Good location. Lobby was good. The rooms were old. The furniture was pretty dated (some might see it as a feature though). There were stains on the upholstery (see pictures). Room needed some fixes (see pictures, the closet door does not have a wing). During night I did not hear anybody but there was a constant ticking noise coming from somewhere out of the room. Ice makers in the corridor were also making some annoying constantly. I had my ear plugs with me so I was fine.

When it comes down to saving money on food or drinks this is not the place. I do wish my room had a microwave. Having kids with I would like to save money when I can. Im not cheap im being realistic kids don't need fine dining. Also breakfast is a problem you don't offer free breakfast? With how much money im paying to stay here? That's a main reason why I look else where for a hotel, Other than that important issue I will say 4 stars not 5 because of that. Great quality hotel overall not much to complain about honestly ps most of Americans are not wealthy and don't need to pretend we are even if we are. Fill free to lower the bar here if it means free breakfast and a microwave in the room if that sounds cheap than I don't know what im doing here.

Hannah, thank you for making our stay AMAZING. You truly deserve the world as it felt like you provided it to us over Easter Weekend. All of the front desk staff were incredible from the moment our weary eyes entered the lobby to check out. We had a little complication with our room on the first night (no fault of the hotel) and Hannah certainly made it right and went ABOVE and beyond. If you have the chance, this is the view from a 10th story suite. Overall, amazing experience. Even late into the evening the hotel had outdoor staff and security patrolling the perimeter of the grounds. This didn’t go unnoticed and helped us feel just that little bit safer in a new city. Pro tip: if your staying the weekend, spoil yourselves and stay in the Little America Hotel section (not the motel section).

I’ve heard Grand America is gorgeous, but honestly my room in the Little America was stunning, and huge! I stayed in the main building so I can’t speak for the cottages around the property, but I loved everything about my room (724). Beautiful view. Separate living area, a bathroom with a large tub plus a separate getting ready area. Service was friendly everywhere on the property. I would come back!

This is a cherished hotel of my life's past, and it is sliding into the bottom tier of places to consider in Salt Lake. I've stayed here so MANY times in my life; I can't count them. But, the last few times I've interacted with Little America, it seems that they've kicked me out of the family, changed owners, and decided that customers and service and quality are just not their thing. I had a recent stay--booked last minute with a very late arrival. The check-in experience was curt, cold, and lacking in any feeling of welcome. I asked after upgraded room opportunities--and was told nothing was available unless I paid double the rate I'd booked. I asked if there were no grace to offer after Midnight--and was told "that doesn't matter." It was a chance to build on the relationship I thought we had and engage a customer who was tired and traveled out in Covid...but "it doesn't matter." I wasn't told they were sorry or that there were any other options. The room, although clean, did not have a very comfortable bed--and the water the next morning took FOREVER to warm... I almost took a cold shower thinking it would never warm up. I got multiple automated messages from the hotel welcoming me to the property, asking me to enter my credit card number and ID so I could make check-in easy...but the app eventually didn't submit my work...and after retries, it told me my credit card was entered but not my ID... When I showed up, I had to provide it all again... I was told on the automated message via text, "we hope you've enjoyed your stay, here is your check-out instructions, before I ever arrived." They asked me by text what they could do to help... I lodged a couple of ideas/questions, and was not responded to... I got a survey at the end of the stay... from the General Manager, asking after my experience-- told them that I needed my folio emailed, which I was assured would be emailed...and heard nothing... I then sat on hold for a LONG time trying to get someone to help... it's just not happening. I'm VERY WELL acquainted with staffing shortages and difficulties...but for the service level and brand of the Little America, I at LEAST expected someone to say, "we can't help right now...we're sorry...we'll be back to you soon.." something..? I'm so disappointed and sad to watch this deterioration. Parking is ex

I chose this hotel for my one year wedding anniversary with my husband. Where the main desk is to check in, is beautiful, but the rooms are a completely different story. There were stains all over the floor, the walls were dirty, the heating/air system was dysfunctional, the heating vents were hanging halfway out of the walls, the wallpaper was coming off in certain places. Absolutely no effort to clean this room before we checked in, or keeping up on the maintenance of the room. I went to sit in a chair to do my hair and there was a huge red stain on the chair. We ended up leaving and not even staying the night. If I could give a negative review I would. The $100 deposit is absolutely ridiculous, I would expect that amount from a nice hotel but this was disgusting. Very disappointed.

