The hospital has a pathetic online booking system. They deliberately exhaust all online bookings and only make available the emergency bookings. its a planned scam to loot 200 more from every visitor. I can't understand when they earn well from their indoor patients why are they so greedy about this 200 rupees. clearly, shows a cheap, unprofessional and myopic view of things by the hospital. I had a patient in IPD for 4 days and I know personally that no staff is happy with the management. Doctors also behave like sales person of FMCG companies with a set sales target in mind. Disgusting hospital. I have given a 1 star rating because google doesn't allow zero star rating.

No proper cleanliness inside cabin room. Dr kanchan ray treats well. Nursing was good and thanks to ritika mam who timely visits patient and shows kind behaviour. Discharge process was time consuming. Emergency service was good. Hospitalization cost was mediocre. Security guard's behaviour was not good.

Worst, worst service I have ever seen in any multi hospital. Only money matters for them, they are counselling me for a package and say everything come's in package but at the time of discharge they charge extra for complete pathology test and medicine. No concern for patient after their admission, diet service is very very poor they don't have juice,fruits, wheat bread etc. Billing process is very slow, if you follow then it will take minimum 12 hour for your discharge. if any residence doctor required for admitted patient doctors come very late to attend. k.c Roy and Laxmi Prasad das sir is only good for OPD treatment. i will not recommend anyone to contact this hospital for any treatment.

Aware ! It's a nursing home , not a multi specialists hospital , hospital filled with nurse and practicing resident doctor , all other doctor a visiting doctor , if you want some cure of disease , never go there , they will admit you and just go on giving IV fluid that's all.

Got my father admitted in October 2022 for hypertensive encephalopathy. The emergency ER team of doctors 3nurses has handled him brilliantly. Had done routine investigation, ABG, ECG ,Even NCCT BRAIN immediately. Came down to a provisional diagnosis in an hour then as per condition shifted to a single cabin, as vitals were stable and no need for the ICU. Though few investigations were costly, but were done for the benefit of patients. The diet ,they are providing are completely hygienic and as directed by dietician. Blessed to have such an classy hospital in sambalpur city. Few cons are encountered but the vary from patients to patients. Cost is bit higher side:₹₹₹

Wonderful experience with Vikas hospitals as a first timer. Dr.Bismoy Sarangi and Dr.P.L.Jena both has taken great care of my wife and ensured fast recovery after surgery. Both doctors provided round the clock support to us starting from the first appointment till the birth of our baby. Dr.Gautam also took great care of our baby boy also guided us how to handle infants. We are thankful to these guardian angels . The support staff and Admin are also very supportive .

The nurses were attentive and knowledgeable and the doctor attended in midnight 2 .30 am. Special thanks to Dr. P L Jena mam.(gynecologist). She was very much supportive. All in all, my experience with the hospital overwhelmingly positive, and I am deeply thankful for all the care received. The only lagging point is that paedratrician was not available in the hospital.

All the Doctors, nurses and specially the management staff are highly trained and experienced. Good in behavior and understanding. You can have a five star quality of treatment here. Though the admission and discharge process is quite time consuming but hassle free.

Had a recent visit to the hospital for my father's treatment. Best class care was given during the stay. Doctors and Nurses are knowledgeable and helpful, and treated with care . Special thanks to Dr Laxmi Prasad Dash (cardiologist). Responded quickly to start the treatment. One thing they really need to improve the smell coming out from Deluxe rooms.Response time is good though from all the staffs. Thanks Team.

Overall good facilities and the hospitality is also way better. The best thing is the doctors are experienced and very much friendly. Hygiene is also maintained properly. The problem I felt is the food for patients. It can be made better.

My family and I have gone under dental treatment with Dr. Priyankita Kar at Vikas Hospital Sambalpur. The treatment (RCT, ReRCT, Cap Replacement, Cleaning) was excellent. Dr. Priyankita was quite knowledgeable, genuine and with a patient centric attitude.

It's a business centre not a hospital.there are some good doctors and we'll machine were available , advanced checkup and we'll Maintained icu are there but the management is not good,there are so much extra charges were taken at the billing counter .

This is not a hospital in true sense of the term. Hospital is well equipped but badly manned . Residential doctors are inexperienced so one has to depend on Visiting Doctors who are available at their own convenience and free time. Management is also not upto standard. The nursing staffs are good but there is casual approach in other services. The cost of treatment is not justifiable with the standard of treatment. Not recommended for critical illness.

Thanks to Dr. P.L.Jena and Dr. B.Sarangi. They are excellent in their approach, behavior and diagnosis. The nursing and house keeping staff are also very good. CONS: Only problem is the supervisor/counselling team. They are arrogant and looting the patients and are not co-operative at all. Charges are very high.

As someone close to mine recommended to visit vikash hospital Sambalpur for further treatment of my father as there is a specialist in orthopaedic department,when i go i was surprised because of treatment and the hospitality towards patients is tood good as compared to other private hospitals although there is area to improve like Security personal behaviour towards visiters and their attendees ,some of are quite aware of their emotions and still some need to understand how should they behaved.. because the strength lies in hospitality and behaviour of the staff towards patients and the relative.some might be different from my views and i agree all visitors are not the same but still comunication is the key to maintain discipline and dignity of the hospital like Vikash. Room service is nice. Nurses Doctors are very good. Only one problem I faced is that the particular nurse is appoint to service in that particular day comes . if any emergency no other didn't come to attain the patient. Instead they asked me to tell that nurse about . otherwise behaviour of nurse;doctors, room cleaned all r very good.. Especially thank u Dr Basant Pradhan

I found Vikash Hospital to have good facilities for patients. Dr. L.P. Dash is undoubtedly one of the best Cardiologists, and we're truly grateful to him. The entire medical team, including the doctors and nurses, displayed excellent care and behavior. The BSKY staff were incredibly helpful. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and basic facilities for patient attendants. Additionally, the costs were quite high.

The treatment was really good, including the hospital wards,staff and the doctors. I'm really grateful for that. However,the prices and expenses turned out to be hefty so I'll recommend to lower the cost a bit for the convenience of common man. That would be the reason why theres a star less. Otherwise,I'd the say my experience overall was pretty good.

Dr.Bikramaditya Padhi, though young, is a very skillful doctor what I find. Having highly expertise as a cardiologist, he has no ego unlike other so many specialists. With his cordial and homely behaviour, the patient gets half relief prior to his actual medical treatment. His team also reflects the same attitude. Norshing Staffs and others are also well behaved and very good. House keeping needs some improvements like the other big hospitals. There should be proper supply of toiletry material to the cabin Quality of food supplied to the patient are nice. I am highly satisfied with the treatment of the hospital. Worst experience ever. First you have to wait for Dr. They will not come on time. Then you have to wait for the test report and agin to wait for dr to come to show the report.... Simply for a normal check up I have spend 10 hrs... Bad service ever. It should not be a multispeciality hospital.
