Do you like undercooked chicken? The beef and the veggie burger we ordered were great. Unfortunately, the chicken was grossly undercooked. There is no phone number to call so we wrote an email. The response came a day later suggesting we talk to the delivery service. What? The delivery person will solve a problem in the kitchen? I am still waiting for the delivery company to address my complaint but in the meantime I was left hungry as the food I paid for was a health hazard and nothing a sane person would eat.

Certainly not the greatest burgers in town. We tried the standard cheeseburger - really small beef pattie and overall (regardless of the sauces) it really lacked in flavor. The bun was also of poor quality with a pretty tough shell/crust. Their strawberry lemonade, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious and certainly increased their star rating for us. Service was great, but prices a little steep for the quality received.

One of the best burger bars I have been to. I prefer it to five guys or the like. The portions are really big so both myself and our ten year old ordered the three mini burgers, and it was plenty. We loved all the sauces. There were about eight different barbecue sauce flavours. The chips are really yummy, and the atmosphere is nice. The only disappointment was the ladies room which was dirty.

Fast and kind service. Tasty burgers and fries. We loved their homemade ice-tea. They had mango flavour. What we loved the most is that they are dog friendly. We had our dog with us on our trip and he was welcome inside. Also I like that they have metal trays and don’t use straws.

Tasty Food, Quick Service, but Needs Improved Cleanliness and Ventilation I recently paid a visit to BURGERISTA and indulged in their low-calorie burger. The burger was exceptional in terms of taste, hitting all the right notes on my palate. The service was another high point during our visit. The staff was quick, efficient, and extremely courteous, making our overall dining experience quite enjoyable. However, there were a few hiccups that marred the experience. The first was the lack of cleanliness. Our table was not as clean as it should have been with visible leftovers, and the state of the wash basin left something to be desired as well. The second issue was the smoky atmosphere in the restaurant. While it did lend a certain charm to the experience initially, leaving with our clothes smelling strongly of smoked burger was not something we anticipated. This could be a potential downside for customers who are sensitive to such odors. To sum it up, BURGERISTA impresses with its delicious food and prompt service but needs to focus on improving its cleanliness and ventilation system.

A good 5/5 rating I loved their burger patties; well seasoned, 100% beef and well cooked 👌. Very good fries and a good variety of sauces to choose from. A must try also is their new fried cheese caramel. Definitely worth another visit

I was staying in Salzburg for half a day for taking my flight and had lunch at BURGERISTA. What an delicious decision! The burgers were well made and the service was fantastic. We received our order in less than 15 min! Plus a great quality of food and self made drinks which you can chose and drink as much as you want. Highly recommend!

I can advice you to go to this restaurant. Nice menu chart with also various vegetarian choices. It's not so expensive, staff is friendly. We had our lunch here around noon and the tables where clean. Also clean toilets (at noon, maybe different in the evening like some others said in the reviews). Be aware with a wheelchair, toilets are downstairs.

BEST BURGERS IN SALZBURG As am American, I love my burgers. I love everything about this place from the Mason Jar Lemonades to the 5 different BBQ Sauces available at no additional cost! This is a must visit if you’re wanting some American food during your trip to Salzburg.

One of the cheesiest pizza i have eaten in my life, it was original neapolitan pizza with the best ingredients directly from the italian soil.

Well if you visit Europe and still missing burgers, this is the place for you. Burgers were delicious. Friendly staff, free refills and a lot of space, oh yeah and it's location is perfect, just on the bank of the river.

The veggie burger is vegetarian approved! They called it veggie beef, thank goodness it didn't taste or smell anything like meat! It had the perfect crunch and texture and very light to eat! Hot tip: Ask for this red hot chilli on the side!

Since I haven't tried burgers at more places in Salzburg, I can't really say that these burgers are best in town, but they are very good! They offer several burgers and various combinations. We ended up eating there twice, because we love burgers and this was definitely one of the budget-friendly options. This place is amazing.

I am a traveler and I liked it a lot as they have many options in vegan, vegetarian, and non-veg.

They accept card payment which was main reason for coming as well at the good reviews. Place was busy with almost all tables occupied. They have soft drink refills and beer. Waited less than 10 mins for my BBQ burger. Lots of complimentary sauces. The burger meat was quite bland and tasted watery- I didn’t enjoy it too much but am happy I visited

Their burger are tasty although expectations must not be remain in a level of higher than a simple fastfood quality. Their location has not any parking as it is located in the center of the city especially right in front of a bus stop. Drinks are nice and you can refill your glass anytime and as much as you want. In general I recommend them.

Never had so much slop come out of a burger. Their idea of a veggie burger is basically a burger without the meat patty and double the amount of sauce. Everything swimming in sauce and grease.

Definitely one of the better burger places we’ve been to in Europe. Not very often that my kids actually finish all of their food - they loved this place. Plus who doesn’t love free ketchup / fry sauces!

Walked in as it said they serve halal food. The restaurant looked good and had a good atmosphere but unfortunately due to not serving halal food left. So not sure why it said they serve halal food.

I got the Feuerwerk. It was delicious however the patty was lacking seasoning. I also got the Mango Lemonade which was delicious. If I'm back, I won't mind coming here again.

Veggie burger doesn't have a burger, it's just vegetables, and the price is the same like normal meat one, what's going on here? I thought that the veggie or vegetarian option does not have a "hamburger" They could put a beyond, or a heura hamburger, but I think it's a scam and stole.
