San Angelo has the rudest movie watchers by far. I cannot believe staff allow this kind of obnoxious behavior to continue. I will not return and will be canceling my membership. Id rather watch movies in peace than listening to several people talk loudly throughout an entire movie, use cell phones, and shout on purpose during quieter scenes...even after ignoring prompts to be quiet. Very ashamed.

Two visits in a row were unsatisfactory and directly impacted my enjoyment of the movies. The first, a bat was flying around inside the theater. And the second, hearing the action sequences of the movies in the theaters on either side of us better than the dialogue in our movie. Supposedly the experience is more cinematic in theaters, but with experiences like this, cinematic is overrated. Stream the movie instead.

I love the fact that we can pick tickets online! Not including the reclining heating chairs amazing!! The staff is all super nice and helpful! Me and my husband make it a point to go at least every 2 weeks, at the very least once a month!

Things have improved to a degree since the lessening of pandemic restrictions. However, they do not allow for a single seat to be left untaken, this is a bit frustrating in the covid environment. A small amount of personal space would be appreciated. Also, there are still a few problems with thr popcorn machines jamming and the drinks not freezing that get left unattended for extended periods.

How are they out of popcorn butter? This happened at another one of these theatres and they at least went to Wal Mart and bought some. Movies aren't the same without butter. The management here seem to not handle problems very well.

Love Cinemark. The seats are great and I love this location because it is rarely crowded in the theater. Only thing is the popcorn kinda sucks. It never seems to be fresh and is always a little burnt. Other than that, fantastic !

Nice.. Came here to watch top Gun. Maverick 12:00pm price is 5.68$ and the seat is adjustable means u can watch the movie very comfortably and the seat have heat ... With big screen... I like it

I have fond memories of when this theater first opened back in the early 2000s, and vividly remember seeing some classic movies (Star Wars & LOTR) and even having birthday parties here. Over 20 years later, this theater is still nice, the seats are comfortable, and their popcorn is always good and fresh. I can't give this theater 5 stars though as I believe there is some upgrading they could do to improve. The seats are a good, but some need maintenance, and I would love for them to have a full food menu like many other theaters do now. All in all, still a fantastic theater, and my wife and I see movies here on an almost weekly basis!

Issues with the system on July 15, 2023. in the morning. The team very nice and apologetic even though it was way out of their control. The movie was able to play and we received complimentary passes as the concessions and ticket sales did not work. I would give this crew a 12/10 for their kindnessand efforts as my 8 year old really wanted to see Elemental.

I love that they added the reclining seats. We have the movie pass subscription and have not used it for a few months. Came to the movies today and we were able to watch a double feature and did not have to pay anything for tickets because the movie pass credits roll over. Edit: just did it again. 2 movies without spending a dime today because we saved the monthly movie pass credits for several months.

The movie theater is in decline. There are seats losing their cover, among reclining issues with some. A restroom has been out of order by Theater 1 for weeks. There was no AC in the theater but didn't tell us until our fourth request for some air. The popcorn is almost always scorched. Still a decent place, but in major need of repairs.

Nice theater... seats are comfortable, and they have heated seats and cooling. Lots of decisions for concession stand and definitely get the rewards app. I can't tell you how much money I have saved on tickets and concession. Especially concession, it gets so expensive.

Went to the matinee the place was clean played some video games before the movie they were inexpensive the chairs were great and had seat warmers

The atmosphere is great. You can hear the movie. The chairs are extremely comfortable and it is easy to get the snacks that you would like for your movie before heading in.

Hadn't been to the theater in quite a while. Love the seats and food selection. Due to inflation the prices don't even seem that bad

First, I’m used to the Cinergy theaters in the Midland area. This theater was less than an optimal experience. They serve a limited selection of hot food as snacks, but the seats don’t have tray tables to sit the food on. The back concession stand was shut down and appeared to be converted to a make shift storage area. The men’s room was pretty run down as well. The light fixture in the handicapped stall was burned out and several urinals were covered with trash bags / out of service. Some of the locks on the regular stalls were completely missing. Seats were comfortable and reclined. This theater has seen better days.

