Not sure what happened to this business. I used to love coming here but over the years my family and I have moved on. My husband left due to over charging. I decided to find a new dentist when I couldn’t come in due to illness but didn’t give a two day (with weekend closures that really makes it three to four days) notice that I was sick…even though I only got sick in the morning of the appointment. So they charged me $50 and gave me some serious attitude about being sick and not knowing that ahead of time.

Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and they have all the new, fancy tools (and know how to use them). I got a crown and a filling in one sitting. I really don't like needles but I didn't even feel Dr. Andersen administer the anesthesia. The crown was made right there while I waited. Dr. Andersen and his assistant worked with me for quite a while to make sure everything was fitting just right. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently relocated for work to the Vancouver area. I had a great relationship spanning for over 25 years with my previous dentist. I had the misconception in my head that I could never replace the relationship that I had built with my other dentist until I met Dr. Anderson and his staff! What an amazing experience from start to finish. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but compassionate and gentle. Amazing "bedside manner" as we would say in the medical industry looking at the whole patient's needs, concerns, and finances. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson's office to anyone for all dental needs. Thank you for making me feel at home and comfortable with my new care! Cannot wait to continue to build a relationship with you for years to come!

I have experienced many dental practices during the past 70+ years, and the Andersen practice is by far the most caring and competent group. You can't go wrong.

My only regret is that I did not see Dr Andersen sooner. It's rare to say, it's a pleasure going to see my dentist! He is very thorough, gentle and kind more importantly explains his process in detail which puts your mind to rest. His team is efficient and hospitable. I trust Dr. Andersen completely!

The staff at Andersen dental center provides a safe, clean, friendly environment. Our family loves their location with plenty of parking and easy access off both I-5 and I-205. We highly recommend Andersen Dental Center to all our family and friends.

I have seen Dr. Andersen for a few years now and every single treatment/exam has been a wonderful experience. He has been so patient and kind every single time I needed to talk through my treatment plan or any other issues. He is very detail oriented and won’t send you off on your way until you are absolutely in love with the work that he has done. Every member of his staff has been so welcoming and professional. It is so great to feel like you are in such great hands every time you go to the dentist.

I recently moved to Vancouver and had been searching for good dental care. Thankfully I found Andersen Dental! Everyone was kind , thorough and helpful. Jill efficiently worked especially hard to clear up some misinformation on my insurance which made my first cleaning appointment a pleasant experience. Kudos to Viola for her expertise and kindness. I would highly recommend!
