Extremely rude service. Please train your waiter in manners and customer service. We didn't know that we had to reserve a table beforehand and went there without a reservation. There was only one 'active' waiter then and when we arrived he asked whether we had a reservation and talked to us while walking around the restaurant bringing other guests' food. He only replied, "Sorry, not possible" when we said we didn't reserve a table. We took some time outside to look for another restaurant nearby that was still open and in around 15 minutes other guests started coming out of the restaurant and the tables were empty (tho there were dirty bowls on them). We asked another waitress (asian lady, very nice) whether it was possible to just have a quick meal. She told us to wait a moment, cleaned a table, and told us to take a seat. Then she gave us our menus when the first waiter started asking us rudely whether we had a reservation. We answered again no and he yelled at us that we couldn't eat there. We were very upset of this treatment and I said that the lady told us that we could take a seat. We already had menus in hand, took of our coats, and were already seated. He went back to the bar and kept pointing at us while talking to another colleague and giving us the side eye. If we hadn't walked on foot for 30 minutes, we would've left immediately after being treated like dogs begging for food. 1 star for the kind waitress + 1 star for the good food. It could've been an obvious 5-star if only the waiter had better manners.

Best Ramen in town, better get a reservation if you eat there, because it's very busy.

Healthy food, i ordered for myself a rice bowl with salmon and an extra bowl of kimchi. Quite tasty. My boyfriend ordered the ramen, he was fully satisfied with the taste. The portions are pretty big.

Super delicious Ramen that takes me back to Japan. I recommend the Black Garlic Ramen. The smokiness and tenderness of the pork with the lightness of the broth was divine! Also, their Karaage is yum and the servers are very friendly! Definitely recommend this place and will go again!

Have been here a few times already and the food is always delicious. The menu is not that big but everything is good. The service is always friendly though sometimes a little slow, when the restaurant is full. I am always happy when I come back here to eat.

We went there with 2 good friends and of course we ordered ramen. It was delicious and the portion was ok, price wise was in the range of normal. Place is quite cozy and welcoming. Staff is nice and the restaurant facilities quite clean.

I'd recommend black garlic ramen. Pretty rich flavour and balanced taste. I did not like spicy miso ramen that much because it was a bit too spicy for me - maybe I would prefer if I could tweak the spiciness level by adding the spicy paste myself.

Best Ramen in Salzburg and probably one of the best Ramen restaurants in Austria!! Have been coming back and forth to this restaurant for years and always happy with the food and service quality. Ramen noodles were handmade, very good consistency. The broth is rich and flavorful from longtime cooked bones without any additional seasoning. A must-try if you’re a big fan of ramen!!

I ordered black garlic ramen and it is ok and of course there are room for improvement in term of the broth, char siu & tamago. Given the option of ramen in salzburg, this ramen bar is commendable.

The ramen is nice, it fills you up but the flavour isn't amazing. It does at least offer vegan broth options.

Listening to the recommendation about best ramen in town we decided to try it out - was indeed good! Little bit disappointed about the service - it was rather slow so we had to pay at the cash desk finally, otherwise we planned to order dessert as well. I can’t complain about ramen itself! Starter was great too with excellent seasoning. We recommend to make a reservation. PS. There are plenty seats at the bay, which not everyone would like to take, so make sure you book a table!

Friendly atmosphere and yummy food. Try Karage for a starter, select ramen or main dish and enjoy delicious dining experience. I recommend to make a reservation before as the place is often fully booked.

so tasty！ if you like spicy flavor, the jigoku ramen is a good choice! If not, the black garlic ramen will be a nice choice! We also odered the baby spinach salad and MALA beef, everything was very tasty◕‿◕

Usually I don’t finish my bowl, as the first time i did because it was unbelievably tasty and tried next to it some starters like fried chicken, and Giozas! Strongly recommended.

After reading the good reviews, we went out of the city center by bus for the lunch and were very disappointed. Austria is a country of very low culinary qualities and this was no exception. Very slow service. One waiter was courteous at least. Takoyaki was sub-standard - lacking in taste with low quality bonito flakes and tough to chew octopus. Ramen was quite bad. The soup was burnt as was the chashu. Noodles were low-quality but the portion was extreme vs very little soup. Waiter did not offer refill (we would not have had it). Eggs were not seasoned - completely flavorless. Nori was the cheap kind of low taste.

Really good ramen! The place looks really cool too. They have a good taste in music and the food was prepared pretty fast. I don’t recommend the sweets though. I ordered dango and mochi, the dango was pretty good, but the portion is very small. The mochi was really good, but I get the exact same mochi from an import store in my city. When I buy them in the store they come in a pack of six for 2,70€ and in the restaurant you get two for 2,60€. The ones in the store are almost always sold out though.

We don't have many Ramen bar around Salzburg and I have no comparison to other places. That said, this place is super delicious. Been here a few times and have tasted the 4-5 different Ramen bowls they have. Always a joy to return

First time eating 🍜, but it was really amazing. The food tastes really good and the portions are big , Macha ice cream was amazing and the personell was also awesome and friendly! Definitely recommend!

The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. I had the blackgarlic ramen and the takoyaki. Both were super delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.
