We booked two rooms for 6 days and paid in advance. Upon arrival, they denied us check in stating that they were not working under OYO anymore. We were not informed about this issue prior to us reaching the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and carelessness on their part. The nonchalant attitude of the person at the front desk was horrible and he didn't even want to assist us in any way for the inconvenience they caused.

Despite of any offer one must have to pay 1800 per day😑 acc to the hotel rule, which doesn't make any sense. Don't have a separate parking area. The food price is too high comparing to the quality.

Room was good. Location is good near highway. Cant say about food. Has open private bike parking. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. Little expensive for the locality but very less option in the city

Cleanliness -4/5 Property - 4/5 Price - Good wrt facilities Overall, a decent property to stay in that area. They have room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner from their kitchen. They don't have a restaurant though which is ok. Check in and check out was smooth. Basic amenities are present like - AC, geyser, one towel, soap, water in a jug, land phone( internal to hotel), TV( with Amazon Prime and YouTube). The internet they used was so slow that not even a single video could start in Prime or YouTube. Check the breakfast timings though. I was confirmed by the reception that I would get it by 8 am the next day and planned my onward journey accordingly. However, the next day, there was another person and he is like - nothing before 9 am for sure. It hampered my onward travel plan though. Taste of food (dinner) was good. There is no specific parking place as such, I parked at the space outside the gate.

It's a cheap and good for a night journey, it's a new one ,only minus is that there is no security guard at gate at night . But room boys are so helpful in nature

Cleanliness - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 No wifi Hotel is situated far away from Sambalpur, so forget about nearby market.

Decent room good staff also but bit Overpriced...

Pathetic experience. Price is very high in comparison to the room size. Bathroom is smelling all the time. Very small room and they are taking 1700-1900 per night. So think thousand times before booking this hotel.