Just got a regular court room, it was okay. The bathroom window just opened straight to the street and anyone walking by could see if you had it open so we couldn’t use that and there’s no fan either so that sucked. The coffee maker had to sit on the very edge of the counter to reach the wall plug, good luck with that. Honestly, it was an okay room, but the problem truly lies with their breakfast buffet. It’s actually $29 a person if you’re wondering, and the price would have been fine, if the food was actually edible? The servers were great, and probably aren’t being paid nearly enough. When I say the food wasn’t edible, I mean raspberries so dry you have to drink water to get them down your throat. “French toast” that looks like hockey pucks and tastes like ???? Also, why was there a whole pitcher of milk sitting out next to the granola and questionable toppings station? Mind you, the granola and questionable toppings station is separate from the buffet, it’s like in the doorway behind the buffet… with a pitcher of milk on the edge. 👍🏽 In another doorway entrance sits the pastries station but they could have fooled me, they looked like stale dry wall decor. Speaking of wall decor, it’s fine, everything’s fine. What’s not fine is how they did my man Arthur Chapman. Wild West more like wild decisions and tacky decor that did not pay off. Overall, very disappointing for the price you pay. I came with low expectations and still got disappointed. Other than that, the receptionist won’t tell you that you need your room key to get out of the parking garage even for check out. We were told “yeah that’s fine!” when we asked if we were supposed to drop them in the box in the lobby and then the parking meter tried to charge us $30 for parking. We had to walk all the way back inside from the parking lot just for her to tell us that. Luckily they just said they’d buzz us through since they had already charged the mandatory $15 for parking overnight to our room (that’s per night by the way). All in all, will probably never personally go back. There’s plenty of hotels in Salt Lake City and this one just isn’t it.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and had a lovely time! The hot tub is open later than most and the room service was quick and tasty. The room was very large with an oversized bath tub and two balconies with views. I reserved the getaway package, which included a bag of goodies, free parking, and a $60 hotel credit. Plus, it is near our favorite restaurant, so perfect downtown location and beautiful grounds. Definitely recommend!

Although I had read some negative reviews prior to staying here, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the hotel. We were on the first leg of a 3 state anniversary trip and upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a tower room at no extra charge. The room was VERY large and well equipped, a definite upgrade to what I had booked. Older decor throughout the hotel but well done and a change from what we usually stay in when traveling. Just a couple of minor suggestions: provide glasses for beverages, only paper coffee cups were available. Also, our room had a spacious balcony with a great view of the city but their are no chairs to sit and enjoy it?

I have been staying at Little America since I was a little girl. I was a little girl a long, long time ago. I have stayed with family on vacation and I have stayed at Little America for work. On this last trip I brought my son and his wife to experience Little America and see SLC at Christmas time. Hugely disappointing. I expected the old-fashioned rooms. What I didn't expect was the ridiculous circus they call parking. What a mess. From spending 15 minutes looking for a place to pull in so we could go in and register to having to schlep our belongings across 2 parking lots to our rooms the whole thing was ridiculous. Finding out that the parking places were being used by people attending holiday parties at the hotel was just the icing on the cake. Of course the hotel was reaping the benefit at $15 per car so I guess this is customer service? Finding out that I, too, get to pay $15 for parking my car 2 parking lots away from my hotel room was even better (sarcasm). My room had no washcloths for one person. My son's room had 3 for two people. My room had 3 coffee cups for one person. My son's room had 1 for two people. When asked about the $100 security deposit for each room it was not surprising that the woman who checked us in had no explanation or reassurance. I grew up in the hospitality industry. I was hauling sheets to the laundry and stocking towels and little soaps in the bathrooms when I was just a little girl. Another thing I did was sweep the parking lot at the motel to make sure our guests had a pleasant place to park their cars. Near their rooms, even. I was able to spend the weekend apologizing to my son and daughter-in-law for the abysmal accommodations. Never again.

