    It's okay. It was a lot better experience than the other Walmarts have gone to. I think they do a lot better if they paid their employees better. But they don't pay enough money for people to want to stay and work.

    I cannot dislike this store more since it's remodel. Prices have gone up. It is 90% self checkout and they check your receipt as you walk out the door. If you don't trust me enough and have to stop me, then let someone else check me out. I will drive to South Bryant or go to HEB in the future. You are no longer worth the convenience.

    I’ve been waiting 2 and a half hours to get my flat tire replaced. This is ridiculous. No line or anything.

    I have almost decided to quit ordering online to pickup/deliver. Items that I usually buy are not what I've been getting when I pick up my order. I have also been getting double the items I request and being charged for the extras. My monthly grocery bills have doubled in the past 2 months. I have requested NO SUBSTITUTIONS but get name brand items instead of generic that i ordered. I have very limited income and $400.+ is too much.

    It's very nice and clean. They are updating the entire store looks very nice. In my opinion I think they have more options for shopping.

    I have had so many little issues that ultimately couldn't be solved in a satisfactory way - the soda machine in question took my money and money from another family while I tried to get help at customer service. No help could be offered by the staff. I tried calling the number, which seems silly for less than two bucks... it's not like they're going to be able to give me the drink I was after or my money back over the phone. The point of a vending machine is convenience. It didn't matter though, as the phone number listed could not get me in touch with someone because it was after hours. On a separate occasion, I needed some cash and purchased items that I needed. You'd think cash back was a good option, unfortunately no human was working the check out stations so I had to use self check out, which have me $20 bills. When I asked the associate who was working at the self check out stations for smaller bills, she said they couldn't break bills unless I bought something. I had just bought my groceries and needed my cash from that transaction in smaller bills. I attempted to explain to multiple people and ended up needing to purchase a useless item that I didn't need just to break bills that I could have had broken down in my initial transaction if a human had been working. These are minor issues, but both of these examples cost me a couple bucks and left a bad taste in my mouth.

    This is one of the nicest Walmarts's we've ever been too. As full-time traveling RVers we've been to numerous Walmarts in numerous states to include Washington state, Montana, North & South Dakotas, Wyoming, Colorado, & now Texas & this is by far one of the nicest ones so far. Just passing through & have been to the other one in San Angelo as well & that one was one of the worst ones we'd been too so to be honest we weren't really expecting too much out of this one either. I loved how the clothing was set up like a department store. Actually found myself questioning if I was in a different store than Walmart altogether. Everything was organized & had a very clean appearance. Even though the parking lot was extremely busy since it was a Saturday early evening, we still had plenty of space to park our Chevy Silverado, long bed, dually truck. The only thing I wish Walmarts in general would improve upon is their selection of plus size women's & men's clothing. But other than that we had a great experience at this Walmart.

    I spend upwards of 250 to $350 every time I come in the store or any Walmart in San Angelo. Every time I come into one of the San Angelo stores instantly I just surrounded by the undercover security you have no idea how degrading, uncomfortable, and ridiculed it feels to have three people stand in the same place holding the same product for 20 minutes staring at you reading the backs of movies trying to pick one... and this goes on to the whole store my entire shopping trip so you people not pay attention to how much money your so-called thieves spend in there? I wear tight clothing I'd like to know where you expect me to put these things you expect me to steal every time I come in there? I have never stolen from you and I don't understand where this treatment is coming from but I think if it continues I'm going to seek advice about harassment this is degrading! I am a business owner, I might have a tattoo, and I might not dressed the way you think I should, but this is America! I don't appreciate being judged before I even walked through your store doors every time I come when I spend well over $1,000 a month in your store! I'm about to take my business elsewhere... And if I do I am going to do something about the harassment, it's not low self-esteem you have given me, the looks these people give me and staring!... You have given me anxiety now when the same people follow you all over a store including circles around 1 aisle just to be sure you're not just reading things into it, and seeing these people almost break their neck to look away from me when I glance their way... It makes my skin crawl! Well I'm glad you're such a good judge of character! It's pathetic, and I feel I'm owed an apology, you have definitely giving me issues with being in public! But I would appreciate an apology, or a valid reason for my treatment! It's up to you to decide how we handle this. You all have a wonderful day, I appreciate your time and understanding, and I look forward to your thoughts on this!

