. Normally never have prob tho. Disappointed past couple of visits.

It’s fast food, which I don’t eat but my wife says it’s the best in the area. I’ve had a couple of their vanilla shakes and they were good.

Friendly and courteous staff. Food service was accurate and fast. Quality and quantity was excellent. We parked our RV 33' with tow on the right side of bldg towards dumpsters and didn't block normal traffic.