Always fantastic, always luxurious! The Little America, and it’s big sister the Grand America across the street are both two of my favorite properties to stay at in the entire universe. Pure comfort, and state of the art facilities, and servies. Customer service is top notch at this establishment. Room sizes are amazing as you can see from the attached photos. Views of Salt Lake City and the surrounding mountains are just absolute breathtaking. And, it’s currently 38F or 3C and guests are in the heated outdoor pool.

We booked here solely for the “heated” outdoor pools. Both pools were cold. You couldn’t be in them longer than 10-15 minutes (late June trip). We informed them but they didn’t do anything. Just really disappointed as this was a birthday trip that was supposed to be centered around the pool. We actually love the charm of the dated rooms and the beds were comfy, but the room’s window was at a busy intersection so it was loud. We did not sleep at all as a result. When they knew this was a special occasion trip you’d think they would’ve given a slightly better room. No upgrade even offered. The nachos and drinks at the bar were mediocre (cheese wasn’t melted, they had to microwave our food). Like I said, not an awful trip but really disappointing. Kinda ruined the birthday trip. We had to spend extra money to go out on the town since our pool plans were ruined by the falsely advertised heated pools. (Several adult couples were complaining about how cold the water was.) I’ve also noticed that the owner only replies to glowing reviews and does nothing to address unhappy guests. That says a lot about how much they care about providing 4 star customer service.

We had just short stay here but we would like to stay here again. At first for our booking price they gave up very old and noisy room. AC there was not working so after we complained they gave us upgraded room. Big and quite with beautiful bathroom. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were amazing. Perfect location very close to downtown with restorants and shopping mall. There rooms in main building and in 2 stores buildings. In a main one prices most expensive. For breakfast you have to make booking, as when we came without it there was no place for us. The only problem is parking. Near rooms it's hard to find and underground parking far to walk, especially with bags.

Fairly luxurious atmosphere and professional staff. Very close to public transit light rail which takes you conveniently to downtown Salt Lake and events centers. We were in a tower king room with a balcony and it felt luxurious. Bed was comfortable and larger than normal big screen.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are cute but there were some issues when we visited. Housekeeping needs to be monitored to make sure there are no stains on sheets and things are properly cleaned. Maintenance needs to act like they care about their job. If a mini fridge stops working maybe take it out of the room and maybe don't just sit the new on the vanity and just leave without putting where it goes and plugging it in. I would stay there again because I love the hotel.

I would have gave 5 stars. I reserved a room for a much needed getaway from children and told my reservation agent I wanted a room with a jacuzzi in the room. The reservation agent stated two rooms available for that night with a jacuzzi in the room. The agent supposedly reserved one of the two rooms with the jacuzzi. So we get to the hotel check in and get into our room and there is no jacuzzi not even a tub in the bathroom, I was highly disappointed and called the front desk and spoke with Angie she was wonderful and upgraded our room from the garden premium room to the tower luxury suite on the 16th floor with a view of looking downtown. I was extremely satisfied with the upgrade and Angie upgraded as a courtesy as well. The only issue I had was there was not a microwave in the room, no menu for room service and no suggestions on what to do downtown or suggested attractions to do in or around downtown. Other than the agent not getting my reservation correct. The hotel is beautiful clean and staff are all amazing and friendly. I will definitely go back and just double check my reservation. I appreciate Angie for helping us out we enjoyed our time at Little America.

Truly stunning. The entrance is grand with all the woodwork and the massive staircase. There are a few shops on the ground floor. There is a large lounge area in the lobby - the kind people actually spend time in! Multiple couches and chairs, many different groupings of seating - room for many groups to lounge and have their own space. There is a large working area with tables and also comfortable chairs. This place has TWO pools: one is fully outside (with a 9’ deep end), and one is half inside and half outside - there is an archway to swim under to go back and forth between inside and outside. There are also 2 hot tubs in this area. We spent time in both pools and they both have their perks!! Both pools offer menus - the outdoor pool has a phone to call in your order. The outdoor pool also has really nice shower facilities. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I’ve talked about it multiple times since I got back from that business trip.

