I love McDonald's and I've tried many locations all around the world. This particular location is very close to the local hospital but not close to my house. On a trip to the hospital on this day I decided to stop in and check it out. The location is not the most difficult location to get in and out of but it's not the easiest either. There is a lot of roadwork going on at the moment and traffic congestion is apparent. The food was prepared to my liking, I always customize my orders, and the staff was kind and attentive. Food was hot and fresh and I would recommend this location if you're in the area.

Wow. $12 for a burger and fries and then they look at you funny when you ask for it to be hot. If you're going to compete with sit down restaurants price wise, start serving similar food. And oh, no drink refills? Trying to pinch pennies at the cost of your customers just lost a customer. Well done!

Ordered a coffee to stay at a table, when someone brought it out after a longer than normal time for other McDonalds, they didn’t have the lid put on it properly/securely. So when I went to pick it up the coffee slushed out the top and all over my hand. It burned so I went to grab some napkins to get it off quickly. I couldn’t see anyone so I went back up to the register and asked for some napkins cause the coffee spilled. The same person who served me let me stand there with hot coffee hurting my hand while he helped another customer and I had to go ask someone else for napkins. Painful, and unhelpful person.

Everything was going well. I placed my order on the custom digital menu board and my coffee was soon on the delivery counter. I made the mistake of asking for a cup of hot water. As of late, McDonald's coffee has been upsetting my stomach as it tastes too strong. Four minutes later, I walked out without the hot water. A creep had just parked near my car. The coffee tasted too strong and acidic in spite of the cream added to it.

Very friendly young lady working the window at the drive thru. She was pleasant when taking our payment and equally so when handing over our order. They weren’t very busy when we visited. We were able to get through very quickly.

Service is slow. Don't eat there often, I remember it being a well oiled machine. Not anymore. Fries were cold, probably why it took so long. First world problem, I know. It's good that it's not good and inconvenient, I'll just go somewhere else.

Okay I'm not a huge mcdonalds fan, idk whoever made that bigmac but it was the best flavored lots of Lettuce and sauce... I bet it was a new person in training that made it but dang it was really good 🤣🤣🤣

Just visited drive-thru', fella working window was friendly, food came pretty fast really. Perhaps too fast though, because fish sandwiches we ordered were definitely NOT FRESH, nor were the fries. Neither were hot, fish & fries were tasteless, both soggy cardboard texture. Really disappointing, especially for cost. One more thing about staff though, forgot milkshake and the drive-thru' worker came running out after me in parking lot to make sure I got it! So although I only gave 2 stars for food, gave 4 stars for service. C-;

Barely any meat in the burgers. If they tried serving this in Chicago there would be riots! 3mm thick, measured it. Sad what this city will accept.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, not greeted. Thought it would be faster inside, huge mistake. I’ve seen what I’m guessing is 12 cars make it through the drive thru. It appears the priority is no longer customer service and they have a new idea of what “fast food” means. Just because I walk inside doesn’t mean that I should be obligated to order with a machine instead of a person. An older gentleman walked in about 5 mins after I did and stood in front of the register for a few mins only to have an employee finally ask him, “Do you need anything?” Obviously he needed to order, a simple acknowledgment that I will be right with you, can’t I take your order, would go a long way. What happens when a disabled person comes in? McDonald’s…please get it together.

Great breakfast sure did miss those sausage egg and cheese mgriddles, omg so yummy I've missed those delicious sandwich pancakes mmmmmm.amazing service as well.

Great food. Great staff. Owner is fantastic. New favorite place when im in town.

This McDonald’s is close to my neighborhood, so I have ordered from them frequently. Several times they got my order wrong. And couple times when I went inside to order the store has urine smell, makes me doubt the quality of food I am going to order from them
