I just moved to San Angelo, I've been in pain management for sometime in Colorado, the first call I received to set up a consultation is over a month away, and the only other communication they spoke to me. Is to inform me that opioid use is a final result, they have no medical records from my doctors, yet they classified me as a drug user, if they truely care, appointments are not over a month, yet all pain management is set at less then a month. They do not have the amthe ability or the Gaul.to treat patients in a timely manner and instantly labeled me as a pain seeker. I will maintain my appointment to complete my review as for now if they cared they would have appointments with in the 30 days.

Waited for two weeks to get procedure approved. I had to call them to see. Then they said they will call me to set up appointment. Another two weeks. I called and got appointment in less than one minute. I tried to ask why and they hung up. All this time in lots of pain. Dr wouldn't prescribe me any pain meds or anything.....they said take tylenol. Ive been overdosing on tylenol to just slightly calm pain. So much for being the best and amazing care. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless u want to wait a long time.

Would not recommend this clinic! My boyfriend went in for visit and they never told him he needed to fast. Sent him home . Went in next time and sent him 2 hrs away to get blood work , we have in’s and then charged us $ 600 plus his copay , then the hospital charged us $5000 . He never address his issues and wasn’t helpful at all.

I got a call that my appointment had to be cancelled because it was "the week of Thanksgiving". My appointment was on a Monday morning, and Thanksgiving is on a Thursday. Thanksgiving comes every year. The lady one the phone was rude- when I mentioned that I couldn't talk on the phone at that moment, she said that she'd cancel it and I should call back when I could. Snehung up. She indeed cancelled my appointment. I had to call back to get a new appointment, which will be months from now.

Julie Green is by far the absolute best PA in San Angelo if not in Texas. Not only was she my Dr for many yrs but also my patents. She came to the clinic in Bronte first than when it closed we kept seeing her. She is caring and very professional and will work with you to get you all the answers to your health issues. Her bedside manner is thoughtful, understanding & giving. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone.

Absolutely the best doctors, nurses, support staff in America! Everyone shows they really care about the patient. An added bonus; everyone we have contact with at the clinic and hospital has been really friendly and respectful.

Shannon Access Clinic has been such an asset for us since we moved to San Angelo over a year ago. We have been referred to excellent specialist required for our health care needs. Without exception these specialist have been of the highest caliber. Our daily needs have also been met whenever anything has come up. I can’t say enough about the quality and ease of this system. It would be nearly impossible to get into a good practice in San Angelo without their services!

So far I am extremely pleased! I have a PCP now and am getting taken care of. They all have been very friendly and caring, am grateful to have been directed to them.
