Dead mall

Need more attention for this mall, motorcycle parking area so dark and smell

This mall is becoming less and less crowded coz the elevators and escalators often break down for weeks, stores closing and the overall store appearance deteriorates and also the parking access using shopping carts from the Hypermart is none existent compared to bigmall of samarinda or Lembuswana (foodmart).

Good mall in the center of Samarinda, completed with Mosque and best Korean resto. Selyca Mulia Hotel is connected with this mall.

Easy access. Great tenants. But the mall developer were not able to serve a hreat shopping experience. The main tennant seems too little.

I recommend it for every occasion, - such as family time they have Pizza Hut, AW, KFC, Food Court. For hangout there're Jco, KFC. Even for a walk, they have many side-foods to get - it's chilling, refreshing, it's not crowded. Very relaxing. They also have a great mosque on top floor. Don't forget about shopping place, cause hypermart got everything covered. It's all-in-one place.

I am at Mesra Hotel and that would be a full one week without starvation, a decent walk down and a crossing over quite calm traffic. Love the A&W and Pizza Hut so far.... the ground floor is appetizialmarked with main courses by Sylica Food Point either sponsored by the one built hotel at the plaza.

Wow, if you want to visit, don't do it now because it's still being renovated, sorry, unless you want to stay overnight, that's fine, but you've changed the name... Do you have to look for it yourself?

Just come here to watch, sorry for the condition of the mall. Musty smell, dirty, yes, many of them are uninhabited. It smells good when you enter the CGV area, especially since the prices for watching here are cheaper.

It used to be cool, one of the options for hanging out. Hopefully we can rise again with a new breakthrough

It is a shame that a magnificent former shopping center building in the early 2010s could become so neglected like this, even though it is in the middle of the city, a strategic location cannot guarantee the continuity of a business

A nice mall, but right now the shop is not many as a mall. There is no XXI or other facility just like a mall.

I just came here to watch at CGV. JCo & AW are still operating. You can still meet/work remotely at JCo here because it's quite & chill. Still waiting for the rebranding. Hopefully it can be revitalized again

Rise again, hopefully it will return to how it used to be and it will be busy again

Strategic locations, you can find JCo, KFC, Hypermart, Pizza Hut, Matahari Dept Store, Solaria, Food Court etc, but it will be complete if they have theater, since few years ago they said that CGV theater will be open in Plaza Mulia but until now, there is no progress on it. If only they have a movie theater i am sure there will be more visitor.

Come here if you want to watch a movie 😀 the mall is quiet now... Lots of empty & abandoned tenants... 🧐