Amazing hotel and staff! Quick service, didn’t have any complaints. Parking garage is a great plus! (We booked solely for the parking garage cause had our car stocked up with boxes during move) Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what it offered. Very limited vegetarian options but overall pleasant experience.

We spent our anniversary at Little America. What a lovely experience! The staff was helpful upon arrival, and quickly directed us to our room. The room had ample space, and nice furnishings. We had everything we needed. The restaurants were fabulous. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, and it was so good! The food was excellent and our server was very attentive. The pools were very clean and inviting. We will definitely recommend Little America and will return here in the future.

Huge rooms, quiet, lovely staff (but for one crotchety front desk staffer - I asked her a question and she was so snide that it was surprising). I was in a Garden King room and I couldn’t believe how spacious it was, and with so many amenities. There was a slight smell, like the one you pick up when you go into an old wooden church. It wasn’t bad, per we, but it was distinct. Nice pool, great coffee shop, and you can’t beat the location. Would stay again.

Such a beautiful hotel!! Spent a weekend here and had a great time. The pool/hot tub staff were very rude though, it was a little old asian lady and she kept swearing at people if they left their towels on chairs around closing time.. They had 3 elevators but only 1 or 2 going and so we had to wait 15 minutes each time just to get to our room.. Also they don't do complimentary breakfast which was sad, But I still would stay again because it's a great location and the room was super nice.

I totally wasn't expecting the beauty of this place. The main lobby was gorgeous and Carolyn who checked us in was super kind. The room was very comfortable. Unexpectedly wonderful place to stay for a great price

We’ve stayed here a few times and we love it!! We love staying in the tower rooms especially the corner rooms with the balcony. We’ve eaten at the coffee shop multiple times and the Laurel at the Grand America and have loved the food. The service is exceptional. The hotel and rooms are so nice and elegant. Always so happy with our stay here! And it’s a great downtown location.

Easy walk everywhere. Room is nice but our a/c doesn't get very cool, stuck around 70. Also little hot water pressure in one sink. Great amenities. Good service in the coffee shop. Access to grand America Hotel. Regardless, service slow on Sunday.

I have been here twice now. When I drove up to the valet on the second trip 6 months later. The valet nick remembered my name! Names are very important. Next in line is peter in the bar. He remembered me as well! The waiters Dipal and Alex are wonderful and the chef DJ makes a filet that tastes like candy!!!! Sara the hostess was so friendly. These people deserve a raise and should be the training model of customer service!!!!!!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room is very comfortable, I slept like a baby. The views from the 9th floor are awesome, you can see the mountains with a huge letter U and downtown as well. I came for an empowerment, and the staff were so attentive preparing everything for the events. Nick, the bellboy is very helpful and cheerful. The only complaint I have is that the elevators take a long time to open, the service elevators work faster than the guests'! Also, one of the elevators was out of service, so that made matters worse. It gets very crowded waiting for an elevator (lobby & hallways) and everyone is anxious to get in that they don't care who was waiting first. Other than this issue, it's a great hotel, very clean, accessible and awesome pool. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I hope to come back again.

This place has an old world charm. The lobby is gorgeous. We stayed in a tower room and it was clean, beautiful and spacious with lovely furniture and an all marble bathroom. We had a great view as well, of the city and the two hotel pools. Service was not very warm but since we stayed only one night, it didn't detract from our experience. Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in SLC.

We stayed in a Garden King room. It was beautiful! Very large, double the size of a typical hotel room. Basically a bedroom and large sitting area. Beautiful bathroom. Comfy bed. Quiet. It was obviously remodeled recently. I also appreciated the safety, needed the room key to enter our building at any time of day. Also needed room key to exit or enter the parking. We didn't need valet parking as we could park in front of our room. Great visit!

We were in town for a wedding and other than the bee sting at the pool, it was a perfect stay. Desk staff was very informative and answered all my questions. The valet was definitely the way to go. The room was very clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. Pool/ hot tub area was really fun. We enjoyed the coffee shop, and want to try the buffet next time.

