Nice to have. What youd expect. Cool building. Seating indoors seemed lacking. Decor a little lack lustre. Or maybe just understated.

Your typical Starbucks, has plenty of outdoor seating and a unique interior that looks like it was previously a temple or church or something (check out the columns and the basement). They don't have air conditioning though, it was uncomfortable when we came and the weather was hot outside.

Everything was so fresh and tasty. Be it Chai Latte, croissant or lemon cake was simply outstanding. Very good service with good seating arrangements. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station.

It was a nice place to sit and relax, but the staff blamed us as someone took our drink. Seriously how can you blame your customer when you yourself did not monitor the drinks going out? Do we have to know what the other customer orders and check all the time? People just take their drinks and go off based on honesty, and we waited patiently for ours as well. Lousiest Starbucks I've been in my entire life, bitter experience

We visited this place twice during our stay in Salzburg. We ordered cappuccino and latte on both of our visits. The coffee tasted good. The place was crowded and we had to wait in queue. The staff checked the vaccination certificates before letting us to dine-in. The ambience of this place is good with a very large seating area. I would recommend this place if you crave for standard Starbucks coffee and a place to have a small break during the walk through the area.

We liked the sandwiches and cakes but the place was quite crowded and not particularly cosy. The cold chocolate had more ice than actual chocolate in it.

I like this misspelled name. :'D This drink is nice, but the muffin didn't particularly impress me. All in all ok. 👍

Service was 10/10, the bartender spoke English. The drinks were amazing!!!

A starbucks in a very central location with rather small space, but standard stabucks service and offering. However, we noticed lack of consistency in coffee quality we tried could be due to change in barristats, but a point worth mentioning. Other than that, it's what you expect from a starbucks, opt customer service, and standard menu items that we all enjoy everywhere around the world.

I ordered hot chocolate so I didn't feel guilty about using their bathroom... I used it the first time and it was someone what clean. I came back three hours later and you can tell it was recently cleaned up.

Excellent cafe. Cheap cream cheese bagel only 3.20 and it can be heated. I also like the delicious hot chocolate with real whipped cream. The chamomile blend tea is very nice. The free wifi is appreciated. The workers are super friendly and kind. Good vibe.

The staff here was super nice and Starbucks in Europe is so much different than Starbucks in America. My Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso was really good. I would highly recommend stopping here for a cup of coffee.

Good Starbucks at very interesting location. Interior has vibes of old castle, coffee wasn’t overheated and food was standardly nice. It’s the only Starbucks at the city center, but great it has its own feature and its design.

Again, it’s a Starbucks, but this staff (including the trainee) is rocking. Orders quickly and accurately filled and they went the extra kilometer in packing up my drinks and snacks for takeaway. And yes, ladies, your English is excellent! 😄

Terrible experience. My very first time to leave a negative comment in Europe. The male staff member’s manner is particularly bad to Asian. So disappointed to walk into such an international brand experiencing such narrow-minded attitude.

Starbucks in Salzburg, Austria. As an Ametican, I just had to try it lol. It was good, it's Starbucks, the pastries are more localized which I loved! But for true European Bavarian Kaffee, go to a local owned.

Good location and comfortable. Really gross bathrooms, the locks were broken. Other than that the food and coffee was good and quick.

The place and coffee was good as always, but the mobile signal was very weak. Don’t go here if you plan to work or browse the web

Busy location means that this starbucks is also full with a long line :) Good for studies and just to hang out as well.

Large Starbucks outlet, what sets it apart is the basement seating area. Designed in the style of mediaeval caves, it gives a soothing and cool feel. - Pet friendly - Sofas as well as chair seating -Washroom is absolutely filthy due to the large number of tourists visiting Tip:Don't throw away your beverage receipt if you want to use their washroom, as the access requires a password that's printed on your bill.

there was a bee in the food and i told the worker named(jolie) but she didn’t give me any attention and she was bothered by us because we were speaking in English. Hope she become more polite with foreign customers.
