Giving low rating based on early afternoon experience few months ago. Would have given a zero. My 10 year old daughter bought me and my wife pizza using money she earned selling lemonade. The fresh veggie pizza served was anything but fresh (we ate in the Sammamish store!). Hard to bite crust - looked like from previously made cheese pizza or something that was sitting on the shelf for too long. Have been a loyal customer for many years. But this experience was the worst. I didn’t complain inside the store since it would have broken my daughter’s heart.

A great Italian eatery and pizza place which also sells pizza by the slice. They have so many pizza options to choose from which would satisfy any dietary restriction and if that does not work for ya, you can simply create your own. They've this topping, Mama's Lil Peppers which has such a unique taste when added to any pizza of your choice, so I'd say do try it :) They make everything from pizzas to breads to salads to Gelatos... there's something for everyone out there. Plenty of space for a huge crowd or a big group and the staff is extremely nice and accommodating.

Good pizza priced as if it's filet mignon and lobster. Light on the meat for a $36 meat supreme pizza!

I had to use about 10 napkins to pat the grease off of my pepperoni pizza. It didn't taste bad by any means but it was dripping everywhere. The pizza had a good crust and good sauce. But we got one 13" pizza, one salad, 6 bread sticks, and 2 fountain drinks and it was $50. It also gave me a pretty bad stomach ache. The added images are after the napkin grease dousing. It also feels like a fast pizza place (such as MOD) but doesn't match the price. And definitely doesn't feel like a classic pizza parlor.

Always had great pizza, I've tried most of them and they're all good! never had a bad experience @ any of the locations. But the best part is the sell pizza by the slice. What's not to love

Higher-end, neighborhood pizza place offering a wide variety of pre-configured pizzas. Excellent homemade crust and fresh, delicious toppings.

It’s our go-to place almost every month when we have a craving for something yummy on Friday nights or on weekends! Wonderfully baked crust and fillings!

Great, consistent pies over three visits and today we ate in for a wonderful customer service experience; when a mistake was made, the solution was presented to us at the same time as the problem. Many thanks, and darn good pizza for the market!

While food is ok, service is unreliable. "Pizza is in the oven, 7 minutes if out". After a long wait, "sorry, sir, we forgot to put it in the oven". 40 minutes to get a pizza. No apologies. Funny enough this is the second time this happened. Mr Manager: tighten up your ship, get reliable people. You just lost a loyal customer.

I order pizza and salad frequently from Pagliacci Pizza because it is so good and the delivery service is wonderful and timely. I ordered yesterday and after I got in the house I saw a card that said "Thanks" and that this one was on them. What a class act establishment appreciating a loyal customer like this!

I love this place and have always had a good experience but this is not right

I wanted to order delivery from the physical store. Was not allowed to do this. Seems like an inconvenience to customers to make them order online. The pizza is pretty good though.

Ordered both pizza and pasta. Both are very mediocre. The cashier was really friendly. Have to clean up after ourselves when we finish the meal. Given its price point and the cafeteria style operations, don't think we will be back.

Pagliacci has been my go to favorite since moving here! I used to eat in and never had a bad pizza, salad, pasta, or beer! My issue is with ordering out. I order online and wait to tip cash in the store. The last two times that i've ordered (last two months) my pizzas were tragically cut! I am not upset enough to stop eating here but I am aware enough to order my pizzas uncut from now on!

I enjoy this place after a bike ride on Soaring Eagle park, their ginger beer and pizza with garlic, cherry tomatoes, and cheese is my favorite choice.

Eat salad and pizza next to one another, one at a time. Or, do it right and put salad on top of pizza. If you have not tried this yet, today is the day! Ordering through their mobile app was super easy and convenient. I received an order ready for pickup notification via text. Everything in my order was made perfect and on time.

Seattle classic, the team here is friendly and fast. The specialty pizzas are always worth trying. Have not met a food item here I didn't like.

After waiting 20 minutes beyond when they estimated the pizza would be ready, they messed up our order. We finally got the correct pizza we'd been waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for and it was cold

This is my favorite place in the area to take the kids for pizza. You can buy whole pizzas or individual slices for roughly $3.50 each. If you check their website you can view the slice options ahead of time. This is convenient when I want to get my kiddo pizza but I want to have a salad. The salads are great but remember to ask for dressing on the side, otherwise it comes pretty drenched. They also have great vegan pizza. I like it just as much as their regular pizza! They are allowing dine-in. Everything will be given to you in a box and they will provide you paper plates.

Pizza is delicious but this location is VERY poorly managed. The employees are always walking around twiddling their thumbs and work like snails. Oh and there’s no such thing as customer service. I recommend avoiding this location like the plague

The staff were kind, it was a little but crowded but like usual. Great pizza, came out warm and crispy. Best pizza place.
