I chose Lamm David Eye Care because of the reviews. To be honest I thought some were a little enthusiastic about the staff until I got there. They are friendly, kind and caring. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was. I am quite pleased. And Dr.Hejny is wonderful. I look forward to my next visit and seeing better. I highly recommend Lamm David Eye Care to anyone looking for top quality eye care.

I have been getting my eye care from Dr Lamm and Dr David for around 25yrs. Both of them are very kind and very knowledgeable. I have always been treated very well by the whole staff. All my interactions with the staff and every pair of glasses have been A+. I recommend them without reservation. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I always feel good about my visits to Lamm Eye Care. Everyone is super professional and helpful. My questions are addressed and any difficulties I have understanding are carefully alleviated. I like the explicit explanations and use of graphs and charts to help clarify. Sometimes there is a long wait but the technicians and aides never rush me and I am given plenty of time to understand.

They said they accepted my insurance. However, that was not quite true. They accepted the exam part but did not accept it for the glasses portion. I took my prescription and left. I will buy glasses elsewhere. They should have just told me up front about the insurance issues. The doctor was great and the exam was very thorough, but the sales staff less so.

Lamm David Eye Care is top notch! The facility and the staff are first class all the way. The doctors take care of me and my family. The administrative staff is polite, professional, and prompt. The equipment is state of the art. And the doctors are second to none in knowledge, communication, care, and finding solutions. I feel so blessed to have them near where I live.

Everyone at Lamm David Eye Care is personable and helpful. The get you in, address concerns if there are any, and are reasonably priced. I can think of one negative thing about this business. Always look forward to the easygoing sweet smiles when I go in.

I can’t say enough great things about all the doctors, receptionists, and technicians. They are accommodating to my children and did not make me feel rushed after my appointment. Even though it was well after closing time on a Friday afternoon, the technician we saw double and even triple checked that my lens measurements and total cost was correct and that I was pleased with my frame choice. Everyone is so personable, knowledgeable, and so kind.

I arrived 15 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment. I was the only person in the waiting area. I was called back fairly quick for preliminary testing, etc. I was then placed in an examination room where I waited until almost 10:40 for the doctor to come in. She was in and out in about 10 minutes. Arriving at 9:15 and not getting finished with a 9:30 appointment until 11:00 was a bit disappointing. I do like Dr. David. She is very knowledgeable. I always feel like I wait in the exam room for rather long times. Today, however, I felt “ forgotten.” -Nancy McSpadden

Dr. Ashley David is extremely knowledgeable and relatable. She took several photos and measurements and explained everything in ways that I understood. The clinic itself is beautifully designed and maintained. I would recommend her to everyone!

First time in a long time.. I have tattoos everywhere and figured they would treat me differently. Instead Dr. Anderson did the complete opposite. I’m impressed with the care I received. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She was also very friendly and personable, which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone looking for a great optometrist..

All of the staff are do friendly! From the girls at the front desk who I enjoy speaking with, to the girls that fo the preliminary tests!! I Love Dr. Hejny!! She makes you feel so comfortable throughout the exam. She's great in explaining everything and will answer any questions that you have!

Great atmosphere, great staff. Doesn’t matter who you see (we’ve seen David, Hejny, and Anderson)—they are thorough, take time to answer questions, and are so helpful through insurance messes. We moved last year and it would be closer to go to Abilene now, but we’ll make the trip.

I just had my first appointment as a new patient and I have to say the staff and Dr. Anderson were absolutely AMAZING! From the time I walked into the door until I walked out, I received the best care. Dr. Anderson really blew my mind when explaining how vision works because I had never heard it explained in such an understandable way. They don’t push services on you but offer them. I left my appointment feeling like I learned something new and more confident about my eye health. Before leaving, I even scheduled appointments for my kids. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an eye care provider!

The visit was great. Good news from the doctor and was she was a pleasure to chat with. (I am sure she didn’t want to listen to our medical problems but she was so kind and gracious. Entire staff I had contact with was super kind and helpful. Thank you.

The staff was pleasant. However, my daughter had an appointment for 12:15. We were put in a room where we had to wait nearly half a hour before a nurse came in to say the Dr was with another patient. Another doctor finally came in to help us. At the end of the visit I was told I had to pay $195.00 for the lenses and visit. My insurance has always paid for Heathers glasses. I did not expect this. I never have had to pay. It would have been helpful to be forewarned that the policy had changed and I would have been better prepared for the visit.

Exceptionally friendly and professional service from reception to leaving. Dr David is always upbeat and thorough. She never seems to rush the exam, always taking time to chat and especially to explain exam results. I am very blessed to receive such a high standard of care!

When my puppy scratched my eye, the staff got me in for an appt within 1.5 hrs, making sure I got the referral I needed from my PCP to meet ins criteria first. Dr Haney got me checked out and on my way within the hour. She is always so personable. Our family has always gotten the best care here since the late 80’s. They are efficient, friendly, and spot on with customer service and care. The newer building and now 3 providers makes it an even better experience! Thank you for always providing the best eye care!

My husband & I had a great visit and as always Dr Lamm was wonderful. She is so educated and her willingness to take a few extra minutes to educate her patients always astonishes me. Thank you for all you do, the fact that you continue to learn the most in your field and willingness to teach not just give short verbiage of what is wrong but explaining causes and how you are treated and what we can expect! I have Multiple Sclerosis and you always are very thorough to look closely at and show results of those extra things that impact my disease. Thank you again for a great visit!

Dr. Haney and her staff are absolutely wonderful! After having many issues with my contacts fitted from a different provider in the past, Dr. Haney fitted me in the most comfortable contact lenses I have ever worn! She is also great with my 11 year old twins who now see her as well! I highly recommend Lamm David Eye Care!

Dr David is one of the best I’ve ever been to. She has state of the art equipment, the friendliest staff and is great Dr just like her father. She takes the time with each patient and the way she cares for each patient it makes you feel like family.

I have been seeing Dr. David for years for my eye care. I have glaucoma in addition to having been quite nearsighted. She has treated me for my conditions and referred me to a specialist when it was needed. My glaucoma has been under control and I have the best eyesight I’ve ever had. Dr. David and her staff are friendly, pleasant to interact with, professional, and are extremely knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Lamm David Eye Care to anyone needing vision care.