Had a great experience! Theater was clean and seats comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

I live about an hour and a half away and I was so excited all week planning a date with my boyfriend. We where so excited to watch the exorcist. So excited that we got to the movie early and decided we wanted to watch the showing at 7:40 instead of 8:50. Which was fine with staff . Then when we show the guy our tickets he sends us to theater 4. We sit for about 15 minutes and then the ending credits to the movie roll. The guy sent us info tho wrong theater. We got the entire movie spilled for us because we watched the ending . Got our refund but not without some employees laughing at us thinking it was funny . It wasn't funny at all. I was and am very upset .now we don't even want to watch the movie because I know how it ends!! Thanks Cinemark.

Very large cinema with loads of parking and several theaters inside. The wide reclining seats give you an optimal viewing angle, and the arm rests can be raised to allow for comfortable hand-holding. The seats were comfy, and the sound was incredible. Thank you for a great experience.

Good movies, great heated reclining seats. Good popcorn. Clean theaters. The volume is a little loud but tolerable.

Absolutely loved the movie we went to see and always we were very comfortable

Great theater though it's now a 30.05 building. Can't even carry concealed. The only sign posted on the door is the farthest east. If you don't see that you only has an opportunity to see one sign as you get to the entrance to the theaters. I feel as though there should be more to avoid incidental violations.

Love this theater. Tons of parking, good concessions, comfy seats, etc. It seems like more and more theaters are going cheap on the little flip seats so it’s nice to see this one still focusing on luxury.

It was a great experience in a long time . Good popcorn cold drinks and excellent surround sound inside the theater. Comfortable seats what more can you ask for.

Loved it. We come here all the time with the family and we have a big family...🥰 Sometimes for date night and it's always fun. The popcorn is always good. The drinks, I have never had a bad experience!!!

Purchased tickets and snacks online. Got there and they were out of what we ordered. Theater was very hot and stuffy. People around us were complaining of the temperature as well. Asked twice if they could turn on air. They told us they would, but never did. Very uncomfortable throughout entire movie. Understandable why business is so slow now and everyone goes to Icon instead. Waste of money.

I don’t generally like theatres because of the mess and The people, or there’s always some weird smell. But I’ve been here twice already, and I love it. I am comfortable. Enjoying movies with my husband, and the employees are so friendly and helpful.

As I walked up to have my phone scanned for prepaid tickets, all I was told was to go inside. (At my local theater, concessions and tickets are done together, so I did make the assumption here.) We went to the concession stand and I was told I needed to go to another area. Ordered popcorn and drinks, and got to where the tickets are taken. The facility was reasonably clean, great reclining seats. We enjoyed the movie!!

The many times I have been here have been great! Heated reclining seats and to-seat delivery of your food can't be beat!

Movie was great, seating is comfortable. Candy, drinks, food is outrageously priced,. I would recommend taking your own snacks. You will still walk out with money in your pocket.

The theatre itself is great! The reclining chairs are comfy and can be heated which is great!!! All the employees are friendly and polite. The only down size are the snack prizes, being a college student on a budget, we wished they offered more affordable options. Overall though they’re great! Definitely recommend for a date night :D

We have been here many, many times. Today we saw a 3:45 show. We buy tickets in advance on the app so we can choose our seats. We arrived 10 minutes before the showtime and made it through the concession line in 5 and then quickly got past the ticket line with no problems. As we were walking to our seats, I spilled half my small popcorn in the aisle reserved for wheelchair access. I went back to the ticket booth to let them know and they asked if I wanted my popcorn replaced and I told them no, it was my fault. Dwayne immediately followed me back to clean up my mess, which I appreciated, and then he went above and beyond by bringing me another small popcorn to replace the one I spilled. They really do care about their customers and I have never received bad service while here. If I could give them an extra star I would.

This is a wonderful wonderful theater. The seats are absolutely amazing. The best part is it only cost five dollars for a movie. I’m not sure if that’s every day of the week but we went on a Thursday and it was only five dollars.
