Where do I begin.. I lived here 2 years, should have moved out after 1 but decided to stay bc they were willing to keep my rent the same after a horrible first year experience. Every single maintenance request I made was weeks late in response. We found cockroaches in our apt multiple times. The lighting for each apartment is horrible, fans didn’t work, switches didn’t make sense, air conditioning uneven. Management are concerned about outward image and new clients, do not care about guests. Which makes sense, the complex is beautiful and amenities are top notch, but it’s a massive company that have no interest in tenants other than numbers. Which leads me to the worst part - I moved out about 6 months ago. After 3 months I inquired about my security deposit return. They ignored my weekly calls, emails, etc until it was at the point I was calling daily and they still continued to lie to me and make up reasons why they couldn’t give me any information. Finally after literally threatening legal action, they returned security deposit of 1/30 what it should have been with no itemized list of deductions (they sent me a check for $100), and now they continue to refuse to respond which is also illegal. I don’t know who they’re paying to write their other reviews here, but none of those were my experience. Not worth the ridiculous rent even for the amazing amenities due to all the other stuff you’ll need to deal with. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the amenities.

Walls are thin and you can hear all your neighbors. I lived here about a year ago and when I moved out, I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for "cleaning and repainting" when I had left the apartment in the exact same way I found it. I asked them for more information and they said they would provide it but it would take a few months due to the busy summer season. I hadn't heard from them for over a year until they decided to send a debt collection company without ever reaching back out to me. I would avoid this place- while it looks nice on the outside, trying to get anything done is a hassle and they will nickel and dime you for everything.

Great building, friendly staff, great roof top, view and amenities, the gym is nice and big. Management do a great job of having events that bring the building community together. So many positives! Only downside; the grills on the roof top need a little TLC/repairing. The knobs for the burners aren’t the best and the gauge for temperature doesn’t work on most.

Very well maintained building with great amenities and staff! The leasing agent Katrina is a true gem - knowledgeable, thorough and kind - which was a critical factor for me as I was moving cross-country. She and a few other select staff members were very helpful in getting me set up with information and support. The amenities throughout are super great and the building has lovely aesthetic. Scented air does a lot for a person! My only complaint is there is no 24 hour concierge like most other buildings - management, leasing and maintenance are not accessible until about 10 or 11 am most days - and valet trash, while wonderful does leave the hallways a bit stinky at times...but overall still a strong 5 stars!

We could not be happier with our choice to live at Hardware Village! Relocating from California, we strongly considered buying a home, but changed our minds when we discovered all that Hardware Village has to offer in terms of location, building and unit aesthetics, incredible amenities and the exceptional leasing and property staff. Now, we cannot imagine leaving!

My experience living at Hardware has been stellar! The property and amenities are unbeatable and always kept up. Any time I had an issue, Community Manager - Austin V has always been quick to resolve. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for up scale amenities and a social community. The central location to downtown and the freeway is also a bonus. Can't forget about the rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym! Huge factor in my decision to move in. Highly recommend!

I loved living here! I lived at Hardware right when they opened. The team is absolutely amazing. They always responded to my maintenance requests in a timely matter, and the leasing team puts on such amazing events. I miss living here so much!

I absolutely love this community! The Maintenence has been amazing and keeps this property looking great, Joseph has really been on top of everything and goes above and beyond to making sure the property looks good and is taken care of! Definitely deserves the stars if I could give more I would!

😠 I would avoid this apartment complex at all costs. After moving in a little over two weeks ago here is my experience so far. The key fob that was issued for the apartment stopped working on the second day. I was locked out of the building after taking my dog out one night, not a great start. After...

😠 Been here for 3 years and it's OK for the price, but despite massive rent increases the quality of living has gone down hill. Indoor hot tub has been closed for awhile with no indication that they will ever fix it, the washing machines and dryers frequently seem to have issues and there has been var...

😠 I lived at this property for a year and a half. It ended up being the worst apartment I have ever lived in. So many issues I felt that were almost daily. Broken perimeter doors/ garage doors, ants in our 6th floor apartment. Broken jacuzzi, elevator broken for 2 1/2 months. Garbage all around proper...

🫤 Staff is nice. Pool and hot tub were not working frequently. As a resident, you can expect $75 parking fee per car and an additional $100 per month for trash valet and community utilities. And the parking spots we got weren't even on our floor... We had to take the elevator to our floor which someti...
