    Incredibly RUDE hispanic old lady at the personal care counter. I was testing the Lancome creams at the counter on my dad who is visiting and needed something for his eye bags, this lady rushed to where we were, desperately asking us if we had taken a moisturizer from the counter looking at us all rude, insinuating that we had taken it because there was just a lid there, she asked us several times even when we had told her we didn’t have it! She didn’t even asked us if we needed any help, and honestly I didn’t felt like buying anything from her after that, we felt so discriminated and humiliated by a fellow hispanic, which was so embarrassing. This has never happened to me before and it honesty makes me never want to come back to this store. My suggestion to Nordstrom would be to train its employees to make customers feel welcome and appreciated it, regardless of their ethnicity, color and race. This is just unacceptable and I really hope something is done about it.

    I came here for the half yearly sale to look for a sport coat/blazer for my husband. The staff was incredibly helpful and their clothes were all great quality. I love that they now have a pickup desk for online purchases. Brilliant. Thanks for making shopping enjoyable for a non-shopaholic.

    Great store, great service. I had great experiences in the past. However I did not find any of the items I found in the store online. None of the items were in the store and did not like the alternatives. I ended up looking elsewhere because I needed to try the items before I buy them. But at least the people did their best to help me and that to me is very valuable!

    Sparse selection, big store, a lot of wasted space. The staffing was also sparse. not their fault, likely the store just doesn't hire enough people to work all the sections.

    I feel like this store has really tanked. The last few times I have been there, they have had terrible selection and stock and everything just feels over-priced for the level of convenience and service being offered. If I have to order what I want and have it shipped, then I will just shop a less expensive store online.

    Didn’t receive much service here even though it was pretty dead in here. The fragrance lady at Jo Malone was a sweetheart but the older ladies working eye wear didn’t even greet me…they could use a crash course on “service”. I’m not the entitled type and can do without sales associates hounding me but picking and choosing who you acknowledge is a sign of poor service. I even overheard the ladies talking about sales goals so that’s that on that lol.

    Giselle gave us incredible customer service, and helped me get fitted for my wedding tux. She was awesome and after visiting other options to get fitted, Giselle and Nordstrom did it best! Thanks for the great experience!

    This is a big store and they’ve got lots of stuff. I don’t really have too much more to elaborate on as far as my experience at thjs Nordstrom location goes. It was a pleasant time and was uplifting to my day. The Nordstrom experience is on full display at this location.

    Nordstroms used to be my happy place - sadly the Nordstrom standard does not exist anymore. Visited this location yesterday and spent a good amount of time looking through many departments. Never once was I approached for help. I carried several items around the upper floor looking for a salesperson to let me in a dressing room and seriously couldn't find anybody. I finally found a young girl (literally the only employee on the entire top floor) and she didn't have a dressing room key. I walked into the dressing room and all the doors were open and clothes hanging and on the floor in all of the dressing rooms. It looked like a Target (no offense Target). The store was a complete mess! I tried on the clothes I was carrying and wanted to buy several items. I could not find anyone to purchase from. When I went back to the young girl, she asked me to wait while she went in the back to inquire about alterations for someone on the phone......I waited a while and the customers just kept piling up to talk to the only person on the entire floor. I put all of my items on the counter and left. I have never seen anything like it. Customer Service used be the one thing you could count on in Nordstrom, this experience was awful and I will not go back.

    I received a gift for Christmas and both customer service and the beauty counter girls were very rude to me. Sadie the manager on the second floor I believe she the manager for the evening shift was so so sweet. Apologized for the other rude employees. I was told I needed to speak to the beauty department specifically for what I was needing assistance with and the lady completely shut me down and wasn’t helpful at all after I had explained to her that Sadie the manager had told me to come down to them to get help. She also lied to me saying they don’t carry the item in their store anymore. When in fact they do and there was lots of them too. Sadie was able to help me with my issue and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Instead of making me feel crazy or trying to embarrass me like the other women had done. Sadie (the manager at the time) even made sure there was nothing else I need and was shocked that I was treated in such a way, and apologized for them not helping me in the first place. Those two women would get one star from me because their customer service was so so poor. Usually if you can’t help a customer you might seek further assistance from a manager or someone in charge but they didn’t lift a finger. I would give Sadie 5 stars for being professional, listening to my issue and taking me to the item and helping me resolve my issue. Going from a horrible experience and possibly not wanting to return to their store, I will be going back. But I will remember to seek management’s help if I need further assistance.

    My visit to Nordstrom today was fabulous! It started in the children's department where Red helped me find just the right gift for a baby shower. She was so professional and smart. She had the gift wrapped and delivered it to me in the Cafe. That is what I call class♡ Regan our server was terrific and the food was excellent. Then to the Tom Ford counter where the lovely sales girl found just the right lipstick for my Red hair, again a fun and rewarding experience

    Nordstrom is my happy place. This City Creek location has a great atmosphere. I want to highlight and acknowledge Nick (Jo Malone manager) for his outstanding service and warm, caring, professional, attitude. Such a pleasure to deal with.

    I love coming into the City Creek Nordstrom. Even though its on the smaller side, they are very well staffed. The customer service team is very helpful and professional. Tamara went above and beyond to help me find an item and get it ordered. I was able to get what I needed quickly without any fuss. Thanks!

    Bought a $500 dress from Nordstrom online. Naturally it was too long, needed the bodice brought in, and lifted. When I went to have it tailored- I was told they just couldn't help me. The old Nordstrom attitude of helping out the customer has seriously stopped. Was very disappointed!!!

    Not only is the store impressive and the location in central downtown, the service is over the top. We were just "window" shopping and still treated with kindness and care. We decided to stay for lunch at their in house grill. The food was awesome. I had the fish and chips and a side salad. We had a table by the window which made the experience that much better

    Deana Toleafoa, the manager, and her sidekicks with no authority to help customers, are the rudest employees I’ve ever met. If you need to return an item here, plan to be judged, criticized, and refused proper service. I thought this was a regular Nordstrom, but it is apparently run by a different group of people. So so rude. Do not shop here.

    This has the cleanest parking garage I have ever seen and very nice shopping mall. The food court is excellent as well. Must see and we'll revisit again this summer.

    Was in the store for 30-min looking to buy a suit. Nobody helped me. I finally went to ask to use the dressing room and was treated like I was interrupting the salesperson. Even though they found out I hadn’t been helped, two salesmen continued to stand around and not help. Ended up purchasing a suit elsewhere.

    I went into this Nordstrom today to purchase an entire suit and extra shirts for my son. There were plenty of employees standing around talking to each other, and yet, not one employee even acknowledged that I was there. 4 employees talking about moving in together. 3 employees in shoes, all of them on their phones. I even looked at them to ask for help. They looked at me, and continued their conversation with eachother. Wow, not a smile, can I help you, nothing. What horrible customer service!!! There was an employee with blue hair that walked directly in front of me and started showing the jacket I was actively looking at to the one other customer in the men's section. I needed help finding sizes, but since the employees didn't care that I was there, no way will I give my money to them and let them have a commission. I walked over to UWM, and they were wonderful. Helped me get everything I needed for my son! Sorry, not sorry Nordstrom. Train your employees, if you even care. But hey, they snubbed me, and I found a store that actually cares about their clients!

    Shoutout to Megan in the cosmetics section, she helped my mom find the perfect shade of foundation and took her time to understand and find just what my mom was looking for. She is very passionate and knowledgeable and kind and we really appreciate her <3 Love Nordstrom always but this was a very nice visit!
