In the city of Samarra in Iraq, the blessed grave of two Shia imams are buried there. One is Imam Hadi (peace be upon him) and his noble son Imam Hasan Askari (peace be upon him). The place is very beautiful and refined. A spiritual and peaceful place

Samarra, the capital of the Abbasid caliphate, and one of the most beautiful sites and cities, was taken by the Abbasid caliphs as their capital due to its mild climate, pleasant land and moderate air.

Beautiful old city, 10, 000 years old, it was so unfortunate that the Americans have destroyed most of the heritage sites, which are now being restored

They are doing some maintenance in the minaret so is not possible to go to the top at the moment but still worth a visit to take great pictures.

The city was one day the capital of the abbasid empire, with deep history and civilization, but now it is just a village and not livable place