  • 3/5 Geoff C. 7 months ago on Google
Stay in the tower! The garden level rooms are in a different (surprise!) building that’s basically an on-site motel. I was frustrated that this was not clearly presented since I booked a stay at… a hotel! Plan carefully, since when they have an event they won’t be able to move you to a room that doesn’t overlook a dumpster. Overall it’s a good location near some fun bars and restaurants. The amenities are fine but the floor lining of the pool is either very strange or leaking, and the gym is very basic. Don’t miss the lobby fossil!

Really enjoyed our visit to this downtown hotel. Great attractive lobby with a fireplace to enjoy! Adjacent coffee shop is excellent with homemade offerings. Liked the free light rail for downtown use. Also, small cost same light rail from the airport to downtown. Plenty to see and do in Salt Lake City!!!

  • 4/5 Matthew A. 7 months ago on Google
The hotel is very nice! Lots of friendly and helpful hotel staff. The hotel itself is extremely fancy and extravagant! All until the room itself. The room is still nice, and the bed was comfy. It's just extremely basic compared to the rest of the hotel and the price tag. It's a great room, just a stetch to be worth so much a night.

  • 4/5 Desh R. 5 months ago on Google
Stayed here for a 2-day conference at the university. The hotel is easily accessible by the train from the airport. I had the motel-style room in a separate 2-storey building from the main hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and had all basic amenities. Overall, it is good value for money. The motel rooms also have parking spots right outside, so you can put your car there if you are driving.

When I settled in for the night surprise that there is nowhere to find what was on television. You just had to scroll through the channels until you found something. I had expected a little more consumer friendly room that way. The rooms were quite nice. Very clean and upscale. They did send someone to help me with the tv but he couldn't do it either. The breakfast bar was a another surprise. A hard as rock but very expensive cinnamon roll. The service was good but the extras which there is an extra charge for everything are very few.

No one can cook a turkey like the Little America! Thank YOU for providing this Thanksgiving Buffet. I can only imagine how many people worked tirelessly behind the scenes. The food was WONDERFUL and stress-free for me and my family. Our server was our only disappointment. However, all the other servers chipped in and made up for it. I LOVE the new reservation system!

I found this place by accident. Only a 17 dollar Uber from the airport. The main lobby was fantastic, as was staff. The room was clean and neat. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel in a few years. Wall paper and nooks and crannies showed it was well used, but hey, the price point made it all ok. Sink and toilets drain at two speeds--slow and stop. Not sure what that's about. Needed more coffee and was provided rapidly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Little America, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and inviting registration area that exuded professionalism. Her name was Emina. The hotel’s exterior and interior were equally impressive, setting the tone for a memorable experience. My room at Little America was nothing short of cozy. It provided the perfect retreat after a long day. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high hygiene standards. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the anticipation of an upcoming manager’s meeting. Little America’s ambiance and facilities create an ideal environment for such gatherings. With the inviting atmosphere and well-maintained spaces, I have no doubt that it will be a successful event. Overall, Little America exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality, comfort, and cleanliness. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful hotel experience.

My husband and I have come here often while going in for cancer treatments. Now that I am fully disabled, I am requiring accessible rooms and have been pleased with our experience experience with Little America. During this trip, we stayed in the garden area in room 5202. It is a corner room with two balcony sliding doors. We enjoyed having the views of the greenery and easy access to the elevator. The room is quite large with two beds and plenty of space for a wheelchair. We enjoyed both the Coffee Shop and the Lucky H buffet and were thrilled with both. We have experienced wonderful hospitality with everyone and felt comfortable. The only requests I would make to give this an even better experience would be to upgrade the thermostat, add an additional true armchair and a walk-in shower. The thermostat is very old and wasn't working properly in this room. The air conditioning only trickled out but with it being fall, the room was cool enough in the evening for us. I am limited with my leg disability and found that the two chairs were not safe for me to independently get up or sit down. It would be highly recommend to add a recliner or true armchair in this large room. There is enough space and would allow those with disabilities an option to sit and get up easier. Lastly, there are bars in the bathroom, but I was unable to utilize the shower because of my disability. I hope Little America may consider remodeling to a walk-in shower to accommodate those who can be wheeled in or can't lift a leg. Overall, we are still very happy with our experience and will continue to utilize their lovely facility.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Little America in SLC. The people there were extremely nice, the room we stayed in was very clean, and the ambience was phenomenal. The hotel was very quiet, too, considering how busy Main Street can be in downtown SLC. Not to mention...the Thanksgiving Buffet in the grand ballroom was AWESOME!!! One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

