Worst service ever, Decided to order inside due to drive through been packed; it took over 20 minutes to get the food, while over 15 orders on the drive through were dispatched. There were x2 other customers before me waiting for their orders inside too. When received the food, fries were cold; employee asked if there was a problem and i stated that besides the wait it will give cold food. He stated it was warmed, for which i corrected him and stated it was not and that by prior experience working on fast food chains some of the food they had stacked should have been discarded also. Employee stated not all the fast foods are or work the same; for which my last statement was “ that’s not a fast food regulation is OSHA “ stacked food for long period of time should be discarded to avoid bacteria. Left and when open the ordered food, Guess what! It was made wrong. Long wait, cold food, wrong order, uneducated employees.. great combination!!

The past couple times I’ve been to this location Gabby has taken care of me at the drive thru. She always has a smile on her face and she’s very sweet and friendly. She makes sure your food is good and fast. Btw fastest whataburger in town. Gabby if you see this you are awesome!

Service was great, especially for a fast food joint. The burgers are definitely above average for fast food. Overall a pretty good burger. The fries are meh, reminiscent of McDonald's for sure. The spicy ketchup is amazing, though. It turns mediocre fries into delicious potatoes. In-N-Out is far superior in every way, no contest. #changemymind

Needs a lot of work with customers service and making sure they get their orders right every time their is always something missing

The burger and fries were hot and fresh. The drink had the right amount of carbonation. What more could I ask for. This is why I love whataburger; consistency. See you next time.

My first time at Whataburger and I was overwhelmed. The young woman taking our order was patient and friendly. I got the southern style double burger and it was great. If Whataburger comes to the North East I'll be there to order.
