It's too damn noisy at night. They don't care if they disturb their guests or their neighbour. If you're looking to find a quiet place to stay, this isn't it. Look elsewhere. Maybe go to Swiss Bel Hotel coz it's also close to the mall or look for a guest house nearby. There are other options

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Location is great with a short walk to Samarinda shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around within walking distance. The room was very clean. The only issue I had was being 6ft2 tall I struggled using the bathroom facilities in my room. The breakfast downstairs is excellent and if you stay at Zoom you definitely have to go up to the roof top bar for the views and dinner. Food was great and well priced.

WC is tiny AF. Ur knees pretty much are on the wall when u take a dump, but the shower can easily fit 3 people. WTH? Amenities are spot on tho, clean towels, sheets & stink-free pillows.

The Venue is quite strategic, located at center of Samarinda. Staff are warm and have great hospitality. Room is small, with very limited amenities. I my self even found liquid soap was diluted, room for improvement since shower area is quite clean.

No non smoking room available here, but good for other things. You can see the famous Mahakam river for half side of the hotel.

Breakfast menus are variatif and tasty. There is only 1 elevator available to room access. No bathtub available, only shower for take a bath. Parking area need to improved due to limited.

The rooms were clean and I liked the fact that they have big windows, it will make you feel the day and night in a really good way. The services given for the stay were plenty for me and my peers.