We had a great experience at Little America over the Holidays. We stayed in a Tower room and it was nicely updated. The pool was great for the kids. The hotel was nicely decorated for the Holidays. We were very grateful to the housekeeping team who found my daughter’s two bunnies she sleeps with since she was a baby. I thought they were surely gone and the hotel found them. Thank you for a great stay!

I absolutely adored my stay here. I didn't like having to travel from Main lobby to across the street to get to my room, however, the room was beautiful and the staff were exceptional! I would love to stay here again. The food in the restaurant was great. Pricey but still delicious. The hotel looks stunning.

First off the staff was amazing! So kind and helpful. I was here for a few days for a conference. The ballrooms and other rooms are great. Food was fantastic and waiters so nice. The bedrooms were eh. They’re very “antique” and have an old feel. Clean but smells old ya know. The shower was clogged before we got there and apparently several other rooms had draining issues. Several toilets also seemed to have plumbing issues. It’s all very clean, but not my first choice.

When I checked in, Matthew, one of the employees working the front desk noticed I was impressed with the lobby area. I told him this was my first visit to Salt Lake City. He offered to upgrade my room at no charge. The room is excellent with an excellent view. This hotel has top notch rooms with an extremely nice staff. Highly recommend.

Note: this is solely a review of the garden style room. Despite the cheaper rate, the garden style is more akin to motel than hotel at $150+ a night after taxes and fees. Cons: - You can hear your neighbor's water/closet doors/alarm clocks. If a light sleeper, make sure your room doesn't face a street. - The AC quality can vary significantly. Less an issue in winter, but the room felt perpetually warm despite turning it down to 60. - Some rooms have different amenities (e.g. if you get a fridge, you're in luck!). - Minor: furnishings are old, and sometimes in disrepair. Also, the room didn't come with any hand/bar soap. Overall, I'd recommend paying the slightly higher rate for one of the tower rooms. The rest of the premises, including the lobby and parking lot, appeared much more enticing.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and bar. The menu for dinner is from The Coffee Shop. The quality of the food was very good, but the gravy on the Hot Beef was a little skimpy. May have been more if they served it with the mashed potatoes (as stated on the menu) versus french fries.

I used to work here so I sometimes use my benefits to get a room for a day or two with my children as a short getaway. Always a great experience and the coffee shop has some of the best soups and salads I’ve ever had. We also had the brunch buffet a couple of times and loved it because of the variety they offer. There’s also a gift shop, a lounge coffee bar and indoor/ outdoor swimming pools. We usually stay at a tower room but one time we stayed at a garden room and it was beautiful too. I highly recommend Little America for your next hotel stay in Salt Lake City.

Perfect getaway! The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool area— there are two. We went to both but decided we liked the one on the second floor best since there are more umbrellas by the lounge chairs. This pool is half indoors, half outdoors and wasn’t busy at all. The other one is completely outdoors in the middle of the buildings. The fitness room was nice— mostly treadmills, a couple bikes, one stair stepper, one elliptical, and some weights. Only recommendation is to be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators. We were right by them. It wasn’t bad enough to ask to switch rooms but next time I’ll ask to be away from them. Overall, we loved our stay. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The location was optimal, and close to everything in the downtown area. Didn't get to check out the pool, but there were always people there having fun. The air conditioner was a bit loud, and being right next to the bed, had to lower the fan to limit the noise since I'm a light sleeper. Great value for the price we paid and would definitely come back for a future stay in SLC.

