The Best Hotel in Sambalpur. Guaranteed good food, good service & good stay experience. Hotel is located right next to the Railway station. You can even walk out from the station & enter the hotel (distance would be 100mtrs max.) Food taste, quality & presentation is awesome!

If you are looking for some after-office revelry, this is a place you may select for a party at the rooftop bar. But if a hotel were to be judged only by a posh façade and stylish furniture, I wouldn't be critical of this property. I had booked through Agoda, and the property didn't find it prudent to even mention the correct property phone number on Agoda. Reception was cold at best. Food is bland, tasteless AND overpriced. Room service was mismanaged. They sent in 3 plates with a dinner for 4 people. Had to ring them up again for the required cutlery. Room wash basin taps spew out water with such gusto they spoiled my dress. DON'T TRUST THE ROOM SIZES THAT WERE ADVERTISED! I had to book 2 rooms for my family so I booked a double room and a deluxe room. One was supposed to be 172 sqft and the other 226 sqft. I found out they were both the same rooms, with the costlier one having just 2 extra chairs and no extra space. The corridors reek of liquor smell and kitchen odours at night. The floor with the deluxe rooms is particularly noisy as it is just under the rooftop bar that plays loud music.

Nice Hotel to stay and enjoy. probably the best hotel in Sambalpur, at a walking distance from the main Sambalpur Juction Railway Station. New and clean with all modcons. Very attentive and kind service.

We a family of 3 stayed for one night at the Regenta Inn.Over all a pleasurable stay.The room was very clean and bathoom tidy.The inhouse fine dine restaurant was also very good. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Sambalpur railway station.There is no covered parking available for your own car and one has to park the car in an empty space behind the hotel. Over all a pleasant stay.

Within a week one day they r giving 10 percent discount but next day no discount. And rate is too much high as compared to quality and quantity. Not at all recommended.

The resort was good and probably the best in Sambhalpur. But the reason my rating is only 3 is because the service is very bad. The first room that we got was smelling a lot and everyone including the staff got a headache. The floor was creaking and the bed was a drum every time you went on it. Thankfully they gave us another room but we did have to pay extra for it. I hope they fix these minor service issues.

Went to the restaurant only at the ground floor. Nice ambience. Good food. Have toilet. Best part is it's location. If looking for restaurant nearby Sambalpur Railway Station, it's the place.

Everything is good but location wise the price is really high. In Delhi or any other metro city you can find better options within this range so I really don't like the price and the food was good and the service also. If you want a quality time with your family without any disturbance or problem and in the same place you can get food also then definitely you can go to this place .

Hotel location is very near to Sambalpur junction. No need to take auto or any cab from sation to hotel or vice-versa. Rooms are well maintained. All amenities are present in the room. But restaurant pinxx are too much costly. Service are not upto the mark. Food are tasty. But heavy expensive. Overall service is ok.

I had stayed here for an overnight halt with my family. We booked over the phone, and they responded promptly. We reached after 11 at night, and the reception didn't make us wait for long. The rooms were not as spacious as other similar hotels I had stayed in earlier, so I gave a 4 rating. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast had a decent number of choices. Food tasted good. The location is great. It's a few yards from Sambalpur Railway station. There is no need for any conveyance to get to the hotel from station.

I would have considered giving one star if it weren't for Mr. Biswajit's effective handling of the situation. I booked 4 rooms for two days, and on the afternoon of my guests' check-in, a maintenance issue arose in one room. Initially asked to find another hotel, after extensive discussions, the hotel staff managed to relocate the guests for one night with no extra cost using their vehicle. Despite the small rooms, the breakfast was excellent, and I appreciate how well the situation was managed, even though it seems the maintenance issue might have been influenced by the need to keep rooms vacant for a political function.

Easy accessible from railway station and the hospitality at the front office is really appreciable. This was my second stay and will be booking again hereafter in my future visits to sambalpur. 1. Rooms were clean and comfortable 2. I had an issue with late check and late check out, however the front desk support was really great considering my concerns 3.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is near the railway station. Thats convenient for train travellers. It has the worst parking. I was not confident of leaving the car in the parking area. At best this is a biz hotel trying to fit in as a 4 star compact hotel. Bed was good and room was very small. Wasn't a problem for solo traveller. The food in the restaurant was really good. I had dal rice and salad. It was really good and presentation was very good 👍🏻
