    Really really bad customer service. I put an order to be picked up at 8pm. The order was not ready until 8:50 pm. I had my little girl in the car, there was not parking. It was a complete mess. On top of that, we got to open the bag and more surprises. I only got 2 drums out of 20 wings. The fries were dry and old. No enough sauces. I am very dissatisfied and I need a refund. I paid 35 bucks for something we did not like at all. Worse experience ever.

    It’s really sad to see how my favorite BWW has changed. Their schedule now is till 10pm and they won’t let people take a seat 2 hours in advance. They will prefer to lie saying the kitchen is backed up an hour or they are low on wings. The real reason is that they don’t want anyone be at the place after 10pm so employees can go home at 10:00 and no second later. The picture attached shows how really busy they are. I remember those golden times when employees wanted to work and customers were happy. Sadly , not anymore.

    Waiters were wonderful, got treated very well and pleasant. Although I did have a very bad experience with the manager (Matt Parker), I felt belittled and embarrassed in front of other patrons while dining. Also noticed him being unjust with his waiters. Very poor performance on the managers behalf. Definitely something upper management should look into. Food was great though.

    45 min wait on a Thursday night seemed extreme. As we waited I observed tables not being bussed fast enough. I turned and burned tables when I was a server. Short staffed maybe? The boneless wings were okay. I wouldn’t get them again. The server was super friendly. I forgot his name. He had long hair. He was great. There was another server as well, Michelle I believe, I observed her killing it. She was handling the massive trays with easy and she was fast. I’ll ask for her next time I am in. She was friendly as well. I’ll be back to give the traditional wings a try. Stay tuned for an update.

    Worst BWW place ever. There is no place for car parking to take out the order. My order was placed for a while, but it was not ready when I was there

    Went during UFC 282 so it was busier than usual but not packed. We quickly found two open seats at the bar, there just wasn't a bar tender. Waited 15 minutes before we saw anybody and another 10 minutes before we got a menu. No problem, we can watch the fight at least, right? No. They couldn't connect to it. We Telemundo and 4 screens that read "UFC tonight". 10 minutes later the bar tender came out and said "sorry, you can order online but I can't serve you. So we left.

    My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day was ruined. Everything was bad: the food, the wait time… I honestly don’t understand how this place is so popular: the wings were 80% breading, 20% “chicken”. We tried eight different sauces and each one was more disgusting than the last. This place made me sad. It was so bad that I don’t ever want to go back to this or ANY other chicken wings restaurant again! :(

    They really need a designated hostess. I've been to two different BW's and each one had no hostess a couple waiters/waitresses, and lots of empty tables. We waiting about 15 to 30 mints each time to be seated just because there was no one upfront to seat us. Once we were seated things went smooth. If there's any food allergies, not a ton of options, and the salsa tastes like catchup or spaghetti-o- sauce, and the "guacamole" was just meshed up avocado NOTHING else added, this happened at both locations.

    we came here for dinner, and don’t get me wrong, the food was awesome as always. but it took forever for service and then one of the lemonade glasses cracked and spilled all over us when my buddy just picked it up to take a drink. the waitress was super helpful and helped us clean it up, but the manager Matt kinda just told us, tough luck it’s not my fault. after we explained the inconvenience it had caused us, he reluctantly told us he would discount our food, but when the bill came, we were charged full price. we just hightailed it out because it wasn’t worth the trouble anymore. So storri was awesome and deserves matt’s position. Matt should be fired

    If you order to go or delivery, expect it to be stolen. I will never understand for the life of me why this location hands food to the wrong people, or does not properly confirm with drivers before handing over items. I ordered in apps 3 times and they gave it to the wrong person, or let someone steal the order. Did not have driver confirm in app. My drivers keep arriving, and my orders keep getting canceled. Complete waste of time

    Decided to gives this place another try after numerous bad experience in both Service and food quality. Nothing has changed. Sat at the front for 5+ minutes with workers walking by. Not acknowledging me, finally asked one if I could sit at the bar. She said not yet because another table needed to get their drinks first. 1 other person was sitting at the bar. Don’t waste you time or money you will be disappointed. Side note it smelled terrible inside.

    Wasn’t in the mood for wings. Big mistake the chicken sandwich was terrible. I should not have listened to the waitress. The meal was late, came ten minutes after my friends plate arrived. Waitress should have been on top of it. Ambience was great, place was clean, except for the bathroom. Change is needed! I expect the management team will make the same comment they always do but not change!

    No US ID... No Alcohol... A french ID doesn't work for a 43yo person 🤣 Boneless wings were so salty... Horrible. Service with no smile... No help. Worst experience. No 1 star because it was clean.

