I just asked for a Iced vanilla latte, half sweet, 5 shots. They first give me a Iced Green tea latte, then asking them to make me my drink again because I payed 9 + plus tip, then I get it hot not iced. 12/19/2019 at 9:00pm Starbucks service if failing in Utah at multiple locations.

Employee “Allie” was VERY disrespectful and rude. She slammed my cake pop onto the table and was very passive aggressive the entire time. I came to starbucks hoping to relax and treat myself and she completely RUINED my experience.

“Hi can I get a caramel ribbon crunch frap— do you mean a caramel ribbon crunchuhhhfrappuccinooh?” Yes.. that’s what I’d like but with less attitude please.

This Starbucks has the best customer service in the valley. Employees are genuine all the time and they do everything to make it easier for you. When the app is down they did not charge us for anything. Yeah it was $15 gesture but it makes consumer happy!

They lied and said they didn't have changed to break $100 bill on a $20 order when they probably did $10,000 in that day. Kid at the drive-thru was cool though

Literally messed up my order and didn’t put any espresso in my coffee. I went back to have them fix it and they literally messed it up again. I get this same drink every single day, so I know what it’s supposed to look like and taste like. Super disappointed because I love this chain and expected more. Will not be returning

I’m a huge Starbucks fan always have been always will be. Being from Seattle I always feel like I need to support the home team. But I’m always very pleased with the results I get it no matter what I order.

Just ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and it has zero sugar or flavor. it tastes like coffee ground water with whipped cream. Whichever batista made this needs to get it together because I would never pay money for this 😝 I don't like to complain but this was terrible..definitely getting my money back on doordash.

Terrible service. The person I ordered with was very rude. You should at least serve in a happy mood or don’t work here if you don’t like people.

They were very nice and helpful. They brought my order to me and assisted me while I was having issues with my disability.

I was craving something hot to drink on this rainy/snowy night and I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and after 10 min I took my first sip… it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted like burnt coffee sitting in a pot for 2 days mixed with butter and was really watery. The cup was a little over halfway full and I only had a sip. Where was the whipped cream? I was so disappointed because coffee is something I look forward to every day. Will never be going to Starbucks again.

I don’t love leaving less than 5 star reviews, but honestly I am really disappointed in this location. Many times now I have ordered a coffee on the app and picked up in store on my way to class/work and my order has been incorrect. They consistently leave out the syrup that is supposed to be in the drink (I.e. not caramel brûlée syrup in my caramel brûlée latte). I think this is likely just because they are busy and trying to push drinks out quickly, but it has become a consistent occurrence that I have about a 50/50 chance my drink will be wrong if I order through the app. I haven’t had time to ask them to correct it on those days, but I am hoping that they can start to pay a little more attention when making the drinks as I have noticed more than one person has had a similar issue. I know some people are in a rush and don’t want to wait, but I would rather wait a few extra minutes than have my drink be incorrect but fast. Overall the workers there are very friendly and I love the space, I just wish my drinks would be correct more often.

This place gave me the worst Breve Latte I've ever wasted $7 on. It didn't even taste like a Breve it taste like they used milk instead of half and half but still charged me! Not to mention my cup was only half way full! Literally the worst experience from any starbucks I've ever been too! Avoid them like the plague!
