Facilities/Beach
3/5
Itโs
a
beautiful
property.
Considering
that
it
rivals
some
of
the
resorts
that
are
close
to
the
dock,
the
clean,
modern,
white
paint
aesthetic
sets
them
apart.
Plenty
of
tables,
chairs,
umbrellas,
chaise
lounges,
etc.
Love
that
the
kiddle
and
adult
pool
are
next
to
each
other.
Generous
sized
adult
pool
however
it
is
only
4โ
throughout
and
there
were
NO
DIVING
signs
to
be
found.
The
beach
was
quiet,
nestled
between
2
small
docks.
Note
that
the
water
can
get
shallow
in
the
afternoon
evenings
so
we
were
only
able
to
get
in
the
water/beach
the
next
morning
as
the
tide
was
all
the
way
up
to
the
shore.
Thoroughly
enjoyed
the
beach
and
the
Talisay
trees
covering
the
chaise
lounges.
WIFI:
There
is
no
wifi
in
the
rooms.
Only
in
the
restaurant/lobby
area.
This
was
a
huge
let
down
they
didnโt
disclose
anywhere.
NO
LIFE
GUARD
ON
DUTY.
This
is
a
safety
concern
that
needs
to
be
addressed.
Rooms
3/5
Stayed
in
room
215,
a
corner
deluxe
king
bed
room
featuring
a
balcony
with
a
pool
view.
Key
card
entry
worked
well.
AC
is
window
unit
and
was
easy
to
navigate
with
a
remote
control.
Bathrooms
were
ok.
Water
pressure
was
great.
Comfy
sheets,
bed,
and
pillows.
Beware
that
because
this
side
of
the
hotel
is
right
next
to
bamboo
trees,
there
are
BIRDS
aggressively
humming/singing/chirping
very
early
in
the
morning
making
it
difficult
to
sleep
in.
The
rest
of
our
families
around
rooms
204-206
seemed
to
be
fine.
Food
4/5
The
complimentary
breakfast
was
fantastic
even
though
plated/limited.
They
offer
hot
cocoa
that
is
extra
charge
but
was
well
worth
it.
You
pick
and
choose
breakfast
food
the
night
before
(making
it
limited)
and
they
bring
it
out
to
you
fresh
once
you
sit
down.
Mango
shakes
were
also
to
die
for.
So
good!
All
the
traditional
Filipino
food
were
fantastic
as
well.
Minus
one
starโDinner:
If
you
wanted
dinner
served
in
the
beach
area,
itโs
extra
1500PHP
for
service
charge.
The
restaurant
is
on
the
second
floor
of
the
building.
We
thought
this
was
ridiculous
but
it
only
gets
worse.
Check
in/out
2/5
We
booked
a
total
of
4
rooms,
all
on
the
same
building.
After
long
back
and
forth
emails
with
booking
staff,
they
still
somehow
managed
to
mess
up
the
room
arrangements.
I
thought
it
was
ridiculous
that
they
had
me
write
down
all
14
guest
names
with
each
corresponding
guest
rooms
after
a
long
trek
to
the
resort
from
Kaputian.
It
was
expected
that
they
would
have
this
handy
from
all
the
emails
weโve
exchanged
but
I
guess
the
resort
and
corporate/booking
staff
do
not
communicate
well.
At
check
out,
we
were
told
we
were
missing
2
towels
(1
beach
towel,
1
face
towel)
upon
inventory
โ
the
cost
was
beyond
my
comprehension
โ
2,000PHP.
We
politely
asked
for
a
late
check
out
pretty
early
around
9-10am
so
the
kids
can
enjoy
the
pool/beach.
We
even
ordered
lunch
to
make
up
for
lost
time
as
we
arrived
late
during
check
out
around
4PM.
To
my
dismay,
we
were
informed
that
THERE
IS
A
LATE
CHECKOUT
FEE
of
300PHP
for
each
room.
UNHEARD
OF!
We
told
them
no,
thank
you
-
returned
to
our
rooms
and
packed
hurriedly.
It
was
quite
stressful
knowing
every
move
you
make
in
this
resort
could
cost
you
money
for
things
that
could
easily
add
value
to
the
resort
experience.
Staff
3/5
I
want
to
point
out
that
the
resort
staff
are
fantastic.
All
attentive,
willing
to
take
photos,
bring
us
water
at
the
beach,
friendly
and
quiet.
I
think
where
the
issue
lies
is
CORPORATE.
The
resort
staff
are
bound
to
these
rules
and
we
understand
that
they
have
to
abide.
But
the
issues
of
costs
piling
up
from
simple
requests
just
seemed
unreasonable
after
already
paying
so
much
for
mediocre
resort
experience
for
the
value
of
money.
Rounding
up
to
a
generous
3/5
for
the
entire
experience.
Not
sure
if
weโre
coming
back.
Not
sure
if
we
would
recommend
to
family/friends
right
off
the
bat.
It
looks
great
in
photos
though.
