The resort were located almost an hour drive from the ferry boat. Their mini bus picked us up at the port (minimal fee if your more than 10pax). For private cars, highly recommended to bring 4x4 as roads get slippery during rainy season. No deposit required but need to reserve the rooms earlier. Super friendly staff, from reservation up to our check-out. Small store. You can also buy fresh fish beside the resort and let it cooked. Quite place after 10pm. Beach area is small but OK. Videoke. Clean swimming pool. New rooms with good foam/mattress and AC. [stayed overnight with my family 5 months ago]

Great for family outing. Not for barkada outing. No cell signal, cant bring liquor inside. Comfort Rooms of their rooms need help from plumbers.

Its a long ride from the port of Samal Island to the resort but its a great place for family bonding, to relax and enjoy the beach. Less crowded place.

facility is great. everyone was accommodating except for the lady in the frontdesk. she was rude and always busy watching her cellphone. We went for a day tour on May 3 with friends. they kindly allowed our vehicle get in to move our gears inside the resort. we stayed until 5pm. when approached the reception area to ask for our bill. the lady was busy on her cellphone. i think i disturbed her. i asked for the bill and payed it. i asked why there was a charge for the table but did not complain on the payment. i told her we should have been informed or given a heads up. i think she got offended on what i said and told us we should have left by 4pm. i told her she should have informed us because there wasnt any guest except us. when we were packing up our gears the guard didn't allowed us to enter our vehicle to move our gears. claimed he was ordered by the lady in the frontdesk not to allow our vehicle to enter the resort. its was her way of getting back on us. it was a huge inconvenience on our part. we felt we were punished for offending her. i believe her attitude doesnt reflect the resorts value. maybe she should get a training in customer service.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Samal.

Super layo and super lubak lubak ang daan. Nothing special pagdating sa resort. Just newly furnished. I dont recommend this resort. Stay away! There are more better beach resorts near the barge. Dont waste your energy going here. Na high blood talaga kami sa travel namin. It took as more than 1 hour from the barge.

The place was nice but the road going to the resort was mostly unpaved and rocky. Beach front was small but they do have a pool which the kids enjoyed.

Difficult to get to but worth the travel. Small and simple beach place with very friendly and accommodating owners.

๐Ÿซค 1. About the place, it's not well ventilated or that's probably since the time that I've been there it's really humid. But that's not really bad at all. 2. The foods is really average so it would be best if you will not expect much out of the food's taste, especially if you're a foodie. 3. Not great...

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Okay, let's face it, Samal island is a beautiful place but it's not a place for foodies. For nice wine and good food it's usually necessary to take the ferry over to Davao. Fortunately, there is Alphonse and Jaqueline's Bahay Kubo, a hidden gem, that is a must for everyone visiting Samal island. Thi...
