Such a nice, clean clinic. Didn't expect it to be so modern. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, caring staff. Better hours than other doctors' offices in area. Open Monday-Friday, 8-5, which accommodates anyone with a busy schedule, and those living far from the city. Saturday walk-in clinic. Great for those in between jobs, or those with or without insurance, as they take most insurances. There is a sliding scale fee if not using insurance, that works well for low to middle income clients. It takes a lot to impress me, and I was impressed.

My wife and I have brought are kids here since the day they were born. We love are Dr and nurse they are very friendly understanding helpful and caring. The staff is also very friendly understanding helpful and caring. The kids love to go to there Dr appt. They love how everyone that works there always has a smile on there face.

This place I would give a hundred stars if I could ✨️. The staff was amazing on top of everything got me in so fast I didn't even sit down. The nurse made me feel comfortable at all times. Also listened to all my concerns. Dr. CHARLES HARZKE is the best doctor I could ask for! He not only answered all my questions but explained what could and couldn't have came out of each outcome. My mind is blown away with this group of Healthcare staff that is at this facility. If you don't give these Healthcare workers a try you are missing out.

Folks are unprofessional and will not follow up on status. Will not call you back when they say they will and call center is worthless. Was supposed to get paperwork filled out for daughters physical and all I've got was the run around..Now I will have to to take daughter elsewhere to get this done because esperanza clinic obviously can't do their job.

The nurse i spoke to yesterday was not helpful at all in what I needed. She didn't seem to care that i needed help when i called about getting my anxiety med refilled .I realize she can't refil it but she could've talked with another dr there about getting it done while my dr is out of town. U can't just blow people off just because one of the doctors is out of town. After this I will find somewhere else to go. I'm done! I'm in my 3rd day without my anxiety med & the only person that cared was the pharmacist when I told him the situation & how I was treated. He is gonna help me with giving me a few pills to get by til my dr comes back .Now THAT'S what she she should've done for me. She could've called my pharmacist to ask about that but she didn't. I wish I knew her name to report her.

Extremely nice nurses. Nonunderstanding doctor's who'd rather write you a script that they are comfortable with and get you out of their doors. I was seen, given a scripted, and sent on my way until seeing them again in a week. Well, what was prescribed helped a bit. So I tried to stick it out over the weekend to see if it got better. It did not. I called the clinic and left 2 messages that day. Messaged not returned. Call twice today, left 2 messages. Still no return calls. Granted I have an appointment on thursday, but the burning-tingling pain is not subsiding and making it quite difficult to function. I will be switching providers as of today and going to see an urgent care place. They do not care about you here.

These people retaliated against me for answering their survey. Obviously I was not happy about the nurse wanting my pregnant wife, who is 9 months pregnant to stick around all day to do two appointments. I told her no to schedule her appointments together. They don't take the patient's health into consideration, just their own.

These morons need to implement more payment methods than debit cards and cash

The front desk lady that stays late is rude . She's clearly in the wrong business! And immediately she was judging me when she doesn't know anything about me. She assumed she did . Smh.

DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! Receptionist is very bossy, disrespectful, and just downright rude. I went in for an emergency abscessed molar situation and was told there was no dentist in that day and no openings that week. That it would be 2 months before I could get an appointment. I asked if I could come in the next day and wait for an opening in case someone didn't show up. She was like "oh yeah, you can do that, but there is no guarantee you'll see the dentist." Then she gave me a list of OTHER dentists in San Angelo. I said this is an emergency, I have an abscess with swelling in my cheek. She said I could go to the ER and they MIGHT give me a pain killer or prescription. HEY ESPERANZA CLINIC.....Y'ALL ARE A FRIGGIN JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Told them I have an emergency case and they said I understand we can see you in 3 months. If I live that long.....

Very nice and considerate staff...they all made me feel like I was part of the family.......first time I've felt comfortable and open with my health...the whole experience is worth it...thank you La Esperanza clinic

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, they are racist and lack professional ethics.
