It is a nice clean hotel. Near the University but not on the noisy street. I would recommend a higher room with windows open to the west (University st.) because the view is really beautiful. The rooms open to south have balconies and nice if the weather is good. Also there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside and a good Falafel place beside it.

Very nice and clean hotel... Nice staff. The area near Al Yarmouk University is really nice full of markets, cafe and food shop. Also its 5 minutes driving to Irbid city centre as well as Arabella Mall. Price is excellent compared to other hotel. RECOMMENDED.

Horrible place. We went to sleep around midnight and found a fresh blood stain on our bedsheets. We called the reception to get new bedsheets but no one could speak English. It took is 3 phone calls and finally someone showed up with an extra duvet 🙄. We showed the fresh blood stain (and all the other brownish / greenish stains) but they didn’t seem too impressed. We agreed on getting new sheets and they brought up wet ones. Perfectly folded... but proper wet. Again, they understood the problem only when we made them touch them. While we were drying out the wet bedsheets with the hairdryer a guy (the only nice one) showed up again and offered a new room. There was no sign of slaughter this time but there were dead insects and hairs under the pillow. We finished drying up the bedsheets in our room and went to bed, feeling miserable. Breakfast was from 7:30 to 10 something but when I went downstairs at 8 I found a guy sleeping on the sofa and no sign of breakfast. I run away and never looked back. The bathroom, you ask? Picture attached...

Not the most appealing hotel from the outside but they more than make up for it with the courteous service by the front desk staff and the spacious rooms. For irbid, this hotel is as good as it gets, if I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be staying here. Breakfast was included however did not get a chance to try it as I had to leave early.