    Literally go anywhere else. I will preface this by saying that I did make a mistake at the initiation of this fiasco. I ordered the wrong sauce on a mobile pick up order. I called in and asked for it to be fixed to which they said they couldn’t do it. I asked for alternatives and then continued with their recommended process which was to cancel my original order and begin a new one. My expected time to come in was 30 min after the call was completed. I arrived 10 min early to check in as I had a small order hoping it would be ready. I was then informed nonchalantly that my order was still made incorrectly and they were fixing it. The 30 min time frame came and went and I then waited an additional 30 min after my arrival time. An hour wait for 20 wings? I understand I made a mistake, and I followed their process as indicated so I accepted the wait time. Parking is horrible by the way it’s a walk to the restaurant. I got to my car, checked my order and realized that they still made mistakes and didn’t provide me the food extras I paid additional for! At this point I’m defeated and hungry so I just go home. Boy was I wrong, my drive was about 8 min from the restaurant and my food was so cold! The wings barely had any sauce as well. Disappointed but not surprised at this point. Overall not worth it. For the money I paid I could have gone anywhere else and had a better experience.

    We love BWW however today we had the worst experience ever at this location. First of all the Manager was amazing but I didn't get his name. Now for the experience. Our server Savannah was quite upset that we choose to order from her rather than on the app, this girl literally sighed and said she would have to go get her tablet. My husband and I ordered the appetizer sampler to split because I have had weight loss surgery & only eat a few bites. We asked for extra cheese on the nachos, only blue cheese dips. Also when ordering we asked for plates, silverware & napkins. The food came, no cheese on the nachos, no plates, napkins or silverware. Again we requested these items. Savannah came back with napkins, walked away and didn't come back. No drink refills, nothing. After eating with our hands I flagged her down her comment was "you ready for the check?" I replied yes & the Manager. **she brought the check & the cheese for the nachos!! I asked what I was supposed to do with it as we were completely finished eating!! Meanwhile the table of 4 next to us were having to get napkins off a table that had left and not been bussed. They also were upset because of no napkins & silverware. I spoke to the Manager who said yes he has told her to bring the basic items out first but she doesn't. Also he said he has been running her food orders all day. I know our meal was only $25 however there was no offer to make this horrible experience right. I also want to mention the lack of service wasn't because they were busy. This server literally just didn't care, kept looking at her watch like she had somewhere better to be. One last thing, I also ordered cheese curds, didn't get those at all!!! I also left no tip at all & asked the Manager to explain the reason.

    Visited the Sugar House Park location for lunch. It was pleasant! Clean, fun atmosphere. Food was good and service was nice!

    Arrived at noon on a Saturday. Was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Ended up waiting an hour. Only 10 tables in the entire restaurant were occupied, but they were extremely short staffed. The staff there were busting their butts and very apologetic. And the food and drink were good.

    Got me 20 boneless wings the guy gave me information to help save for the meal he was pretty chill and seems like a hard worker very quick and efficient. The chicken wasn't bad good as it usually was the weren't sauced all the way breading on the chicken moist I did get it to go but I ate it as soon as I got back to my hotel so like 10 minutes. But I've been to that same BW and same hotel and eaten the same thing in my hotel room and it was crispy and had fantastic sauce coverage. The place seemed short staffed so that could have something to do with that.

    Ordered take out and got an estimated ready time for 12:10. I waited until 12:35 for someone to even talk to me, despite seeing waitresses seat guests at the hostess stand. By that time 2 other people came in for take out and had to wait with me, and finally someone came out with their orders and it turns out my order was in the warming box at the take out station the whole time. If someone had just helped me I could have gotten my order when I arrived. The food was completely cold by the time we ate it 10 minutes later. Normally it's fine if things are a little late but I had an appointment at 1 and needed to get my food close (maybe within 10-15 min) to the estimated time. The fact that it was ready but no one was willing to help me was so frustrating. It's not like no one knew I was there, I even walked in and a manager was sitting at a table doing work and he asked what I needed, and after I told him he walked away? Never told anyone to come help me or just helped me himself? Since it was already in the warming box it would have taken just a couple minutes.

    Who doesn’t love chicken wings‽ Buffalo Wild Wings is easily one of the best. Tuesday are even better because they have their Buy one get one specials.. not quite the buy one get one free they used to be, but still a decent value. Great selection of sauces or dry rubs.. the dry rubs are great for keto.

    Bdubs is solid as always. You get what you expect, TVs all over, solid wings at decent prices. This specific one is doing ordering from a QR code. Feels a bit odd to tip when all the work is being done on the app if we didn’t order drinks. That’s a very nitpicky complaint though

    The price of wings like much else is hard to accept. I like the quality and consistency from BWW . I miss going to the bar (not like in UT) but I don't mind pickup.love their blue cheese, can't find an equal to it.

    Food is good, that’s why I ordered again. But they forgot multiple things. I have no dipping sauce. I was supposed to get 4 ranches and a southwest ranch. I’m also missing the Doritos for the special wings (which cost extra). If I pick up food from this location it’s solid but communication or just lack of effort unfolds when I ordered delivery. Delivery also added $15 extra dollars! Not worth it. I normally pick up food from here but I had a long day and wanted food to be delivered today so I sucked up the extra cost. I’m just not happy with my order today, and when I pay over $50 to be disappointed then we really shouldn’t support it. Go to Trolly Wing Co. It’s close by and they have better wings and better service.
