I was on my business trip to Samarinda. Stayed at Mercure Hotel which connects to City Centrum Mall. I’m happy they have Kimukatsu, which I love, so I had my dinner there. Tastes great as always. They keep up to the standard. They have plenty of seats and tables so I think bringing your family is a safe option too.

Japanese restaurant, specialized in katsu dishes. Excellent foods, meat was tender and juicy. Curry was full of flavour. Free ocha refill. Many sauces made available on the table. Friendly service, very quick serving, under 15 mins. Nicely decorated too, love the wooden ambience. Quality speaks for the price. Hope the restaurant can maintain the food and service standard, samarinda needs Kimukatsu!

Overall, it's a good Japanese place to dine, especially if you are into the Japanese way of grill, I would highly recommend the meat here and the katsudon. Also additional Matcha Ice Cream and Lychee Ocha (both are my favorite, depends on your taste~).

Latest restaurant in City Centrum which specialize on Japanese cuisine (mainly fried katsu) All dishes on the menu are on spot and staffs are great. Love the chicken katsu and the beef with truffle cheese set.

We ordered the combo daebak B which has 3 sets of pepper garlic cheese gyukatsu set, korean chicken katsudon ori set, crispy chicken mentai roll. They were all delicious and mouthwatering😋👌🏼 we love it🫶🏻

At first, the food here might seem quite expensive. However, I truly didn’t regret spending my money on this restaurant. In the first instance, the restaurant is very spacious, and the atmosphere is also very homey and bright. One of the best thing here is their service! The attendants are very well-spoken, friendly, as well as knowledgeable regarding their restaurant. The food itself needn’t further explanation, they’re scrumptious! I can feel that they are made with love and passion. I also love the fact that they have a bundle with their newest Korean menu included! Overall, such a nice restaurant with good food and great experience!
