    Dislike coming to this place called ahead 3 hours early to get in and still had to wait over 2 hours... didn't realize they closed down front 12 to1 for lunch ? I'd rather go out of town to our doctor but sometimes there are urgent matters.

    Made an appointment online to avoid a long wait even though the wait time online was only 15 minutes. It took over 1.5 hours before we were even called back, while countless others were seen before us. I wasn’t informed that there was only one doctor who sees children until I got up to see what the delay was.

    Brought my daughter in with a severe migraine, after waiting an hour and a half her name finally makes it to the top of the list and they take the person who’s name is under hers! Meanwhile my daughter is writhing in pain waiting….absolutely cruel!

    Terrible service. It took 5 hours while only having 7 people ahead of me. Five hours plus one and a half hours of me waiting in the little jail (waiting )room before actually seeing the doctor. Now that there's no competition, Shannon doesn't care any more about service. These clinics are being ran by sloths moving so slow, that if they were to move any slower, they'd be moving backwards in time. This town is officially screwed. I suggest anybody reading this post go to Abilene. You can drive there and see the doctor and come back in a shorter time than spending all day at this clinic. I suggest people stay very away from this clinic.

    Sitting in a waiting room for over 2 hours anymore is the new normal. I would advise going to Abilene over these places. San Angelo is ran by Shannon medical centers and they all suck. Always slow, say they are understaffed but when you have technicians standing around not doing a dang thing it makes the people understand differently. We’ve been here numerous times with 3 kiddos and not one time have they had a good outcome! We ended up having to go to the hospital anyways.. do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost.

    Shannon Clinic North, do better!!!!!!My son was sent home last Friday sick. His dad picked him up and took him to the clinic. They were told they couldn't find anything after only swabbing his nose. No other exam! Well Saturday and Sunday he progressively got worse so Monday his dad took him back to the clinic. Not to mention that the visits were $129 each. Anyway Monday they found out he had strep throat. He has been so sick, and so full of infection his neck swelled to twice it's size. He has not been well enough to go back to school so I called the clinic today to get an extension on the Dr s note they gave for Monday and Tuesday, and was told they would not write him another excuse that strep should only last 24 hours! Ummm yeah maybe if you would have caught it on the first visit and started his antibiotics Friday instead of Monday it wouldn't have progressed to this point. So here we are with him only covered for 3 days with his note, and Shannon Clinic not willing to help him!!!

    Had a laceration X-rated and stitched up today. Dr. Sewell was straight forward and very friendly. She made my visit as enjoyable as could be expected under the circumstances. I highly recommend her. She is professional and courteous, as was the entire staff. Thanks to everyone for making a miserable day bearable.

    I had a UTI which required testing, then a prescription. The physician I saw could not have been more professional. This was my first visit to any minor emergency facility. Definitely would return to this clinic.

    I have come here twice and both times the service was super quick. We also saw Christopher Stallard DNP,APRN he explained everything each time and recommended what he thought was best..yet gave you options.

    Amazing customer service. Super clean. Every single staff member was polite and great. Only 30min wait on a Sunday. Fixed up my granddaughter perfectly.

    I was there for 3 hrs and 3 different ppl waiting walked in and got seen not even 15 mins after walking in while I sat there for 3 hrs with my toddler i was there for my toddler and never got seen it was to the point I just walked out because I got there around 10:30 and left at 1 still hadn’t seen a doctor

    Christopher and his "friend" nurse were sooo rude to my mother as a walk in patient! People should feel able to ask questions about their health while being seen. Whole point they are there. Maybe work on kindness....that would be a good 1st step. Thank you for your help but could have done without the rudeness.

    While traveling to San Angelo, I needed medical treatment due to some severe ear pain. The staff were very nice and professional. The wait time was a little bit longer than what I had hoped (about one hour in the waiting room and another 20 minutes in the exam room) but what do you expect when you’re a walk-in at an urgent care clinic? But the provider addressed my issues and a quick and professional manner.

    This place is amazing! On a road trip and little boy got sick. Made an appointment on the road and they were waiting for us! The nurse was so kind and fast giving nose and throat swab and PA listened to mom and got us back on the road with 2 scripts transferred to destination. High 5 and 2 thumbs up!!

    It took a bit waiting but all worth it. I'm glad I went in today. Dr Chris asked me questions, listened and explained. He did a wonderful job as well as Kelly with vitals and Matty with treatment. Thank you for all you do. It shows how you all care.

    Dr. Casey and the nurses were amazing. I checked in online and didn’t spend more than an hour there. The registration ladies could be a little nicer when it comes to checking in but really enjoyed the care I received from the nurses and Dr. Casey

    my PA was Garrett Herdman and he was great! he made me feel comfortable and very quickly helped me find relief for some compounded earwax in both of my ears lol. I don’t remember her name, but the other physician that came in to clear the earwax also made me feel very comfortable and explained what she would be doing and how it would feel. my boyfriend also visited this clinic for a double ear infection a while ago and he had a great experience! highly recommend

    The only reason this urgent care gets 3 stars and not 1 is because of Dr Edwards. I always feel like he gives the best care at this location. Now, it would be 1 star because I checked in online with a wait time of 2 and a half hours. I arrived 30 minutes beforehand and still waited over an hour and a half. I understand that if theres other people with more urgent needs they get to go first but its absolutely ridiculous that two people went ahead of me. Doesnt it say online that if its extremely urgent to go to the emergency room? I dont see how thats right. If youre really gonna cut off 11 people that have been waiting over 3 hours just go to the emergency room. The north side is always the one thats mostly full, so i dont see why they dont keep it fully staffed and make it larger. Make it make sense shannon! Youre running a monopoly! All of the towns money goes to you, im sure you can afford a larger facility. Update: 5 hours. From the time i went online to set up my spot in line, to the time it took them to seat me, to the time i was discharged. Completely in awe rn. The nurse and doctor were spectacular, but your online times are incorrect and everything takes too long.