    I personally feel like I'm issue everytime I go to wal mart . If I can't find something and ask for help it's was most frequent response was eyes rolling and heavy breathing sometimes even a brat-y attitude as they informed me they couldn't stop what they were doing to help,they didn't know how , it wasn't there area , or they were about to clock out or just had . So now I don't even bother to interrupt the blue vest live store decore.

    More than half the things I had gathered up to buy rang up higher at checkout than the sign said. Thats too much trouble to call someone to fix! I went to buy the usual dickies for my husband, but I noticed that despite the website info, they dont actually have white dickies! It's wra gler only. Very disappointed, that's too bad.

    This one star is for the automotive department. I have been trying to contact them all week concerning tires I purchased. No one has answered. I called the store operator and she said they were probably busy. Really, no one can answer the phone?Due to the distance between where I work and Walmart, I can't just drop by. People are going to take their business elsewhere, including me.

    Went to Neighborhood Walmart on Sherwood Way, specifically the drive-thru pharmacy. No one in line, waited a few minutes anyway only to be greeted by an irritated, annoyed face. Told him I was there to buy syringes, "we don't have any". Since this was my first time visiting this pharmacy, wasn't quite sure what he meant, afterall this was a Neighborhood Walmart, maybe they didn't carry everything the Supercenters do. So I asked, "are you out or do you just not carry them, period?" Of course his face got even more sour and he went on to tell me how they cannot control when they receive deliveries, etc. Very unnecessarily condescending, thank you for nothing but a bad attitude. But hey, you have nice day.

    I went with my mother to make a return and the employee said only an exchange could be made no store credit. When there was no product to exchange they refused to help. When she asked to speak to a manager Team Lead Kristy and Team Lead Teresa both said a higher refused to come to customer service and both claimed they were managers. In stead of both team leads standing around claiming to be managers a real manager would have had coverage to help the customers waiting in line and assisted my mother on the side instead of two team leads and two associates standing behind the counter watching this situation unfold and nothing be taken care of and no show for the manager. The worst customer service ever!!! This needs attention

    I came here while visiting from out of town and this place Wasn't as packed as the one here in Dallas, people were ready to help.. I just forgot what I was doing for a split second at self checkout, and just like that 2 employees Stepped in very respectfully willing to help.. They had snacks that I can not find back home here in Dallas my jalapeno pretzel pieces 😋 and they still have hunting rifles for sale unlike back home.. Loved how open and uncrowded it was very pleased with my experience here...

    I probably stop here at least twice a day! I know their layout like the back of my hand. I wish they would acknowledge you sooner in the hot foods deli 👀🤷🏾‍♀️. but overall it's a good location with friendly staff

    But I went today. It wasn't very crowded. My wife and I really enjoy the Sam's pizzas, especially the thin crust ones and I ninja foodie. It only takes about 8 minutes to cook a store-bought frozen pizza.

    Just have to say that today (im also not having the best day) when I was having a hard time finding my items, there was this amazing worker, Priscilla, who really helped me out. I hope you see this! You really made my day better! Keep up the good work!

    The fuel prices (especially for diesel) are consistently better than in the surrounding area. The convenience store is clean and well-provisioned.

    Prices never scan what sticker shows, no open registers . Never find any help when you need it . The ones that are doing personal shopping are focused on filling the online orders to help you. Customer service is horrible.

    Thanks so much for allowing us to "Walmart camp" with you. Made some purchases in the store and your morrning staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cudos to 2 very hard working woman with a pallet jack, they were very efficient and helpful.

    I love the Walmart app because you can always depend on Walmart on saving lots of money and time with ordering your groceries on the same day or reserving a time to pickup your groceries or even having them delivered for a monthly fee right to your door.

    Investment on staff especially trained to meet whatever needs a customer may find.There is a bank, customer service, McDonald's and eye glass shopping center.Most products payments are self checkout and simply convenient with hardly any wait time. Public bathrooms and disability equipment, it's a huge store and you can shop comfortably. Customer service is really polite and helpful. Check cashing, and wire money transfer, through Walmart to Walmart,or money gram. My favorite when i have to pay bills wirelessly.
