This is the worst store and the most incredibly rude people I have ever met. I bought my wife a ring in December for Christmas. She was able to wear it once when a small stone fell out. Because of our age seventy-four, the distance we lived and Covid we were not able to get to the store until March about two weeks after there so called gracious return policy.The associate who looked at the ring and receipt said sorry store policy and because this is an outlet we had only ninety days to return the ring. I said the ring was defective and we only wanted to exchange it. Again so sorry it our policy. I asked if the the policy had no flexibility and she said No. I asked to see the manager and she was just as firm and rude. I tried to explain but was cut off that they were an outlet. I asked what that had to do with it and again Policy. During Covid many businesses failed so people purchased items locally which is what we did by driving over sixty miles. I hate to write this but Sundance Outlet could care less about customers and should be avoided at all cost.

Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful and high-quality and surprisingly great prices… The reason for only three stars is for some reason every time I have visited the place, they seem to always be worried about their customers running off with Jewelry. Also even though they have a decent return policy, more than one representative at the store will look at you like you are trying to get away with something even if it is an exchange.

We purchased a pair of boots last week from the Sugarhouse Sundance store. Men's boots, great price, they fit perfect and John can't wait to wear these. The sales team assisted us with size and offered to sell the display item that had been polished. Very friendly professional staff and quality merchandise. Thank you

Woman who worked the register 4/13/23 at around 1pm, was extremely rude. I visited this store for the first time today and I was met with disrespect and extremely poor customer service from this woman. I feel I was treated poorly because I had brought my 5 year old daughter with me who is special needs and she was tripping over this very poorly organized store. This woman let me know she would let me look at some earrings in the jewelry counter “But as soon as an actual paying customer needs assistance I will be helping them instead” 100% will never go back here. I had other members of my family with me as well who were in fact going to purchase items that instead put them back and we left. Unbelievable.

Two older white ladies that work their are always so snooty and on their high horse I avoid those workers at all cost one I think mid length hair skinnier tons of jewelry brown and grey hair Melissa I think her name is she would rather being doing something better then help any customer out. The other is even older shorter length hair above the shoulder blonde or grey and acts like you can‘t touch anything was rude when asked for a fitting room! Michael and their is two plus sized ladies that work there are such sweethearts and there to help and advocate for the customers. I think that. Sundance should not be hiring such snooty employees just because I am young doesn’t mean I can afford anything I just like the brand and can’t pass up a good deal. Plus I have lost a lot of weight in the last year and so I truly have to try everything on. All in all good finds employees are 50/50 but those two older ladies need to be fired in my opinion the retraining isn’t an option when every time I go in theirs attitudes get worse and worse also if we buy furniture their your workers should be able to help get it to a car for such a great brand the customer services lacks immensely at the outlet here in slc also it’s funny how I was told furniture could not be held for me yet there is hold signs on 20% of the other furniture

What more could you ask for?? Sundances beautiful, top of the line clothing, in the up to date boho style-from minimum touches to totally blinged out! Not everything is just one style- there are plenty off styles to cover every One’s style and composition.

I ordered a console from here in March and have never had so much difficulty getting a piece of furniture in my life. Initially, they said it was going to be a few weeks before I could pick it up from the warehouse. A few weeks turned into almost 7 months. I called no less than 10 times during that time, talked to many people who could not solve my problem. I was overjoyed a few weeks ago to get a call that it was finally in stock. They said they would ship it to me, free of charge because of my troubles, and then didn't. And when I called again, they said to come and pick it up. I had a friend pick it up and bring it today from Salt Lake to Ogden, and when we opened up the box, it was the wrong console! I can't even fathom the incompetence at every turn. I'm so disappointed.

Bright clean store with very helpful salespeople. I always drop in here to check out the bargain wall. The merchandise is 50% or more off the retail price. For an outlet store, this place is always beautifully curated. Feels like shopping at a luxury boutique but with friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit!

Customer service used to be fantastic but no longer. I rarely write reviews but I had one of the rudest cashiers today. It’s not often I see such a rude person in Salt Lake.

This place is awesome! Inventory is excellent but the people are even better. I worked with Melissa and Sue. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me get the perfect gift. Highly recommend!

Cool eclectic store with tons of merchandise that has that Utah and Mountain West feel. Visited for the first time and my girlfriend was immediately hooked. She had to come several times later. There were great discounts and deals. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is really great and parking is convenient. Check this store out for sure. I recommend.

Shopping for Christmas - especially at the Mall - can be overwhelming this time of year, but shopping at the Sundance Outlet Store recently has been a very enjoyable experience! I've stopped by twice in the past week, and have been very pleased with both the purchases I made, and for the customer service I received. Selection (and price!) has been outstanding, and I appreciate that parking is free and very convenient.

I have a story to share about the staff of this store. Currently, I'm in the Air Force and was visiting Salt Lake to do some shopping with my wife. While we were shopping at various stores, I lost my pocket knife. This was an expensive, special damascus bladed knife. My wife and I called the stores we had visited, leaving our information. Two weeks after I had lost the knife, I received a phone call from this store staff saying that they had found my knife. The amount of integrity and care shown from Cindy and her team have made us life long customers. Thanks again to the staff member who found the knife but also to the entire staff for sending each other internal emails and keeping my information in a relevant way. Kudos to you all !!

Wow! This place was packed with inventory, which was awesome on the one hand, but a little overwhelming and also made it difficult to actually move throughout the store. If you're wheelchair bound, forget it. If you're willing to dig through a haystack to find a needle, this is your store!

My wife thinks it is a treasure hunt. As a disabled senior adult, what I appreciate most is the kind assistance of employees like Melissa.

Snooty poor customer service. Bought a blouse and returned it for a different size. The employees stated they remembered me purchasing the blouse. They refused to let me exchange it since I didn't have the receipt. It was evident that the blouse came from their store since they remembered me. I have spent a few hundred in there but never will again.

I have shopped at the Sundance Catalog Outlet store for years. I have always been treated like a queen in there. Cindy Vunder is the store manager. She is amazing. So kind and wonderful. Neno is very impressive. Melissa goes out of her way to make the customers feel special. I have also worked there. They treat their employees very well. It was always like walking into Heaven when I went to work. It is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for in my 64 years of experience. I don’t work there these days, however I continue to shop there as I always have and will go there until the day I die. Great staff. Super bargains. Wonderland in every way.