We chose Little America because it was centrally located in Salt Lake City and was only about 10 minutes from the airport. Their prices were also reasonable. We paid $631.04 for 4 nights. We assumed we would get a room in the hotel itself, but we got a cottage like room along the outside of the hotel. Initially, we were disappointed because the hotel lobby was gorgeous and we wanted the full hotel experience but, we came to appreciate our room. Our room was quiet. We didn’t hear the constant opening and closing of doors or conversations down the hall. We were also able to park our car literally, just steps from our room door. The entrance and exit was also near our room which made things convenient. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were for the most part friendly, minus a staff member in housekeeping who seemed annoyed we requested a new iron. Service however, was a tad slow. It took 2 phone calls to the hotel and 45+ minutes to get a new iron. We also placed a room service order which arrived in a decent amount of time, but it was missing the A1 sauce we requested. It took another 20 minutes to get the sauce. Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

This hotel has large spacious rooms that are very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable and the hotel staff have always been great. Prices are comparable to other hotels in the area. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was spacious! Great remodeling! The only problem was the screen door was completely off it's track, and leaning on the window frame. Also, I waited 20 minutes for the front desk person to look up and help me... Not too pleased with the customer service.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and nice. I locked myself out of the room several times and they met me at the door immediately to let me back in. The next morning the gentleman who helped me actually remembered my name and said good morning. I loved that. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place turned out to be a gem. It’s an interesting mix of a hotel and motel fused together by some nicely landscaped grounds. I stayed in the motel wing and the room was huge. Very modern looking with a full work /relaxation area that included a couch. The hvac equipment was quiet, huge TV if that’s your thing. Location is ideal, right on Main Street and easy to walk, park or grab the surprisingly great rail system to the airport. A+ all around

This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. It had an amazing view of salt lake city with a living room and closed off master suite. Best if all, a jacuzzi bathtub with a shower combo in the living room. The manager checked us in and was very pleasant and informative. All around the experience was wonderful. Somethings to note: You will have to pay $10 for parking. It's best to pay cash up front so that you can get a parking tag. That way you can come and go as you please without having to pay for additional gate fees. The parking garage is not owned by the hotel. The garage has security cameras so I wasn't worried about vandalism or theft. You may also want to stop at the front doors to check in and then park, that way you won't have to walk all the way around from where you parked.

Amazing experience! Had a problem with my room and Angie fixed it promptly. Got a tower room with stunning views. Some rooms have a balcony or a window that opens. Customer service was top notch from the valet, restaurant staff, pool staff and housekeeping. Above and beyond helpful and friendly. Impressive. The room itself was quite comfortable, relaxing and spacious. I liked the black out curtains, comfortable bed, the expansive living room area and the large bathtub. Only the suites have the jetted tubs. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, two jacuzzis, a sauna and a fitness center. Across the street is the Grand Spa and Grand America. Honestly, I like the Little America more compared to what I saw there. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting, and they did not raise rates for the holiday weekend which is appreciated. The food was great. You get what you pay for which is excellent location, property, rooms and staff.

I like it here, I recommend to visit the hotel. In the room there is: 1- Coffee serves . 2- Microwave. 3- Safe 4-iron 5- shampoo, etc. 6-work space. 7-TV 8-nice decoration. I think they remodel the rooms, so the rooms seems new and clean.

Booked a 2 night stay in a luxury king and was surprised to get upgraded to the presidential suite for our stay. The room was amazing and we’re not sure why they decided to upgrade us but we’re thankful they did! The hotel is amazing, some areas are showing some age and use but it adds to the character. The lobby is beautiful with two gift shops, a coffee bar and a pianist. Parking was easy with 2 levels of underground parking. Breakfast each morning at the coffee shop was delicious and I highly recommend stopping there. The staff in all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful too.

This place is top notch! We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I took a weekend trip, and this spot did not disappoint! Absolutely luxurious, professional staff, central location, and beautiful view. Oh, and the food at the coffee shop was great! We stayed in the Towers, facing north. We will be back!

This is a very nice hotel. We lucked out getting a room with a view that happened to have a lit Christmas tree out side of it. The holiday season brought in a lot of people so there were kids everywhere. Every other time we've stayed here, there hasn't been too many people, but this year, I'm guessing people are excited to get out.
