Horrible on site management. Very, unprofessional and child like behavior from management in regards to handling any and all complaints, concerns or issues. Mindy ( MANAGER 🙄) is the most unreasonable and unprofessional individual that i have dealt with in regards to someone " in charge" in my entire life. Never have I ever been treated so awfully and irrational by someone when dealing with adult issues. Roaches are everywhere. Even after being "treated" by pest control. Garbage is constantly overflowing because they refuse to spend the money to have another dumpster to accommodate the amount of (unfortunate) tenants living there. All in all would rate negative stars if allowed. DO NOT RENT/LIVE HERE!!!

The water is never on. They turn it off in the morning and it doesn't get turned back on until night time. 1 star for the very nice receptionist. 1 star for the helpful maintenance guy, plus another star for how understanding they can be on rent. Overall quality is lacking though. The complex is just outdated. Edit: Finally left that awful apartment complex and just moved into a house. So relieved that we no longer have to deal with the landlord. She's the most unpleasant person that I've ever had to deal with. She's incredibly rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!!

These apartments are a disgrace. They have black mold and most appliances are broken or only work half the time. They had a fire there recently and the residents couldn't go into their apartments, so they and their children had to sleep in their vehicles in this sweltering heat! If you're looking for a decent place to live, don't rent here.

When moving in the transition was very smooth and customer service was amazing. Management was was very kind and courteous. My roommate and i have no regrets moving in. The apartment has been the best i have ever moved to. When maintenance is needed things get taken care of right away and they are very polite and trustworthy.

After checking out several apartments in town I came across Wildewood. From the moment I walked in and spoke with the office staff I felt welcome. The move-in process was simple and fast. The only issue I have had was with the AC but I entered a work order online and maintenance was there the next morning,unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue but Mindy was able to get an AC company out and it was fixed by the end of the day...

I moved here a year ago and it was not the greatest experience. After a few months of being here they got NEW management and I could not be any happier. Mindy is awesome at what she does! It’s my first time having an apartment on my own and I can say she has set standards! Property itself is peaceful, neat and everyone is very friendly.. I’ve never had any problems. Happy to call Wildewood home :)

I’m glad I recently moved into Wildewood apartments. I went from a house to a apartment so it took some adjusting, however the two young ladies in the office Mindy and Kayla are very sweet, patient and helpful which made it all so much better for me. They have a cool app which makes paying rent simple and you can request for maintenance work on it as well. Also I like how the complex is quiet and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move in.

Wildewood may not be brand new apartments, but they are loved by the owner and by the team who manages them. Mindy and Kayla are working with an older apartment property that has it's share of issues; however, I cannot think of two better individuals to handle the tasks! Mindy is a sharp, smart, business minded woman who takes her job seriously and follows the lease to the letter. Kayla is the laid-back balance who helps to soothe the souls. If someone is unhappy, they need to ask, hmmmm, did I fail to follow the lease? Perhaps. Let's not heap blame on management, when everyone plays a part in the relationship between management and resident. It's never a "one-way" street.
