CrossFit
Chester
has
become
a
home
from
home
really,
I
have
always
been
one
of
those
weirdos
that
enjoys
working
out
and
going
to
the
gym
regularly.
I
used
to
throw
on
my
headphones
and
just
get
on
with
it.
I’d
known
about
CrossFit
for
years
and
watched
the
games
but
I’d
always
worked
out
alone
and
it
was
too
far
out
of
my
comfort
zone.
I
loved
the
idea
of
learning
Olympic
lifting
and
I’d
worked
my
way
up
to
a
decent
deadlift
but
I
didn’t
know
where
to
take
my
training
next
and
I
was
getting
a
bit
bored
of
it.
Then
one
of
my
friends
mentioned
she’d
been
to
a
taster
session
and
I
was
instantly
intrigued
and
needed
to
go.
I
thought
it
would
be
complicated,
awkward
and
embarrassing
but
I
turned
up
and
the
coach
was
really
friendly
and
anything
we
didn’t
understand
was
just
explained
really
straight
forward.
As
I
went
to
more
sessions
I
realised
that
I
was
learning
so
much
and
I
was
feeling
stronger
and
more
motivated.
Kelly
is
honestly
a
fountain
of
knowledge
when
it
comes
to
anything
CrossFit,
and
there
are
movements
that
I
next
thought
I’d
never
be
able
to
do
but
with
Kelly’s
way
of
training
you
and
giving
you
tips
and
pointers
it
makes
it
feel
like
anything
is
achievable.
One
of
the
hardest
parts
of
these
lockdowns
is
not
being
able
to
go
to
CrossFit
Chester,
get
shouted
at
by
Kelly
for
picking
up
a
lighter
wall
ball
and
sweat
from
places
you
didn’t
know
exist!
However
because
she’s
so
good
and
what
she
does
and
everyone
at
CrossFit
is
so
supportive
working
out
at
home
has
been
easier
and
is
actually
happening
because
of
her
support,
determination
and
love
of
what
she
does.
It
really
makes
working
out
and
improving
yourself
a
priority
and
I’m
really
great
full
for
CrossFit
Chester,
Kelly
and
the
other
coaches
for
making
training
and
working
out
something
I
can
feel
passionate
about
