😠 Spent only 52 minutes here and no diagnoses. They just prescribed me antibiotics and said see my doctor the next day. Then get a bill for $14,000 for literally no work and no diagnoses. I am warning everyone do not what so ever go here. They say they bill in network when you ask but they are not in... People often mention staff, care, doctor, Concho, Valley, medical, hospital, insurance, recommend, good,

Spent only 52 minutes here and no diagnoses. They just prescribed me antibiotics and said see my doctor the next day. Then get a bill for $14,000 for literally no work and no diagnoses. I am warning everyone do not what so ever go here. They say they bill in network when you ask but they are not in network for blue cross blue shield. I am appealing and will continue to. Doctors are nice but the ER in general over charges and for nothing.

I had to go here around 1130 pm on October 28th, 2022. The service was so fast that I did not even have time to fill out my paperwork. I was taken to the back within three minutes of arrival, met with the doctor almost immediately and was in an x-ray within five minutes. My results came in and the doctor brought in a tablet so I could see the results with him. We also waited on radiology results as well. Dr. Speck explained everything about my hand and why I was feeling the pain that I was. I also was referred for an MRI to further find out what is going on. The front desk staff, nursing staff and doctor were phenomenal. If I ever need emergency medical care again, I will be going here.

I have to write this review because this is the best clinic I have ever been to in San Angelo. Typically I hate going to the doctor, but the staff here were so welcoming and funny. I didn’t wait, but maybe five minutes before being taken back and treated. I will always recommend this clinic now. Thank you to Dr. Carroll, Manny, Danny, and Eddie.

One of the top 2 in er rooms I've EVER ben in. They listen to , explain what's going on. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you need to go to the hospital , and have insurance , CVER is the BEST in San Angelo.

This was my 4th visit to this urgent care and every visit is so well coordinated and care excellent. This visit was for kidney stone and Dr Speck and the entire care team were on point getting me taken care of. From the time you enter the door, you know you’re going to be taken care of. Before paper work is done, you are seeing physician, getting relief and treatment is actively in motion. They attend to your family to alleviate their concerns as well. It’s total care. I can’t say enough positive and have absolutely nothing negative I could add.

There is not enough words to explain how OUTSTANDING and AWESOME Concho Valley ER is.I would definitely give hundred times more than the five stars allowed to rate them. Dr Carroll and Dr Speck are so kind and show such interest in what you have to tell them. All the other staff are just as great. It is quick and easy to get in and out. The ER is so very clean. My family and myself will continue to always go to Concho Valley ER. You can’t go wrong by going to Concho Valley ER.

Highly recommend! We went when all urgent care facilities wait times were 3-4 hours . The Concho Valley ER staff were so welcoming, nice, quick and kid friendly. Dr. Speck was also all the above as well as kid friendly and very informative and helpful. I had somehow come across a post online recently where people were stating great things about them and I’m so glad I did as we went today and everything went great. Thank you Concho Valley ER!

I went in yesterday and honestly I hate doctors and anything medical. I am going to have to say in my entire life this was hands down the best medical facility I have ever been to. The staff was amazing from the gal at the front desk to the med nurse to the X-ray tec the gal who got me started all the way to the dr. Himself. They were compassionate caring and very good at there job. They listened and did everything they could to make the visit the best it could be under the circumstances. Thank you for your excellent care and service.

The facility itself is really really nice the staff is very friendly but the prices if this place are absolutely insane. My 18 month old fell and busted his lip open (we thought the tooth went all the way through the lip) the doctor came in just looked at his lip said the tooth didn't go all the way through and gave us some ointment. When the bill came they charged us over $3000 for a busted lip. We had to fight back and forth with people because they tried to charge us for things they didn't do so if you do go here I recommend getting an itemized bill so you can see exactly what they are charging you for. We ended up lowering the bill to about $600 but that is still a pretty stiff price for a busted lip.

You have to go hunt down the Dr to be seen here. Waited for over an hour with my elderly grandmother before asking staff if we should go somewhere else because she is very very ill. The Dr was just sitting around gossiping and was obviously bothered we needed medical attention. Dr Hassle was his name I believe, appropriate if nothing else. Pitiful excuse of a medical professional. I feel so sorry for the rest of the well mannered, hard working staff that has to work along side him.

Without a doubt the best place in town. Actually the best place I've ever been when needing medical attention. Cannot say enough good things. So polite. I don't feel like livestock at Producers. Sure wish Shannon was half as good as this place. If I were guessing I would say they're not a big fan of Biden, the CDC, and their policies. Just a guess.

Best er in town by far. My sister had a bad fever and a bad sinus infection. They treated her so well and did everything they could.

Best ER experience I’ve ever had. Treated me immediately, listened to my issues, checked on me as a persons because I was upset from the pain and being turned away by other clinics and one called the police on me. Concho Valley was compassionate from the front desk to the tech to the nurse to the doc. I’ve never been somewhere where EVERY employee was this good. Visited on 7/6/23. Big kudos!

Walk in and straight to a room! Forget the other place in town. They actually care and explain what is going on with ya. All the doctors and staff are so friendly and they have other doctors with private practices they can reference you to that aren't affiliated with that other leprechaun hospital

I CANNOT say enough good things about this facility and its staff. From the second I hobbled in the door tonight, everyone was incredibly kind and personable. They got me into a room quickly, and the overall wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Carroll is an absolute gem. We had a great, friendly chat, and he listened to my concerns/wishes for my care very well. I don’t have health insurance right now due to a recent job change, and they were upfront regarding their billing practices and pricing, also letting me know that I could opt out of care with no penalty if the cost was too high. Healthcare is a tough business these days, and these people have restored my faith in the true “care” part of the equation.

Concho Valley ER is an excellent place when you need medical attention. It was obvious from the moment I walked in that they actually cared about my well being. When I arrived my wait time was minimal.I was in such pain I forgot my insurance information & even identification, but it didn't matter, they took me right in & I was with a doctor almost immediately. Dr. Marvin Carroll was the most compassionate doctor I've ever had dealings with. He was very thorough with his examination, diagnosed my problems and administered medication. All the support staff, from the front desk receptionist, who was great, to the nursing staff, were all very professional and caring. I was there a little under 4 hours and walked out feeling amazing. I highly recommend Concho Valley ER.

I got injured at work and had no insurance, they took me right in and the help I received was awesome. Great doctors, great staff and unlike ever other clinic they were upfront on their prices. I left knowing I wasn’t getting gouged with hospital prices which is how it should be. I highly recommend going here!!!

Caught the Delta strain of COVID and my doctor was out of town. In the middle of the night I couldn’t sleep and had a pulse ox percentage of 87%. My husband called my doctor and he told me to go to the nearest ER immediately. This place was the nearest ER. My mom drove me because my husband also had COVID. I had to stop in the parking lot several times to catch my breath. I was scared I was going to pass out and crack my head open on the pavement. My mother told the receptionist that we needed help, I had COVID, and that my doctor told me to come in because of my oxygen levels. The receptionist asked if we had insurance. I said no but explained that I contribute to a healthshare program that covers 100% of hospitalization costs. Even before I finished speaking the receptionist was shaking her head. She said that they don’t see people who don’t have health insurance. My mom and I were stunned and asked why not. A doctor came into the booth area behind the receptionist and confirmed what she was saying. I tried to explain again that my healthshare program pays my hospital bills. They both told us that they weren’t able to see me and said to go to a different hospital. We drove to the former Community/new Shannon hospital on Knickerbocker, where they took care of me. I was in the hospital, on oxygen, for 5 days. Then I went home with an oxygen tank to use 24/7 for another 6 weeks.
